Very good. I had a issue with my phone where I was having a problem as far as hearing the sound level controls. I used to be a cellular sales rep as well but for some strange reason this was a very unique situation where I was not getting alerts.The representative went in and did a couple of very deep tactical adjustments and we finally saw the problem. And solved it.The only thing Verizon needs to do now (has nothing to do with the store or the associates) is get this antenna fix in place. In the New Hampshire Seacoast all the 3G transmitters are being removed and the 5G transmitters are being put in place but its causing a huge disruption in service.As far as the store itself though I purchased my phone from there and very wonderful and knowledgeable and friendly associates.

We were in the store yesterday and it took us 2 hours to get a new phone for my Mom. Anthony was pretty pushy about not just selling us a phone, but changing our plan to save us money. He kept doing math on a note pad and coming up with different numbers about how much money he could save us if he upgraded our service and applied promotions and discounts. End result was he sold us a $150 phone for $500, charged us $50 for data transfer and set up that he couldnt complete, and upped our monthly bill from $147 to $175. I then spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to undo whatever he had done, but the plan we had is no longer offered. They ran into difficulty pulling our plan history and reinstating that plan. After a trying phone call where the rep wasnt able to access any of the systems she needed to help us she finally told me that it was taken care of. I just checked the bill again this morning and now our bill is at $416/month. Im on hold again trying to get this sorted out. Do yourself a favor and save time and money by buying a phone online and doing self activation.

Jamie is absolutely amazing to work with! She’s helped me buy multiple phones, add lines, buy an Apple Watch and an iPad and has continued to be my connection to Verizon. Any time I have a question or concern I know I can go to Jamie and she’ll help me in anyway that she can! Her coworkers were warm and inviting and made my experience that much better! I’d recommend this store and Jamie to anyone I know if they want ease and happiness when buying a new phone!!

This is my favorite Verizon store in the area. Very helpful with any issues you may have. Down to earth and knowledgeable. From anything from buying a new phone, fixing an existing phone to buying accessories and headphones. Highly recommend this location over any other location in the area!!

Staff here is stellar. I had a new phone that was dead and the woman there patiently brought it back to life. Amazing, and she checked it for other problems, and even explained adjusted some of the features so it would run better. Its rare to get six star customer service, and so I regret I can only give them 5 stars.

Jamie, typically from the Dover store (and a gentleman from Dover store) were both fantastic to work with, even though I showed up towards closing. She made the process easy, got me a great phone at an even better deal, explained everything I needed to know, didnt pressure or force me in anyway, and had an awesome sense of humor. Was pleasantly surprised by the ease/comfort of the whole process and I walked away super happy.

I recently decided to upgrade my phone and did it on the Verizon website to have the phone shipped to me before a business trip. Long story short, the phone got lost and had no ship date and I wasnt going to be home to receive it IF it did show up. I ended up having to call Verizon corporate 3 times (45 mins ea) to cancel the order. They told me I was all set and could go to a store to re-do the upgrade. I chose Cellular Sales because they were open until 9pm. I dealt with Anthony and Paul and they were AMAZING. They had to spend another 35 mins on the phone with Verizon for me to again try and clear up the cancelled order. They finally got it cancelled and were SO great about taking care of me....my phone transfer time took forever and they ended up staying close to an hour late to make sure everything went through and got the phone set up for me. I felt terrible keepin them late but they reassured me multiple times that it was OK and they were happy to help through this issue. They were also very kind and nice to chat with, did not cut ANY corners even though it was well past closing time and even followed up with a call to check in a few days later. I will 100% be going back here for all my future needs and highly recommend Anthony, Paul and Cellular Sales!!!

Excellent experience here. Michael Ash was patient, took the time to call Verizon corporate and wait on hold during a very busy day to get the answers needed to port my phone over to a new plan. Made sure everything was both loaded and working properly on my new phone before I left the store. Made a potentially stressful experience a good one.

One of the best services I have ever had. Sean and Brian were awesome. This was my first time getting a phone plan and going from my parents line to my own. I was super nervous and didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. Sean assisted in transferring the line, finding the right plan, and setting me up with a new IPhone 11. He too, helped with backing up my phone and updating my old one, which took longer than we expected. While Sean had a glitch with setting up the new phone, he was very apologetic, patient, and was trying his hardest to speed up the process and get to the route cause. He even knew my family had plans that night, and offered to hand deliver my phone once it was finished by driving it to my home. That is dedication and commitment for customer satisfaction, which you don’t see everyday. Brian on the other hand was helpful by assisting Sean through the difficulty, assisting my Mom with her Galaxy issue and finishing up the process when I later picked up my phone. I would highly recommend Cellular Sales, Portsmouth, and these two gentlemen services. Very professional and very knowledgeable with the trade. Thank you both for your assistance. I truly appreciate it.

