Im so glad this is the Starbucks closest to my house. Going to Starbucks is common for me and my family, but this is consistently the best location Ive been to both in the area and out of state. They usually get everything right, but are happy to fix any mistakes that may happen (which is inevitable in such a fast-paced environment). Particularly though, there are so many awesome and super friendly employees here. I know Tony and Alex by name but seriously its everyone!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Friendly and great service... My latte was missing from the order but they made it quickly with no questions asked like.. Show me your receipt etc. Bathroom was clean. Would pee here again.

I always order ahead and yet I consistently wait for my order, which I can see waiting for me on the other side of the glass. The baristas are always surly when I ask for my drink. I have learned I have to ask for my drink or they will not acknowledge me. Frustrating. They are also always out of nitro cold brew every time I go.

Always a good experience here. The barista staff is extremely friendly. As Im adjusting to sitting in coffeeshops again, I was grateful to feel that I was treated with care and conscientiousness. One employee offered me a cup of water after Id sat with my work for an hour (Id long finished my coffee), and it was precisely what I needed at the time. Looking forward to spending more time here as the world continues to open back up.

My husband and I, both of our families, and almost every friend weve ever had are huge coffee and tea lovers. Its only fitting that we all love Starbucks too! Thank you for providing a serene area to rest, read, talk, or relax and enjoy a delicious brew and tasty bite.

Worst starbucks of all. They have more than enough employees, not too many customers and still dont know how to read a ticket. If I will pay 5 dollars for a cup of tea you should serve what I asked for...

Starbucks always has great friendly staff.

Staff was nice but they dont know how to make drinks. Ordered two different drinks over the last month; the first one was a salted caramel cream cold brew and it had no cream and no caramel. Then I ordered a caramel brulee latte and it had no coffee or caramel brulee flavor in it, just steamed milk. The one on Rte 44 is better, even though they take longer.

Everytime I go here it is always clean and the staff is always so sweet. Im lactose intolerant and I got a frapachino with coconut milk but forgot to say no whipped cream. The amazingly thoughtful gentleman noticed and waited to put in on. Which I am very greatful that he had saw this and waited to see if I still wanted it. The 2 younger men that are there in the evenings are so sweet!!

They should be careful with their orders because I asked for soy and they gave me regular milk and it made me very sick. I have IBS I cannot take regular dairy and that had me messed up for 2 days. I didnt ask for soy just to be that annoying person, I asked for an actual health reason. No bueno.

The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating! The store is always clean and my orders are made with care! Definitely a great experience for my coffee runs!!

My only reason for not doing 5 stars is the passion tea at this one is weak. Tastes like either its not steeped long enough or not enough tea bags.

Best Mocha cookie crumble

Slow service, store was a bit of a mess and baristas/cashiers did not seem to know basics of products. Portion of a double shot of espresso seemed to be half and when asking barista about it had surly attitude.

It was not the experience that I had at some of the other locations along Route 9 so that is why I cant give it 5 stars. When I arrived, it took longer than usual for me to receive my COMPLETE order so it felt weird to see other individuals have their full order complete and I had to wait about 8 minutes until the other half of my order was complete. I will keep going to Wappingers or Fishkill for my Starbucks.

Incompetent, painfully slow staff. Ended up leaving with a frozen sandwich and still missed my train.

I ordered in the app but unfortunately they did not have the sandwich I was wanting. They did make an adequate substitution though.

I love this Starbucks location! Theyre very speedy, very friendly, and always make it right! Today my friend forgot to grab our drinks and headed straight home, when I finally was able to head over myself they very quickly and very nicely remade my drink for me!!! Love this place!

I am not an every day Starbucks patron. I probably frequent once a week or so. Especially in the colder months, I tend to crave the holiday drinks. Love the peppermint mocha! The line can be long sometimes. I wont go if I am in a rush to be somewhere else. The staff is great and friendly and the drinks are made very accurately.

