Minimal training for new employees; seems to be the reason this place has such a high-turnover rate. There was only one “sales consultant”. She was very friendly, and it was obvious she was trying her best. I heard her apologizing that she was new and alone, as she was was running around assisting customers, jumping back and forth on the two computer terminals, and answering the phone. How could anyone expect exemplary customer service, especially during the busy holiday season, with only one new employee? The owner should know~It takes money to make money!!

Starting with the positives I love the friendly staff. Im never disappointed about that at this location. The store is center of town so its convenient for everyone even those with transportation trouble but parking sucks around there. The lady was willing to help me set up my new phone from scratch which I greatly appreciate. She helped me find accessories too. I am just disappointed that every time I ever buy from inside a store they always have just sold out of cool colors of the phone I want and I always get stuck with black. It happened when i wanted the white Galaxy 3 a few years ago and it just happened with the lavender Stylo 4. I dont want to order from the website when Im looking to walk out with a phone that day so i wish they would just keep more in stock.

I only put one star because it wasnt possible to put zero. So my problem is with the Chinese guy who says he is the manager. He is always late and uses traffic as an excuse once is understandable but he does it all the time.you think hed leave early but no. My phone was almost cut off twice because of him and its not ok. Yesterday I called because he again was late and had to ask him to be on time the next day. I shouldnt have to ask you to do your job. Disgusting and unacceptable

Seen the customer service rep in action today with a customer before me. She did everything she could to help a gentleman with a new phone. Was so patient and even gave the guy a little crash course on using his phone. Wrote down his number for him too.A much better rep than the gentleman, Collin, I believe his name was. Nice enough, but definitely didnt seem genuine. Even caught him eye rolling another customer.

Knowedgeable staff made it easy to select a phone that fit my needs. Phone set up on the spot. Great place to deal with. LOVE Cricket !!

Weve gotten numerous phones here. In the process of purchasing our 4th phone from him & each time hes provided honest feedback & does not try to sell us the most expensive phone. He takes the time to find out what we need it for (each time for a different person in our home). Rarely do I see people go above and beyond like this.

Would be better if there werent so many under cover cops there what goes on on that corner.

Almost two hundred dollars fot a phone omly 3 weeks i plug the charger in and next day started to shatter coming from left side corner.it was never dropped and they wont replace it.sucks i purchased3 phones for family on the last 3 weeks.not right
