The folks who work here go above and beyond. Consistently, my day is much better and brighter after visiting their store. I love that I can call in my paint order ahead of time and it is ready when I need it. They are patient (especially Richard :) respectful, knowledgeable and cheerful. When they assured me their primer would cover cigarette smoke odors, it was true!I love Miller Paint, especially their low VOC options. Thank you!

These folks have been here a long time and are very good at what they do, which is mainly formulating and mixing up custom paint colors and supplying not only the paint but supplies to make the job easier, and expertise when you have questions. They are competent and fast so you can get what you came for and get back to the job!

One of the few places anymore that has exceptional customer service. The manager is very knowledgable & the employees are friendly. They offer really great suggestions for paint options for the different locations in your house. You have to purchase your paint here.

Oddly my previous review was removed?... hmmm...While this was back in 2011, the complete lack of service will keep me from taking my business to this location. While recovering from shoulder surgery, I still puttered around the house and wanted to get some small materials as it was within walking distance. I was completely ignored - EVEN when Im standing at the counter waiting to pay for a very over-priced brush and some tape. One of the people kept on taking people ahead of me, which shocked me and them as well, and the other person just went in back when I asked if he could ring up the purchase. Never ever again with this place. Maybe the fact that my arm in a sling under a heavy winter coat made me look like Id lost it, however this was completely uncalled for.
