If I could go lower I would. This store in particular is just geared and focused on making sales to make there quota. I came there in hopes of getting my phone fixed because I was switch over to Verizon from Sprint. Well my phone service was broke when I tried to carry over my phone number to the new phone. I took it in the get it fixed and the guy seemed impatient with me saying there was nothing he could do and did little to try to solve my problem other than restart my phone. And restart my mobile data. He said I needed to call a tech support to get it fixed. WELL GUESS WHAT HOW CAN I CALL TECH SUPPORT WITHOUT A WORKING PHONE!!!!! I asked him if I could us the phone on the desk that is clearly visible to get assistance. He said no I am sorry but that only works as a business line. No more than Three minutes later he lets a customer who was currently purchasing a phone access to the phone that wasnt available to me; the one who currently couldnt use my phone at all. Dont go here its a waist of your time.

Poor customer service. I have actually been frequenting this location for over 5 years and have never had as bad of an experience as I did the other day. Not only was the man short with me, but he was matter of a fact as if I was ignorant. Verizons customer service has been something that has kept me coming back for 8 years now. If you want to experience that outstanding customer service, do not come to this authorized retailer. Period.

I bought a new Moto 7 from Amazon and I took it in to find out how to transfer everything from my disabled prepaid j7. Dude took my phones with respect and moments later transferred everything I had over. Very impressed with todays staff. First time I havent been pressured by other employees to run my credit. I dont know why they never listen to me when I tell them I have no credit but those guys today didnt pressure and guilt me into it. Instead he hooked me up and was very cool. Additionally, if youre in need of a bite to eat or something to drink Ashley will be more than happy to feed you while you do your visit and while they transfer everything over. Couldnt ask for better service which is why I stay with Verizon for so many years dont believe the Sprint ad thats currently being run Go Verizon.

I had a problem with my I-phone, it was completely dead. Everyone kept trying to pass me off to apple and not helping me resolve the problems with apple saying it was a warranty problem and I had to deal with apple. I had bought the phone through a Verizon vendor and I felt Verizon should at least help me with apple. I’m a 78 year old guy and not all that tec wise. A young lady named Stephanie saw the problem me and my wife were having and came over and began to help us. She is a wonderful lounge girl and has been a great help to us. Very few sales people these days go out of there way to be helpful. You’ve got a very good employee in her.

I had a wonderful experience. I went in not knowing what I could afford or what phone I wanted. Dylan gave me a price breakdown I could afford and helped me pick the best phone for me. He even stayed an hour past closing to help me set up my new phone. Would highly recommend.

I will only go to this this Verizon Authorized Retailer to buy a new phone or with any of my phone issues. Trae, Amanda, and Donnie are very knowledgeable about all the new phones and phone plans. They all have Excellent customer service. Taking the time to make the customer feel important no matter how big or small the problem may be. They are # 1 in my book.

I stopped into this Verizon store, WOW. These guys did a wonderful job. I had the pleasure of doing business with a gentleman named Derrick. He helped me out with everything possible on my new phone. He walked me through everything that I needed to know. I would recommend this store to ANYONE that has or wants Verizon!!I will never EVER go back to Cellular Central! They messed everything up on my bill and the guys down at GO wireless fixed everything. They even got me into a new phone. Would recommend them 100000%

I went in just to look at phones. He spent two hours telling me about different phones and helping me choose, then helped me get everything moved to the new phone and set it up. Very patient, very knowledgeable. Same price as the corporate store. Go see them!

I stopped in with some questions and Chelsea was extremely helpful!! She talked me through the issues I was having. She is such a sweet girl. I came back by one day and they told me she was back at her home store. I do hope they bring her back permanently.

All employees are very nice and helpful. They gave me no trouble and saved me money, which is always a bonus. I know I will be going back if I have any trouble or when I am in need of a new phone. This is a great store with great people!

Completely and utterly disappointing every time I go here. Staff is not very knowledgable and will tell you anything to sell you a phone. Im tech savvy, so I dont really need them for anything other than buying a new phone and having it that day. If you can wait, order straight from Verizon.

I personally have been a verizon customer for years and never experienced service like I did with Trae and Tyler from the portsmouth verizon. They seriously did amazing. Whatever they did they did with kindess and were very personable. I think people like them for sure need more recognition so people having phone issues can go and get good service at this store. Great job guys ! Also chelsea didnt even have to deal with us but was so sweet and made the time there better! They work as a great team and for real have a great professional attitude. Very patient with my not so tech savvy husband also lol
