My husband and I purchased our new phones from this location. Although we have had great experience with Criket as our provider, this specific location gives Criket a bad name. The representative (Dustin) that sold us our phones lied to us about certain costs and quality. He told us if we buy a bundle, we would get 2 headsets free. He gave us 1 and charged us for it. He also said we would be getting a discount due to it being Memorial Day, but then did not add the discount in our final cost. He also recommended we buy Zizo cases because ALL passed certain drop tests. I bought a skin and my husband bought a hard case. I happened to drop my phone by accident at a later date and it was damaged...we found out later that Zizo only does the drop test for hard cases. Whereas I do know as a customer it’s my job to know what I’m buying, it is bad customer service to lie and overcharge. I do not recommend going to this location.

Every time I come in there is a new crew. I really hope this crew stays. Makalhla and Mike were very helpful Customer service was outstanding. They took the time to answer all my questions about my new phone. I truly recommend shopping here

Its decent service n somewhat cheaper then the major cell phone retailers

I cant pay my bill through the app, witch is their fault. They dont know what is wrong with the app and cant fix it yet they have no problem continuing to charge me the extra$4 every month which I shouldnt have to pay since its their fault. Almost everyone working there is clueless every time you go in there with a question

I have never retracted or given a bad review but this place needs it. They never have enough people working and a tatic they used when I tried returning a device seemed slightly shady. I went to the store kinda late granted wanting to return a device. The clerk claimed they were too busy and would have to return it tomorrow so I returned the next day only for them to tell me it was the 8th day. I explained how I was there the night before but it didn’t matter to them. The device I was unhappy with (Turbo Hotspot) doesn’t work at all now and tech support could not figure it out. So now I’m stuck with this broken device. I wish they would make it up but we will see

I would into this location (victory blvd in Portsmouth VA)to pay my phone bill because the Internet is kept telling me please try again the employee Terrance told me that it was impossible for me to pay my phone bill in store and had to call 611.I only ever pay in store because I only ever have cash. So I said fine I’ll go see another store.The other store helped me with no struggle.I went back to show them the other store helped me and Terrence kept getting loud in front of the other 3 customers in there saying “she thinks I’m scared” and other rude and invasive remarks.I had y two year old and infant with me. I simply asked for his DM phone number and he told me I can’t have it because his moms dying.I am sorry for the health issues but as a customer JUST TRYING to pay my bill, that’s none of my business nor the other customers around.Extremely upset with the service because I have been using cricket for over 5 years now and they’re my favorite company and I know they don’t stand for employees to act like this!

I drove all the way from Franklin Just to do business with Michael. He always answers whatever questions I have. And keeps my phones tablets and now my hotspot working.
