I went into the store looking to only upgrade/replace my son’s damaged phone. Jonathan was absolutely amazing to work with. He was thorough…not pushy in any manner. He reviewed my current plan, explaining in detail all of the savings. I ended up leaving with a brand new phone, as well, and tremendous savings on an even better plan. Jonathan transferred EVERYTHING from the old phones to the new. This was by far THE best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store anywhere. Thank you Jonathan.

These gentlemen were awesome to work with. They are not pushing at all. If u dont understand something they will go over it with you in great detail. I will be dealing with them in the future. Been at&t customer for more than 10yrs. These to are by far the best Ive seen!! We need more people in the world like these two. They deserve a promotion!!

I could not ask more from Ronald I came in just to upgrade my phone and Ronald was able to help me and my family with an updated plan that saves us hundreds a month. My new phone took a few hours to transfer and he gave me his personal cell number so we didnt have to hang around. My only wish is I could give more than 5 stars!!

My experience was great with Ronnie and his co-workers they were professional and sensitive to each customer need friendly..the only concern was the waiting was long..l would suggest that 2 person be available after 5pm if possible..otherwise 5stars

The guy was very helpful as far as getting my ulefone armor 9E phone operational I am thankful for that, however he made a mistake in putting data only package. Now the return department says they are unable to see my recent transactions therefore are unable to refund me for the mistake the guy had made. They have told me that because they cant see that on my account the cant give me money back very very angry about this. Giving me the run around for about two hours and still not resolved at this point.

Very poor customer service. Employees were doing too many things at once to pay attention to the customers wanting to spend money in front of them. When asking questions their answers kept changing to the same question. Clearly they did not know or care to get the correct answer.Also, during a pandemic when there are mask regulations in our state neither employee had their mask on appropriately. Mask worn on your chin is the same as not wearing a mask. Overall, worst experience I’ve ever had in an AT&T store.

My family went to the Att store in the Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Our reason for the visit was to get help upgrading to an iPhone 11. We had done the upgrade online and received our iPhone 11 in the mail. It just would not correctly transfer from the iPhone 10 we were upgrading from. This is where the next 3 hours of the day went south. The employees at the store began working on swapping the phones. After more than 30 minutes they claimed that the iPhone 11 we received was defective. They were not willing to help or replace the defective phone we were instructed to contact either ATT customer service or Apple. Ok, not what we wanted to hear but fine we will do it ourselves. But wait, in the process of them trying to get the iPhone 11 to work they BROKE our working iPhone 10. They insisted they did not and it was working fine. Which was true while in their store and on their WiFi. Ten feet outside the store the phone was just a brick. We would turn around and go right back into the store. Employee number 1 continued trying to help, and he swapped out the SIM card twice. This is when we became liars. They refused to believe the iPhone 10 was not working. We stated many times they could walk ten feet outside the store and see for themselves. The phone worked fine when we arrived. We just wanted our $1000 iPhone 11 in service, but will not leave til they fix whatever they did to our previously working iPhone 10. Enter employee number 2! He was polite and began by swapping the SIM card out of a second working iPhone 10 on our account into the now broken iPhone 10. Phones working fine now. He suggests yet another SIM card swap. Frustrated we suggested just upgrading a phone on our account then giving that working phone to the number the non working iPhone 10 and 11 are currently associated with. The person I assume was the manager due to his tone interjects. He was upset and said to employee number 1 and 2 that they have already given two free SIM cards, and if they upgrade and the phone does not work they then have to do a return and pay the restock fee. That plan we suggested was immediately rejected. We are two hours in now and both of us have turned from frustration to dismay. Employee number 1 checks out, he’s no longer involved and goes toThe break room. It’s right behind their desk and visible. Employee number 2 continues to claim the phone is working just fine and that we are not telling the truth, but wait he realizes the phone isn’t showing LTE. It’s stuck on 4G. He works on the phone a few more minutes and is triumphant! We ask what he did to fix it. His response is “I have magic fingers.” Sorry magic fingers ten feet outside the store the phone still is not working. We can now text but that’s all. We go back into the store for what seemed like the 123rd time. Employees scatter and employee number 2 just stands in shock. This is about 2 hours 35 minutes since we first arrived. They relent and call customer service. Well get ready to wait. That’s a wait time like you wouldn’t believe. While waiting my fiancée starts turning off and back on every setting in the phone and somehow clicked on something and gets the phone working again. Don’t ask us which reset worked but it did. Disgusted we informed the employees we had fixed the phone ourselves, and we left the store. It was a long miserable 3+ hours. At the end of that time we are exactly where we were when we started. A brand new iPhone 11 that will not work and still using the iPhone 10. But now know never to go to that ATT location ever again.