I want to give the Portsmouth Verizon store a 5 star rating. I have been in the store many times with issues with my phone. Most of the issues operator error. The staff has always been there to help me and never made me feel like I was taking up their time away from sales. This is my go to store to keep my phone running correctly and trouble free.

If I could rate zero stars I would. We went in to replace a watch that had been lost and was looking to use the insurance to replace it. We were told it would be cheaper to purchase a new watch for $100 instead of paying off the old watch plus the insurance deductible. Well turns out you’re paying for the new watch over a period of payments instead of just paying $129 up front to get a refurbished watch. Mike Swan decided to leave the information out and tricked us into thinking it was cheaper to get a new watch. Being 18 years old I’m not very experienced in situations like this. I hope he sleeps well at night knowing he ripped off a teenager. What a rude awakening to the real world!

I have purchased 2 phones a month ago at this location. I have never been to this store- usually go to the Verizon store on Woodbury. I think the customer service is terrible. Very pushy sales people and they do not seem to care about your needs except to push the latest and greatest phones. I will not return

Just called and asked about an iPhone 12 sim card and instead of listening to me and trying to figure out what I needed, the representative kept talking over me and interrupting me. I bought my iPhone directly from Apple, so I was told I need to go to Verizon and get a sim card to activate my phone. So, I called this store to see if I can pick up a SIM card today or if I have to wait till the phone is actually here. She laughed and said “yeah I can sell you one, but its $20 and non-refundable”. So I said “Even if it doesn’t work, it’s non refundable?” And she said yes lol. So they’ll sell you a sim, get their money and don’t care if it works or not? Pass. Take your business elsewhere.

Brian was very patient with fixing Bixby on my Samsung Galaxy watch. Previous to meeting Brian, I went to other Verizon locations and all the other sales representatives told me to call support, which was unhelpful considering they would not even look at resolving the issue. I would hands down recommend this location and Brians services considering he listens well to the customers request and works super hard to solve the net issue. *BRIAN and SEAN ARE AWESOME my Verizon visit AN EXPERIENCE WORTH SHARINGThe higher purpose of customer service is to turn an upset customer into a happy one. To fully understand what EXEMPLARY SERVICE I received from Verizon personnel I must share the event(s) that led me there. Shortly after the mandated lock down order- a phone being VITAL with the uncertain covid-element MY PHONE CRASHED at the worst possible time! I immediately went to my previous carrier. Rather than help me RECTIFY my situation - attempted to TAKE ADVANTAGE of a crisis situation by trying to up-sell a more expensive phone & data plan. When they couldnt convince me that its what I needed - I was told I had no other options knowing full-well Id just lost my job indefinitely. I was told was I cant be without a phone in a time like this - youll be back. They were wrong. Capitalizing on a fear element is NOT a company I want to be doing business with - I LEFT. Insulted. And panicked.I CALLED VERIZON. When I got to the store it was almost closing time and BRIAN welcomed me in - I was visibly upset. He couldve easily have had me come back due to the late hour but instead took the time to listen to my story so we could review all my options for a new phone & plan that was right FOR ME. SEAN also closing at the time stopped what he was doing to help facilitate the process. I was there 40 minutes AFTER CLOSING - both taking the time to be sure not only was my new phone and plan were in order- they INSISTED on making sure everything from my old phone transferred and saved. As upset as I was when I arrived - was HOW HAPPY I WAS when I left! THE STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF BRIAN AND SEAN FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING! THANKS TO BRIAN and SEAN you now have a loyal Verizon customer!

You cant trust them or Verizon. We should have known from the start when we said we were shopping and they said they couldnt put their offer in writing. But they will offer non-existent gift cards and savings ... which they assure you will kick in but take 4 - 6 weeks. Which just so happens to exceed the time you have to return the phone and cancel your service. So incredibly shady and now were stuck with basically the same service, price, and phones we could have gotten by staying with our old carrier, but without all the misrepresentation, endless calls, and aggravation. And $400 less than what they promised in terms of gift card signing bonuses, which in the end was the only reason we decided to switch. Shameless.

Ive been waiting for this, if your a pre paid customer you are getting screwed big time Verizon seems to have no honor in what it says 😡 30 days seems to be an issue they cant get ahold of, I made a payment on the 9 the day of a month for a 29 day month February my next payment I had to make was March 8th shafted 2 days, you need math lessons Verizon Stop Screwing Over Those Who Put Food in Your Mouth !!! .
