Wish I could give this place negative stars. They are beyond clueless. Sold me a new phone but had no idea how to process with Verizon (took forever) then 2 weeks later the manager called me and told me his employee made a mistake processing and if I dont bring the phone back by 5pm I will be charged the full $650 retail. This manager was the biggest jerk ever, threatening me and never once apologizing for his employees mistake. As if that wasnt bad enough they never credited me for the amount they charged me for the phone I had to return. Do yourself a favor - drive to the nearby Verizon Wireless stores. This place is terrible.
