The sales lady was very helpful. She was training a new employee at the time. They were both pleasant. They replaced my bracelet and I made another purchase while I was there.

Literally waiting over 30 mins to get help at this place and there was 3 people working and none were very helpful at all i understand displays have to be updated but if there is a customer waiting for help you are supposed to stop and try to help them first thats how all businesses work.

Ive been shopping in Pandora for years they had the most beautiful jewelry that I love so much and they have baby scene for you the family and friends

They told me they dont have enough $160 cash to pay me back when i return my bracelet, they didnt tell me about that when i bought it. :) the manager told me if i want my money back i should go to another Pandora store :)))

Went in to buy a charm for my wife. Now, Im a typical guy...I dont know much about jewelry, only what she wanted. The girls were more than helpful and patient, helping me to decide. They brought out several trays of jewelry for me to look at, and were able to answer any questions I had. All in all, this was a most pleasant shopping experience. The girls actually made it fun for a guy to be in their store.

Worst pandora ever. I have gone to many pandoras including the outlet in Woodbury and the one in Danbury,which are around 35 min each from me and is well worth the drive after experiencing this one. Ive been there 3 times since its 10 min away from me but the workers there have no clue what they are doing. Dont know a single thing about anything in the store and you will go through a hassle trying to buy a single thing in the store. You cant see a whole tray like other ones, they will only pull one charm out at a time which makes it very time consuming and just advise you take the longer trip elsewhere to buy something.

Overpriced, showcases are nicer, lighting is illusional, makes things much prettier in the store than out. They were out of stock of what we were looking for.
