Very very helpful staff. They showed my daughter and myself how to properly check the oil and transmission fluid while the car is hot.And also replace my battery on my keychain to lock and unlock the doors. And I also found a perfect phone holder to stick to my windshield. This AutoZone is pretty awesome! 😎 😎😊

Have keyless ignition but battery was low so I had to use key but it jammed or so I thought. Phillip at Prattville AL store quickly diagnosed that I used key instead of entire key fob in ignition. Remedied in a minute and we were so relieved. Good job Phillip!

I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this store in the last 14 years. I went in to buy brake pads today. The associate scanned an item and put it in my purchase without asking. It wasnt a mistake. I asked him if it was free and he said no. He acknowledged I didnt ask for it when I confronted him about it. THIS IS NOT HONEST! What a scam! Im disappointed. Very disappointed.

They are amazing! Tenisha helped me at first and was spot on with finding a problem. James H. then found me in the parking lot trying to get the part changed out. Was having some difficulty without a tool. He helped with that, replaced what needed to be replaced and I was on my way. Both were so pleasant and helpful. They knew exactly what was wrong and got it taken care of quickly and painlessly. I am so grateful to the both of them for their help today!!!

Every time I go there they have what Im looking for.

I called this morning and spoke with both Justin they assured me after paying over the phone that my friend can pick up the parts. Arriving he was told otherwise when I called up for a refund for such an inconvenience I was laughed at by a Martina who should never be in the customer service business

The cashier was nice, but couldnt solve the problem I was having with my car (my engine light was on). And when I asked him to change the batteries in my key fob it fell apart and he told me it was broken. GRRRRR

I needed a new battery and one of the connections was corroded. Justin did a great job replacing my battery and added corrosive resistant grease to the terminals! Top notch service! In and out in less than 20 minutes!

I dont usually take the time out to write a review, but I have never been more please with customer service Ive received before! Noah Mullins goes out of his way to help me find exactly what I am looking for and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects! My husband and I frequently visit this location in prattville and if he is working we can always count on him getting us in and out without a hitch! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable associates in a clean, organized store. Came in with the plastic body under the car dragging on a Sunday afternoon when all of the mechanics seemed closed. Mr. James helped me figure out a good temporary fix and even put it on so I could drive back to Montgomery and get it looked at by a mechanic next day. Very much appreciate their help!

I have to say these people know their customer service etiquette. It seems rare to hear people say hello, or how are you doing, please, and thank you. Hey LADIES I actually found parts, creative stickers, emblems, LED lights, oh the biggie that competing part stores dont have PINK! I mean anything pink. There arent a lot of pink accessories in competing part stores. I also wish that all of the all those stores would carry a little bit more female items at least pink not red or blue or yellow or green or black or orange you got all those colors. Pink.

Worst customer service at this location

For 20 years, I have been repairing my automobiles using parts from the Prattville Autozone. They always treat me like Im the most important customer of the day. They always have what I need, or the promise to get it quick. Most recently I needed a new radiator for my 2000 Honda Odyssey. They had it in stock AND it was a fair price. I could just go on and on. Thanks for being excellent AutoZone!

Staff seemed rude. Waited around for twenty minutes just to be told they couldnt help me with what I needed.

The lady that helped me was so nice and courteous. She helped me find a replacement spark plug for my mower. Almost as soon as I came through the door, I was greeted and helped. Would go back again.

This store is awesome! They quickly diagnosed my dead battery, had multiple options for me to choose from for a new battery, AND installed my newly purchased battery. Then, to make it even better, they installed the battery for free! Ill definitely return for any vehicle needs that I have!

Great place! The staff is quite friendly and more importantly, quite helpful. If they dont have the item you are looking for, they can get it sent from their warehouse. If you are military, dont forget to ask for your military discount. Overall, a great location to get your do it yourself items from simple oil change to your harder engine work jobs.

AutoZone is wonderful. They are willing to check the fuses in your vehicle, when a lot of other car parts companies will not. Ive never been to an AutoZone and had rude service. Their sales representatives are always very kind and helpful.

AutoZone was very helpful. Even though they didnt have the part I needed they gave me the name of a shop that had what I was looking for.

I went in with a coolant light on. The rep assisted by showing me where the coolant is located in my car, looked up type I needed, and provided funnel to replenish it in my vehicle. He did all that with a smile.

This store provided excellent customer service. They helped by looking at my engine to provide the correct part that was needed. Thank You.

Bought windshield wipers, clerk was helpful and installed my wipers. They were double Walmart prices but he installed them for me which I couldnt do myself. Busy place.

Very disappointed...My wife was told she needed a newbattery for her car by our mechanic .She called and ask me where to goget one....I told her to let me check...I called Autozone talked with Davidand let him know about the situationI gave him all the information neededon the phone...he told me he had abattery in stock and that he would goahead and pull it and have it on the counter waiting for her....I said great Ill tell her ....but when my wife got to the store the last battery had just been sold....my wife calls and tells me no battery waiting and no battery available....unless she pays more for a battery with a different warranty...she said no and ended up going to theMillbrook store to get the battery she should have gotten at Prattville storeI called David back at Autozone and ask him what happened....I know the previous phone call was at least 20 minutes before my wife got there.....why no battery...he said he did not pull the battery and put it on the counter...battery was sold...Very disappointed.

The parts manager that worked the night of 3/18/2019 acted like I was an inconvenience and he had better things to do than wait on me. I spent $30 on a head light bulb. When I asked him why he treated me that way he told he to get the hell out of his store and locked the doors behind me. Very unprofessional !!!