I was greeted warmly by Christian who was very knowledgeable about helping me to find the right phone. I am 63 and have age related dexterity and vision issues.Christian explained additional packages and services. He helped me make goousefilul decisions and did not pressure me.When the second sales clerk arrived, she fitted the safety screen on the phone while Christian set up the phone through AT&T. He helped me close out my late husbands phone number and line.I worked in customer service for 10 years. Christian is a credit to AT&T and customer service. His coworker is as well.K. Milner

Karisa, at the AT&T store at the Fairlane village mall is excellent. We only have her sell us our phones and equipment. If she is busy we wait for her. She is always helpful and most important sets up everything on the phone for us and makes sure we know how to use the functions. . Karisa, Alexis and Julio were awesome when our family went in to purchase 4 new iPhone 11’s. We were there for 5 hours because of a computer glitch that was no fault of theirs but they worked around it and got everything worked out. They even worked past their quitting time to get everything completed. Great workers with a positive attitude. Thank you very much. A suggestion for the store would be a nice couch for the customers while waiting.

I was frustrated before I walked in due to dealing with not wanting to deal with the cost and learning a new iPhone. Mine was obsolete, admittedly. Julio made the whole process simple (even the tech messy stuff) asked for staff help when needed and I’ll give him extra points for trying to converse with another customer in Spanish! An employee from the Pottsville location, decided it was a good idea to give my personal information out to an employee from Kay Jewelers. Then two employees decide it was a good idea to call a number on my plan from the business and a personal cell phone to talk to them about their phone plan. Interesting fact, the plan isn’t in this person name, they asked for this person by name instead of asking for me. There hasn’t been an authorized user on my account in almost three years, so they had to do a lot of digging. As an AT&T customer for almost 13 years, I expect more than this. I’m just posting this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will gladly take my money and business to a Corporate store. At least they respect laws and my privacy. Good job team on breaking the law!

Is it selfish for me to say I don’t ever want Julio to leave here? Every time I come in here I always get the answers I need from him. Has me thinking this man sleeps with a Samsung manual book. I been to many AT&T stores over the past year and he’s always that one team player who really makes sure I’m good to go before I leave. The guys here always give me the best experience in the store every time I’m there. Always very patient and happy to help me. I don’t think any of these guys have a mean bone in their bodies. The other review on here saying they were saying mean things to a customer has to be bologna! Very knowledgeable and very nice, definitely not “useless idiots”! This week I stopped for the second time to return my cell phone charger. The first time I stopped I was told I would need to wait an hour to do the return. I needed to leave without doing the return. This 2nd time I only waited about 5 to 10 min, but when I asked the sales associate about the Back to School promotion with a free phone for an added line, he said the promotion ended. This was 11:30am. There was sign in the front door about the promotion. But it was expired. That was too long into a day of business to be advertising an expired offer.

Was not feeling safe when I visited the Hazleton store. A disgruntled customer came in n became angry since he couldnt cut in front of me as I was already waited on while he was in the parking lot. He told the employee n myself to f ourselves n I became unsettled n feeling threatened. Management did nothing as did the employees to protect me or anyone else in the store. I never saw this man b4 but they knew him. Im still wondering why in a phone store, no employee ever dialed 9-11????

My Aunt went here to try and figure out if there was something wrong with her phone or the network... There were a few teenage employees there who were not only useless idiots but INCREDIBLY rude. The worst part is when she went to leave the store they started saying really mean stuff while she was in ear shot. She is older and not tech savvy but she didnt deserve that, no one does. How can you run a business with such arrogant people as the point of contact for customers? Avoid!!!
