Rented a Penske truck from Joe Ques over the weekend and they were on point! After Uhaul screwed me- Anthony was able to get me a truck relatively quick. His customer service was great! The truck was there on time and was reliable. Box had a unique smell- but thats on whoever rented it last! Thanks Again!

Everyone was extremely helpful. Driver was given helpfull instructions. We were early but they said we could do the paper work. Excellent management and workers. Outstanding place to get a rental Penske truck. Also the truck. was exceptionally clean.

Joe Que seem like a very nice guy. I was not here for auto body work though, but for a Penske rent a truck, a 16 footer rental only, I had an issue with this Penske truck I rented, because the air conditioning was not working and that messed my trip up. I informed Joe the next day and he said he would tell Penske truck rental company about this problem. They probably should check the trucks better, but I guess I should have checked it better myself before I left on the road.. Telling it like it happens......

Rented a Penske box truck from here. Truck was good, but the married couple running the place didnt wear masks, even indoors in the small office when you have to be in close quarters. I would have hoped they would care more about their customers health and safety.

We picked up a large 26 foot Penske rental truck. Joe was extremely pleasant to deal with. I definitely recommend using Joes shop for a Penske rental. We also got a tour of his work in progress.

Joe is pretty much an amazing unicorn of a human being. Between him and George, despite terrible things happening to my vehicles, I still always seem to leave with a smile. Their work is amazing, they always go above and beyond, theyre genuine, honest and truly work in their clients best interest. Hopefully you will not need them and your car will stay beautiful forever BUT if the worse case happens, or maybe you just want something cool done you have to talk to these guys because they just rock!

Go to Joe Que if you need auto body work! They are fast, courteous and do high quality work. My car looks brand new, they even waxed and buffed it. They worked smoothly with my insurance. An experience that could have been a hassle turned into a very pleasant one. I wouldnt go anyplace except Joe Ques. Bonus: the customer service area of the shop is decorated with some gorgeous artistic auto detailing examples.

My vehicle was recently hit in an accident which caused exterior and internal damages. HelloI had a accident where I slid on ice and crashed the front of my truck. I chose Joe Ques from word of mouth and I am very pleased with the results. They even fixed a small dent without me even asking!!!

Pros: Joe & George in the office were professional throughout the entire experience. My car was taken in a couple days after I received a quote. The work(3 stage paint on fender, door, and bumper of a coupe) was done within the 3 day time I was quoted. The work itself looks complete and very consistent throughout the areas painted.Cons: Its likely the priciest in the area, but I knew that going in and theyre very clear about that. There was a lack of finishing touch to the project- ie. handprints inside on some door panels(all of which I can clean myself), some paint dust(not over spray) on some other parts, an obvious separation between OEM paint and this paint inside the door panel and under the wheel well(both unnoticeable to the naked eye), and the occasional overspray around bits of trim.Overall Im happy with the job, however I will say its not perfect. Thanks to everyone at Joe Ques for getting my baby back looking great again!
