I brought my computer to BWS for repair. I paid for data recovery and was told I needed a new operating system. Why Im not sure. I have requested an explanation for the problem with my computer no less than 3 times. I have gotten no response!My computer has continued with an error message about the operating system. My cd drive no longer works either. I am very upset that I spent so much money and my computer is still not running correctly and I cant get any response or assistance on this. Im at the point that I will now have to get the Alabama Better Business involved. I had read good reviews on BWS, but it has been a very unsatisfying experience for me. I expected my computer to be fixed and totally operational, but this is not the case!I changed my rating since Ive been communicating with Cindy and the owner. They have been very considerate. My computer is in the shop and with their technician, Kelby, working on it, I think it should be running optimally when I get it back.

I had a issue with my PC, so I called BWS Technologies here in Prattville. They had me fixed in about 5 minutes. The technician was so polite and nice. I believe his name was Khelby This is the second time I’ve used them and will do so again. So if you should need repair give these guys a call. Wish I could give you 10 stars

First-rate service! We have a fairly large computer network and BWS makes sure our hardware and software needs are fully met. If we have an issue, we usually have someone on site to take care of the problem within an hour. I highly recommend them!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always do a great job fixing and maintaining our personal technology equipment. The prices are reasonable and the services provided are top quality.

2 weeks ago I took my computer to them because there was no signal to my monitor. They advised that it would take about 3 days before they could get to it and run diagnostics. Then morning of the third day they called and explained what the problem (Video Card) was and ran some options past. They searched for a video card that would work in my computer and before they did anything they called to get my approval. Again they advised that it would take 3-5 days for delivery and true to their word thats when I picked up my computer; 3 days later. Couple days about 5 days later I had a question about the fan inside because it sounded like my tower was about to take off. Took it back they ran some diagnostics again and could find nothing wrong. They reset and since that day there has been no issues. They did not charge me anything and the best things are they gave me time frames which they met and they stand behind their work. Very knowledgeable group of people. Job well done!

The nicest and most knowledgeable people in any profession. I took my Mac to them because I was having great difficulty in clicking to maneuver from one site to another. He demonstrated that I was pushing down too hard on the touchpad.

Ive had work done by them on two different occasion and Ive recommended a friend and these guys always deliver. Prices and times are very fair.You cant expect to just walk in and step to the front of their project line for a quick one hour job. Thats just not realistic when they have other clients that need work done asap as well.Highly recommend BWS!

Really nice receptionist. No one in the back though could be bothered with my humble request. I really needed a quick one hour job done, same day. I got a really quick no way. No explanation. Nothing, but a smile. So, since this part from their website, We provide fast turnaround times, because we know you dont want to be without your computer is not true. I wouldnt trust then as far as I would throw a stick. The receptionist was very friendly though, lol.

Its nice to have a great team behind you. They continue recommend the needed SEO for my website. Its bad when the complaints about your website is that it is too far reaching because the SEO is working that well.
