Pleasant and honest to speak with along with an extremely clean and well staffed shop make this garage a great place to go to. I plan on getting my oil changes done here for the life of my car, and they did a great job changing the tires on my truck. In the office there is a window looking directly into the immaculate garage which I think is cool. Also, the only place Ive seen that will pump your gas for you! Theyre pricing is better than fair in fact they look to get you a good deal. The gentlemen here are great people and I highly recommend their services. Thank you NCOC!

I already had an appointment with the dealership the next day for something that I knew NCOC wasnt setup to do, when my battery warning light came on the other day.I stopped by NCOC to see if they could quickly check it out. The owner came out and in a few seconds diagnosed that the alternator was dead and scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later knowing Id try to nurse the car to make it until then.Alas, the car died that same evening and I had to instead let the dealership replace it the next day, but NCOC was very nice and understanding about the entire deal when I had to cancel.NCOC always provides friendly service, fair prices, and quality work. Theyre my first choice when something goes wrong with my car.

Great service, get you in and out quick and doesnt cost a fortune. Very easily could have run me thru the wringer when I needed my vehicle inspected and ended up being several hundred dollars cheaper than our first quote (with another garage in potsdam...)

The people here are beyond wonderful. There are not enough words to describe how kind there people are and they are constantly impressing and surprising me. Dave is the owner and every member of the staff working for him take his cues on how to treat customers. This is one of the few car repair and oil change places Ive been that are not in it for the money. They are absolutely there to help you. If Dave or any of the guys can do something to your vehicle a little cheaper but just as efficient, they will. Just a phenomenal group of people and I could go on about all of them forever!

NCOC is one of the best places in the North Country, not only to get an oil change, but to get work done on your car. They are a small business, and are limited on the work they can do on your vehicle, but theyre honest about it. I always went to them whenever I needed work on my car. If they could fix it, they did; if they werent able to (due to their limits) they wouldnt lie to me, and tell me they could. They did awesome work, for an inexpensive price. They do fantastic work. I highly recommend anyone go to North Country Oil Change. Im sad that I live in Virginia now, and dont have them to work on my car.

Ive been going here for all four of the years Ive been in the area, whether for oil changes (that include a full liquids and air pressure check/top off), inspections, small fixes and such, you name it!Never have they steered me wrong or tried to pull anything like you might occasionally get at a less-scrupulous garage. Having been raised by two parents and an older brother whove all been in the business at some point or another, I know my way around a vehicle, so pricing and such is always something I check beforehand and again, theyve never tried anything but the fair and right way with me, so I couldnt recommend these fine folk any higher!

What a great service station! If I didnt live 6 hours away I would bring all my cars there. They do what they say they are going to do, the car is fixed and ready when they say it will be and they are extremely fair in pricing. Polite and courteous at all times. My daughter who is a student at Potsdam took her car there and we couldnt be happier with the service.

Came in with a bad Interstate battery in subzero weather that was purchased in Rochester, but they replaced it under warranty - for free. Im not a regular customer, so I was surprised they took good care of me.They could have easily said no and sent me on my way, but they didnt. Now they have a new customer, I look forward to coming back.Staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and definitely a good representation of a quality shop and Interstate dealer.

Good place for oil change. I am not satisfied with tie rods installed 2 months ago. They should have told me to get an alignment. They did not and I had to spend 301$ for two new tires and front wheel alignment today. I called NCOC to explain the situation, the person on the phone agrees, they should have told me to get alignment. Disappointed.
