They were courteous, on time and took care with loading and towing my car. Setting up appointment, phone agent and driver were all respectful and helpful. Great service!

If i had to recommend a wrecker service to anyone and i have quite a few times it would be 82 auto. The staff there is excellent and friendly and they go above and beyond to help there customers. Very reasonable pricing. They definitely have me as a customer and i will definitely continue to recommend them. If i could give more stars on here i would buti definitely give them 20/5

The driver was friendly. When he put the ramp down and tried to chain the front end of the can he started kicking them to jam them under the front end instead of moving the ramp. Lucky he dis not scratch the paint

I broke down in Selma Al. I call every local wrecker service and shop no one would pull me out of the road. I know it Christmas Eve and everyone wants to be with family and friends. Took me back to their home town and invited me to join his family for Christmas dinner. While I was enjoying their family, food and Christmas. Joe found the part for my truck and someone to fix my truck on Christmas. In most places it would cost me a arm and two legs to even get my truck off the hwy. This family took a stranger, just a truck driver no one ever seems before and made me feel like family. Purchased used truck rims to ship to a friend in another country. I cleaned off all the mud and rust to get them ready to ship. My friend was able to find some in his country during the 7 days I had the rims, saving hundreds on overseas shipping costs. I attempted to return these rims in better condition than when I purchased them. That is when I was told that they dont accept returns. Were not Wal-mart is what the guy told me. BTW, they did not give me a receipt for a cash purchase.
