Nice produce! Good selection and seeing more organic foods. I do wish they would bring back the organic herbal teas that they removed from shelf also found some cocoa that was listed organic but shockingly had cadmium listed on ingredient list! Should not therefore be listed as organic!

Having grown up in Albany, the stores like these were always dismissively referred to as ghetto choppers. This one is ok. Not as nice, and not as many products, as the Ogdensburg store. Long overdue for the Market 32 makeover

Unhappy with the lack of choice for dairy free cheese and other products. Certainly lots of people today have special dietary requirements and would like to see an improvement in this areaI would like to add that other than the concerns about the dairy free cheese needs, we love this store. We certainly shop here often and love the produce area, the store is always clean and staff helpful. No store is perfect but I prefer their produce and deli area over anything else in our area.

Price Chopper always seems to have great meat with a wide selection. I dont typically go here for more than meat, but when I want something higher quality I am more than willing to go out of my way to go here. It can be a little more expensive, but it is worth it.

I hate that they rearranged the store. It makes no sense and takes me 3 times as long to find stuff. Exactly what you dont want to do during a pandemic with a mask on. The staff is wonderful and helpful though.

Went in today between 4:30 and 5 to bring back bottles and cans and got a rude response from the man behind the service counter when I asked if someone could some help empty the machine. Instead of treating me like a customer asking for help, I get told Its being taken care of and an eye roll as they turned away from me before I could say anything else.It didnt look like it was being taken care of, thats why I asked for help. No need to give me attitude about it. Most likely wont be going back for any reason if thats how they treat people.

Always a great experience

I visited this store at the dead of night like 10PM. It was not crowded at all. Its bigger then the Canton Price Chopper, and they have a nice wall laid out with all the bags you can buy. As for the layout of the store, I think the the fact that it is on the larger side makes it a bit more confusing to find everything, but ultimately doable of course. They have a nice cold storage for alcohol as well. At the checkout they also have two automated belts instead of the standard one. The second leads groceries towards the customer for easier bagging, but I actually found it kind of counter intuitive as the groceries kind of just pile up, and you have to get the cashier to stop the belt. All in all pretty standard store.

Usually, I go to Malone Price Chopper, but when in Potsdam, I will stop in to pick up things on my list. Yesterdays trip to Price Chopper was especially pleasant as our clerk was very friendly and nice. He was filling up the dairy case when we were at the back of the store. After completing this task, he moved to the front of the store and checked for people waiting in line. He opened register two for us. During this time of Covid, I appreciated how kind he was and friendly. I dislike the self-checkout because I like the personal touch. The last time I was in that Price Chopper, I was forced to use the self-checkout and it was a disaster! I needed a clerk three times! Much better visit!

Just moved bk to NY from FL. Delighted that they carried a specialty item that I was afraid I wld not be able to find up here.

Look, its no Wegmans but for what we have its not half bad. They pretty much have anything you could need.Overall the produce section is pretty good, too. I never have a problem with things not being fresh. Sometimes prices seem expensive, so I just wait a week or so and things always seem to go on sale.And usually all the workers are friendly.

Price Choppers are decent grocery stores but a little bit pricey. Probably the best produce of all the stores in town. Walmart is much cheaper and there is an Aldi a few miles outside of town that has much better prices if you like that store.

Went in and found what I needed, and they had most of the cash registers open to make the shopping a quick trip!

It was good. Had everything I was looking for. Prices were pretty much the usual. More expensive than Walmart but that is to be expected. Advantage you dont spend an hour in line to check out. Cleaning the counter between every customer checking out. Very good. Employees all wearing masks. Very good. Customers wearing masks and keeping space between themselves. One way aisles. All in all a good experience.

Well, I have to say that its been a challenge to find items since the store was rearranged. And not for the better. It boggles the mind how disjointed supermarket set-up is. Egads.

I shop price chopper all the time. Hood pricing and well stocked. Plus we both love to have them cook our cod right there for us. Allways delicious

Good organic and vegan selection for a small town grocery store, decent beer selection as well. They carry Beyond Beef, Field Roast, jack fruit and similar items.

I can find any food item I want and its fresh and clean!

I rarely get to Shop Price Chopper because I dont drive but when I do its a treat. Thats because its the one place I can go to shop for groceries in Potsdam where I can count on items to be well stocked and stocked where they should be. This is important for someone like me who only has a limited amount of time to shop.

Ive grown up with Price Chopper in the Clifton Park area, so have a soft spot in my heart for this grocery chain. Could use a seating area where fresh foods can be consumed on site, like a Wegmans...

No effort was made to enforce mask mandate when it was pointed out that a customer was ignoring the rule. Bottle redemption machines out front are routinely out of service or are full and not emptied on a regular basis.

Just like P&C used to be when I was in college..except now the P and the C have names! Same layout, same selection, etc. 😊

Only went into store to buy on sale 24 cans Schweppes Ginger Ale 5.99 each must buy 2, there was NO Ginger Ale on end of aisle counter so I cked other place on counter n only 1 there so I took that 1 n went to back room door hoping someone would come along n then 2 young guys come walking to the door, I then asked them if they could ck. in back room n YES they come out with 1 for me n said all gone it was the LAST one !! I went thru self ck n got help from 2 girls. Glad for the help !!

This is the best super market in Potsdam. Great selection. A little bit pricey though

Hey, a local-ish grocery store. Good selections. Checkout times can vary significantly...from immediate to 10 minutes or more. Avoid rush hours if you dont want to wait. As of this date (Sept 2016) check out the seafood specials. They cook em there for you...a choice of fishes, steamed or fried, with vegetables $5.99. We get one steamed dinner for two...its a lot of food!

It’s a Price Chopper. Great sale specials but don’t get caught ... sometimes require a minimum purchase sometimes it does not and that it’s always written in fine print. Love that it is 24 hours.

For a small town like Potsdam, the selections at Price Chopper are quite nice. I can find tempeh, tofu, plantains (which today only cost 39 cents each, with your Price Chopper card), different kinds of herbs, fresh produce, and steaming hot fried & rotiserie chicken. But yes, dont forget to bring your card to enjoy their special discounts.

Everything easy to find, help just a question away. Easy access for the handicap.

Good variety high prices but you get what you pay for

WAY better selection than Canton Price Chopper. However you smell the seafood section when you walk in. Beer selection is good and the staff actually greet you and dont run away like the Canton store.
