The young woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She seemed knowledgeable about the products and didnt push me to buy what I didnt want. She asked me questions to pinpoint what product would work best for me.Outside table set up for telephone 📞 orders.Facemasks and hand sanitizer available at the entrance. You have to use hand sanitizer so you can touch the products.Limited parking 🅿️. If what I bought helps, I will be back again. I was given a coupon and I signed up for their rewards program.

I love this store - the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. I recently moved to Portsmouth and went to another health store before stopping in herbal path where they made me feel embarrassed after asking about product info that I wasn’t familiar with (ie oral & topical cbd, vitamins, etc) but at herbal path I felt very comfortable. Great store for all health needs and good vibes!

Love the PORTSMOUTH Herbal Path. So much information and education on herbs and supplements. The atmosphere is so cozy and reminds me of old school herbal shops. I came in with a small infection in my finger due to a torn nail. Molly and Rick from Natural Factors helped me alleviate the pain and clear the infection with oil of oregano! Herbs arent placebo the medicine is real!

The people that work there havent been real friendly. They seem irritated. Which is weird being that they work with oils and everything else that would make them feel happy.

Cbd treats my epilepsy without addictive medication though I am stuck on one that does my liver in. Am looking for an alternative on that one! But the CBD as an adjunct has been a life saver!
