Horrible service at this location. Does not acknowledge customers until it is the customer’s turn. Not knowledgeable on T-Mobile products or services. Left store unsatisfied and T-Mobile lost a loyal customer. I switched to Verizon and got excellent service at Verizon wireless in st Clair and spent less money. Be sure to stop in Verizon for great deals and service and knowledgeable staffing. My one star rating is for the cleanliness of the place nothing further

Amazing!!!! Had a great time with this team very entertaining and knowledgeable to be around. Brought my 8 year old nephew here and he was also entertained by some magic tricks! Wow lets just say my expectations were blown from getting my phone serviced with this staff! Thank you team at Fairlane T-Mobile.

Very nice workers and smart! .. 5 or 6 years ago T-Mobile sucked. Well, I had T-Mobile now for 6 months and tbh I was VERY surprised on how well their signal is (I live in Schuylkill County) and Wherever I go in the county I have signal 99% of the time. No way I’m paying WAY more for Verizon, or even AT&T for equal service coverage.

I would stay away from getting help from the lady with long red/light brown hair and glasses. Wait for a different staff or manager. She is not knowledgeable and has an attitude even when asking help from her store manager. Seems like she’s quick to turn away customer than trying to help us. Was an unpleasant experience.

First review is correct. Store staff is either not honest or not competent. You will have to fix everything they set up for you on your own. T-Mobile service is just fine, but do yourself a favor and make the transaction online or drive to Allentown.

I stopped in here to buy a SIM card to see if I could activate it and use T-Mobile service at home. It didnt work at all. I returned the SIM card got a refund and was assured by the employees that that was the end of it, but as of right now, theres a collection agency involved claiming I owe money for an account that was never used, and in fact was never even activated. Do not trust those dipshitz in that store.

Very knowledgable staff, very pleasant. Great to work with!. So happy we finally switched all these years later of paying 516 a month with verizon for 6 phones. Same amount of phones at more than half off the price of Verizons! Only thing i didnt like they told us some of the things were free and they werent!

Sales staff very unwelcoming, walked in and out of the store twice without even being addressed. The second time in I waited for 30-40 minutes for a member of the sales staff to help me. Was not spoken to, given a time frame for my wait, or even greeted in the store. I love the service I usually receive from T-Mobile, but this was inadequate and unacceptable.-Brett

The place is convenient but that is the only good thing I could say. Do not switch to tmobile. the service is horrible. The sales team tells you an approximate price and when your first bill comes it is 25 more. The service was a little better when we got the phone but has dropped off misersbly. if u go to tamaqua through at clair to frackville or anywhere near pine grove forget service. Outside of schuylkiil county it is ok but unfortunately I live here with horrible service

Stay away - go to a different store. The manager had lied to us and told us items were free. Then slipped the bill into our bag at the end of the night for the full price!!! I called customer service through t-mobile. They are not allowed to do that. I am a veteran, and these people are ruthless. No recomemdations what so ever - if you want to feel lime your bwing robbed, you found the right place, STEER CLEAR!!!
