The products they offer are hand picked, not just set up as a factory jewelry store, but great displays of different artists, some even local to the Hudson Valley.There is a great selection of bags, none that you would find at your local “mall”, a few displays of artful clothing, and more jewelry. There are a few things for the home (no cast iron) and even more jewelry.Customer service is something that eludes a lot of modern business these days, but not at Sierra Lily, they do things the old fashioned way, it is a locally owned, family run establishment, striving to always do their best. Even during heavy holiday shopping times, there’s always plenty of staff on hand.There is always someone standing by to help with your decisions, and the best part is, you never have to worry about the “gift wrap “. They do it all !Even though help is always close by, you’re never pressured to look at, or buy an item, you’re never being “sold” to. I had a wedding event. My husband and I are expecting our 3rd child. Needless to say, we dont get out much. I was really looking forward to the wedding. I wanted to purchase some jewelry for the occasion. My first thought was Sierra Lily. I shop the store whenever Im looking for something unique and special. I purchased two sets of earrings with their matching necklaces. I had the wedding and the rehearsal dinner to attend. After my first event, I tried taking off the earrings and the backing broke before I had removed the earring. It took me over 10 minutes to remove the earring. My ear lobe was mangled once I was finally able to get it off. I went to return the earrings and had a negative experience. There was no apology. They just kept telling me to make sure the tags were still on on the future. I never intended to return the earrings, of course the tags were removed.

Love this place, lots of nice jewelry, including Alex & Ani, and Pandora, gifts for all occasions.

A nice place to find more local and personal gifts. New age style jewelry, and a Willow Tree reseller. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a visit.

I went in the store to buy a little something and I didn’t know that my nap sack was open so they were following me around the store I’m not a stealer and you saw me once you’ll never see me again I will let all my friends know not too go to your store I wish the company train’s there workers to be better with costumers

This is a great shop with a lot of interesting and diverse items. I needed a gift for my MILs birthday and I had no trouble finding a pair of earrings for her. They have a nice selection of jewelry to fit different tastes, local foods, body care, childrens items, housewares, etc. Its a bit on the pricey side, but everything appears to be of good quality. I bought myself some lotion from Hudson Valley Soap Company and it was about a dollar more than the company charges for the lotion on the companys site, so the markup was fair. I bought a box of of locally made salted caramels that were delicious and good-quality chocolate. In general, its a very nice store. My only complaint is that the salespeople follow you around, either to assist, hold items at the register, or ensure no shoplifting. Ill shop here again when I need something special, but I generally avoid stores that insist on following me around.

The google listing says the store is closed, however they are now open to the public again! Hooray!!!! They are open every day but Sunday right now. It is wonderful to have this gem back open. Everyone is wearing masks and they are sanitizing after each customer. Shop Local!

This store is not just an ordinary store. If you need help picking out a gift, the staff is very knowledgeable and offers a variety of ideas and makes it so much easier and a more pleasant shopping experience. The young girl with the dyed red hair was exceptional at helping us pick multiple items out and the older woman with the short gray bob hair cut was extremely careful in wrapping up the gifts and making it look extra special with the colorful tissue paper and lots of colorful festive ribbons. Thank you for the best shopping experience. I will be back 💝

I loved the store and everything they had to offer. However, I went with my mother and 2 sisters speaking Spanish and was followed around the store the whole time. I didn’t believe it when my sister told me, but as we went to the back the girl with the red hair followed us too. Not once did they ask us if we needed help or found everything to be okay. I wanted to buy some headbands as my friend from school recommend, but the whole time I felt uncomfortable and objectified to be a thief.

This store offers much! Its a go to destination for local stores. The only place I go for gifts, especially of I dont know what to get. Regardless, I always find the best things here. The staff are knowledge and courteous and always willing to help.

I had the same experience as another reviewer, Ashley P. Beautiful store with beautiful high end products. I objected to the fact that I was treated like a shoplifter. An older woman followed us around the store like a puppy. Never once did she ask me if I needed any help or had any questions. It was disrespectful, rude and not customer service friendly at all. In fact, there were a few items I was considering purchasing but I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave immediately. Its a shame, because I like to support local businesses especially at holiday time.

Absolutely the best “gift“ store in the area not only do they always have something unique but the service is amazing. If I say I’m interested in something specific they take care of it immediately. This store is my happy place!

A beautiful store with a diverse collection of beautiful jewelry & gifts. Excellent customer service! I visited the store in September and purchased a bracelet. The bracelet broke months later (ps don’t give delicate bracelets to athletic 13 year old girls, just a tip), Jen was amazing and accommodating and helped me get the bracelet replaced. This store is a must-visit anytime I’m in the area, I’m a fan for life!

I just wonder if they follow everyone around the store like theyre going to steal??? I am a 40 year old mother of 2, in the store with my 10 year old daughter shopping for my mothers birthday gift. IDK, I dont think I fit the profile of petit thief.Also, Maria. She comes across as bothered,, always.I like to support local business but, these women make it hard to keep going and dropping a lot of money there.