Usually, I love the opportunity to come here and get some work done, but today my latte was barely lukewarm and, to make it worse, it is FREEZING cold in the building! I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they can warm it up a little bit (because Im literally shivering in my zippered up winter jacket and scarf) and he said that he cant do anything because he would have to call Corporate for permission and said that he would ask, but as Ive sat here for another 10 minutes, watching him do nothing, he hasnt even looked at a phone, let alone made the call, so I dont think he really cares that my teeth are chattering while he stays warm behind the counter with all the coffee machines. So apparently his comfort level is all that really matters to him and not trying to make his guests happy and WARM. I dont know if I will be coming back to this location again, at least not until the weather warms up.

I go here just to sit and meet people. I like trying to figure out which customer I hate the most. Usually its all of them, but sometimes someone will really stand out. I try not to buy anything while here. Sometimes people will offer to buy me a cup of coffee because Im so nice, but deep down I hate them. I never leave a tip.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks. Normally I go across the street to Barnes and Noble to get my coffee. However, I am totally dismayed the way they treat their customer. The lady at the counter did not even say hello to me. She just raised her eye brow and asked me what I want. I thought may be she was having a bad day and I ignored her ill manners. But after he took the money for me, she kept me waiting and serving and chit chatting with others who were behind me at the line. When her colleague saw me waiting he came in and gave my coffee. She just smiled sweetly back at me and kept on chatting with other customer. I dont know why she treated me the way she did, but I came to believe that she did it deliberately and she was not sorry for what she did.

My drinks are always good. I only get my to go orders from my app here. Which brings me to my only complaint, they really should have a spot for to go orders like other locations do. I hate to utilize the app to be able to pick up and go when they have it where only they can reach my drinks and make us wait until they can pass it. It defeats the purpose of this great feature. That is why I gave them 4 stars.

Clean and updated decor, decent service, can be a little busy at times (usually morning and early afternoon), but if you have a rewards card, you can always use the mobile ordering feature. Try out a clover coffee if you like freshly ground/brewed coffee. There is a large selection to choose from.

Its coffee no big deal but last time I was there I was a little annoyed.The girl behind the counter was on her phone and another staff had to walk over to take my order and when he asked her if she wanted to make my cup of decaf she scoffed and said not really

After having a long day full of graduate schoolwork, I came to this Starbucks to finish some assignments (with a cup of coffee of course).Lisa (the store manager) was very friendly and made me feel comfortable to do my schoolwork. In the past, Ive been to this Starbucks location and Ive always had a positive experience. :)

Arrived at 7:30 AM for an 8 AM doctors appointment nearby before the building opened. Tried for the first time hot Macha Tea. It had a smooth and mild taste. Their staff is warm and friendly, bringing out the best in the customers. Loved the warm ambience, which reminded me of being an honored guest in someones living room, when I sat in their overstuffed leather chairs!

I always stop in here when I go by, I always get an iced matcha green tea latte. Today it wasn’t good at all! The staff was helpful though they mad me another one after I told them I didn’t like it .

I always got a caramel brulee latte in Pennsylvania and it wasnt burnt or dark roast it was light and sweet even in Florida they know but why do you fishkill New York and poughkeepsie New York continue to make a light and sweet roast dark or burnt

This is the best Starbucks in the Hudson Valley. They are always friendly, helpful and on point. Even if there is a mix up or when its crazy busy- they dont ever seem to loose their cool. I drive out of my way from Hopewell to stop in here.**Updated for a small thing.. it would be nice if they completed your transaction before shouting out to the next person. I felt so rude yelling over a womans shoulder while she paid for her order.. then when someone did it to me I wasnt able to ask for my receipt.

The store wont open on time. Employees in the store just stared at me when I showed up at 5:50 AM when the store opens at 5:30AM. Very rude and waste of my time.

Starbucks is getting weak. The service is not as good, the food is very plastic and seems made from poor ingredients. My Americano was not as good as I am used to from SB. I am no longer excited about going to one again.

This is my go to Starbucks - I like this place and enjoy the environment but theres a small number of people that work here that give off some odd vibes - overall very tidy and worth a shot.

This is a small Starbucks Coffee but it has great service and room for about 20 people to sit and sip their lattes as well as tables for reading books or playing table games.
