Went without my phone for two days!! Paid for my service to be switched Saturday and left because they said I was all set. Got home and realized my phone wasnt on. Went back they were closed. Went back Sunday, they were closed. Had to wait until I got off work Monday! For their mistake!! Even after emailing my receipt I still had to wait. They claimed the young lady hadnt applied the money to my account. But why??? Smh. Grrr!!
