They were able to take a payment when I went in and set up my plan again. They werent sure why it didnt take in the first place.

Im giving it such a low rating cuz when i went to buy a new phone they said that i couldnt just buy the phone and put my sim card in it they would have to do it just so they could charge me extra $40. But the phone i bought was supposed to cost $150 plus i bought a phone case. Tell me how my total came up to $319. Cuz i already am on a plan which wasnt due yet. That was just for the phone and $40 case i bought

Would give a 5 star if anyone ever answered the phone. At this particular location youd be better off just driving there. No one EVER answers the phone. What a joke. Cant help but wonder how much business they drive away out of laziness.

Everyone was so helpful and nice even though they were extremely busy when I went in. Erika and Laurissa both answered my millions of questions and never got aggravated or seemed to not have time for me like some of the phone sales people around here. They even went through and switched over all my contacts from my old phone, downloaded the music service for me, and got Pokemon Go set up for me so I could check the store for Pokemon. Every time I have any questions or problems they are super knowledgeable and can fix anything! They really care about their customers and do their best to make you happy! This is the best phone store in town by far! Thank you all for everything!

Very helpful people, and friendly service. Cricket service it self is great. Since AT&T owns them, you have great reliable service. The store in Portsmouth has great staff, and cricket has great plans and me and my girl save with the group save. We Ported our numbers from Verizon cause Verizon’s LTE speeds are dial up for some reason in Portsmouth. We won’t be looking back tho, cricket has given us a reason to smile! I recomend this store and cricket to anyone wanting a simple great working service, backed with a local store that commits its time and knowledge to the customer.
