Do not follow their own posted hours and when asked why, they responded that their guys come in late. Height of unprofessionalism.
I’m the website clearly says it closes at 7.. I got there @ 6:45 due to my tire going flat unexpectedly and I get there and it’s nobody there !!! Why the false advertising?! Sincerely an inconvenienced customer
Worst experience at Walmart PrattvilleI go and drop off my car at 11 for oil change and to see if they could patch up tire. They said it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could even get to it. I said fine and leave my car.I call back at 1 and the same girl who attended me answers and says it’s ready. I go at 130 to pick up my car. And the whole auto center is closed and locked up. I go around through garden center to go inside. And they are all on lunch. I go around looking for someone to call for help back there to get attendedLike how is your whole auto center closed. While there’s cars waiting to get picked up. My car had been ready. They just hadn’t called me until I called them.
I got two tires changed here on two separate occasions. The employees here are always nice and helpful. I also got both tires changed in a reasonable amount of time.
For the price you can not beat it. If you are in a rush go somewhere else and pay extra for faster service Walmart is known for saving money not fast service. And please dont expect them to clean your car when you go for an oil change. I have been using Walmart car center for 8 plus years no problem to date.
I dropped my car off for just a oil change. I went in to shop. After shopping for about 10-15 minutes a get a phone call asking if my vehicle was getting a battery change and I told them no just a oil change. I completed my grocery shopping a hour later and my car still hadnt even been touched. I then had to wait with all my kids for them to complete the oil change that took another 25 minutes longer. When I finally got my car my seat was completely all the way back, grease and oil hand prints were everywhere on and in my car and on the checked and complete list it stated that my car had been vacuumed which it clearly hadnt. I would never use this place again.
I bring my own 4 tires and I have had wait for 3 hours longer .... My car came before anybody else but they touched my car after 2 hours ive had been waiting .... Do not come here
The people are nice. Most of them we know by first name.
Great customer service. Not enough check out lines.
Went to replace an Everstart MAXX Battery in my vehiche that was clearly under the prorated policy printed on the battery. I was informed by two Wal-Mart locations that they do not honor the prorate warranty. There is no use in purchasing a battery for these reasons. If it is honored they refuse to charge you the prorate amount and will only discount that amount off of your total purchase. You must also use your previous warranty from your previous battery purchase and totally forefit the three year warranty that comes with the battery. At the Millbrook location I was treated rudely upon asking for help. I had to push a button on a register in the back and wait over ten minutes for help. After the line began to get a little long, I finally walked outside to the garage area and asked if some one could please help me inside. I was treated poorly from the get go. I was told it would be over $75.00 for a prorated battery that would expire in nine months. I then offered to buy a new battery out right to get the warranty since the prorate was so expensive. I was then told the best they could do for a new battery was $107.00 before tax and I would be charged for installation. When the sign behind the CSM stated free battery installation. I questioned this to which I recieved a head shake and was called dumb. I began to become slightly offended and stated just sell me the new battery and I will have it put in at home, and I let him know I had no problem doing it for myself. This CSM/employee went and grabbed what appeared to be a used battery or very old battery. The sticker on it had it still expiring in nine months. I asked him doesnt this battery expire soon? Then he began to be loud and acted like I had bothered him and wasted his time. I asked him since I was getting the prorated battery obviously how much would I be responisble for, since he would not supply me with a new battery. His reply was $107.00 plus tax and a $5.00- $10.00 instillation fee. When he was saying this he tried to make his self appear very large and imtidating. I immediately replied to him that I would not be giving my business to his location. What made this even worse was I knew my battery was on the shelf for $87.00. I have a photograph of it. I have also looked up the policy for Everstart and if battery bevomes defective during proration then proration is amount some one should pay and they battery warranty should start over. Very few Wal-Marts go by policy on this any longer and it is very inappropriate. You beleive you are acquiring a quality product in all reality they are only willing to honor the 3 year warranty. I am currious as to Everstart being aware of this and fully intend on writing them. When I stated I would not do business with him be began yelling and screaming. He also slung the old battery he had pulled out to sell me. I asked for his name he turned his badge around and laughed. They were not at all busy in their parking bays. There was only one vehivle being serviced. I could not understand this mans hostility toward women. I told him I would give,y $120.00 happpliy to Prattville Wal-Mart before I let him have the sale. He then made a commet to the sorts of that stupidwitch or a very simmilar connotative rhyming word. I went to Prattville Wal-Mart where I was greeted by a wonderful individual, and total gentleman named Virgil. I was able to purvhase a new battery, oil filter, air filter, and three shirts for the price I was given at the first Wal-Mart fort the battery alone. I was treated very kindly and efficiently by all staff there. They could not explain either why the prorate amount and date would be different than label states. I still can not grasp why I was treated so poorly in Millbrrook. Maybe it is because I am a female and this man assumes females know nothing of vehicles. Whatever the cause I do not wish it on my worst enemy and would never reccomend them to anyone. I also will keep resaearch why the only carrier of Everstart is not honoring the promise on the label.
I got a tire changed on our work van. My work credit card was at its limit so I called my boss to see if he could put it on his card. They would not allow this. Now I am waiting here trying to figure out how to get this paid for. I am no longer shopping at Walmart and I am pretty sure my business wont either.
Wasnt too happy with how I was greeted. Whats your name beside manner. Other than that, service as expected.
Does not open on time a sign says they open at 7 their website says 7 been waiting 20 mins now
I like this Walmart Center in general, but the servicewoman at the counter in the auto care center who made my keys was surly, rude, and made me wait an impossibly long time between the making the key and paying for it
Nice and fast and cordial.
I went here three separate times at 7 a.m. in the morning and they could never get the tires done always had some kind of a problem employee or something with somebody in front of me and must have had seven to eight employees walking around doing nothing what a dump
If you want the wrong oil in your vehicle or have 2.5 hours to waste getting one tire installed, this is your place!
Great
