Ordered a phone on October 16 and said it will be in on October 23 and when we call they say it didnt come in so my daughter decides she wants her money refunded so she had to go into the store to take care of this even being done with a debit card. She goes through the process then the sales person says they have some in the back. Poor customer service.

I was trying to get my phone fixed. My screen has a pixel problem. My phone has insurance on it. to get it fixed. They make it so complicated. When my phone Appears to be Defective work Monday to friday 12 hours a day.i dont have time to call fax.and play back and forth games.love my phone.but dont get insurance with my plain when they fight to fix it prepaid was so much easier.

Brandi helped me with my new phone,answered all questions and did much better than other locations I have been too. Im very appreciative of the quality service I received. Shes a life safer and everyone working there was extremely friendly. This is the only store o will go to from now on.

I went in to upgrade my phone and he went out of his way to check my account for a better plan, make sure I would like the phone I came in for, and answered all questions in a knowledgeable manner. I understand commission and I’ve worked in sales, but these people are an embarrassment. They try to tell big fantasy lies about what’s going on with with our phones and trying to speed sell us a new plan that was more expensive with less to offer and when we said we weren’t interested they rolled their eyes at us and started using harsher tactics. They couldn’t even use the right terminology. I feel bad for the people that doesn’t understand technical terms because it could have fooled someone who isn’t familiar with technology, but not me. Educate yourself before agreeing to anything no matter what these amateurs say

Bradi was helpful and very professional. Yet she made you feel important and welcome. She explained details of service and the operations of the phone in detail and was very patient with both my father and I. I will definately return to this location if I have any difficulties with my new phone and will go back for upgrades as needed. It was also easy access for my father who uses a walker to get around and they were very helpful and courteous regarding our comfort while we were there.

John and brandi were extremely helpful. Very friendly atmosphere. They explained everything thoroughly unlike some other stores I have been to.

I go into the store to see if they can put a screen protector on a phone. The person working said no because they do not sell the product. I question the product they carry and how it protects the cell phone. He tells me that it is around from the 1940s. I laugh it could not be tested on cell phones since the 1940s and he continues to be rude and ignorant. I decide to just leave with my child because NO ONE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE THAT IGNORANT. As we are leaving he calls me old one!! Someone should teach this child how to deal with customers from this experience I can see why this store is always empty!! I will continue to use Verizon however, I will drive the 30 miles for great customer service from a real Verizon Corporate store.OLD ONE!!!

I had a wonderful experience on April 20th at the Verizon Wireless store in the Cressona Mall, Pottsville Pa. John and Brandi were very friendly and very helpful with any info needed. Brandi treated me with the most respect that made me feel very comfortable. She is a WONDERFUL young woman with very good communication skills and great customer service!Thanks to John and Brandi for your kindness!

Rude unhelpful staff. They were more worried about eating than waiting on customers. At one time i would recommend this place, now id tell you to stay far away!

Very upset with this store. I recently purchased a phone upgrade here and the manager left out a lot of important information on deals going on with that brand at that time. I brought it back the following day to switch it out at the same store for a more expensive phone of the same brand. I was told they were out of stock after I requested a price match with a competitor. I found that hard to believe considering there was a display model on the floor. I was forced to pay the $70 restock fee for a phone I had one day. This is the last time they will have my service there.Update 10/25/17:I emailed the district manager as requested and got no response. Why am I not surprised?

If I could give them a zero I would. Their sales associate, Justin Redfield, scammed me into taking three free devices with a purchase of a new phone. I just found out I have been paying line access fees and device charges since april when I told they were free. The store refused to rectify the problem even though I never took the devices out of the box and offered to return them. Also had me tied up in 2 year contract on all three devices. I had to call verizon to take care of the problem All they could do is cancel the remaining payments and line access fees. Verizon was helpful but this store refused to help me. The manager was suppose to call me but never did. Stay away from this store!

What a joke. The so called manager Dave is a liar. Completely ripped me off. When I returned to question him about the charges and old phone he sold me he immediately got defensive and started over talking me very loudly. Hes extremely immature and should not be in a managerial position. Him and his staff need retraining on how to speak to customers. This isnt a real Verizon store its a reseller. Dave sold me a phone from 2015 and promised to lower my bill. Low and behold after calling verizon they dont even support the phone he sold me anymore and I could have gotten the new galaxy s7 for less than what I paid for the s6edge plus monthly. Like I said a complete rip off. Do not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the humiliation from being screamed at by the 5yr old store manager.

Not only did the girl working lie to my husband about a wireless charger but she also completely screwed him when he wanted to purchase a more EXPENSIVE phone than the one they wanted to sell him. I mean seriously. These authorized retailers should not exist. DRIVE FARTHER AND GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE THAN HERE!

Bought a screen protector here for my Iphone 7. They said it was a lifetime replacement for $10. I just went in to the store and they said they cant fulfill that anymore but I can buy another brand for $50-60? No, I wanted the $10 replacement I was guaranteed. Avoid this store.
