We got the last printer that costs less than 200.00 in stock today. Im not sure why there were so few printer choices but the ink was in stock so that sealed the deal.

I took my son to buy some last minute school supplies today and the total at Office Depot in Prattville was 12.83. They cashier refused me service because I did not have the correct change!!!!!!!!!! He explained to me that there was a coin shortage and they are only allowed to get one toll of each coin at the bank. I have to get change on a regular basis for the school and the bank has never limited the amount of coins we are allowed to get. I did have my debit card and could have used it but instead I kindly took my money and told the cashier this was a bunch of political mess. Don’t shop at Office Depot in Prattville unless you have the correct change!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Don’t shop here! I have never been so disrespected in my life.

Bought office chair listed as on-sale, ended up paying full price. Then was told it had free warranty, ended up charging me more for the free warranty.

I came in today to have some flyers copied and printed. I signed into the kiosk at the printing station as instructed. I then walked over to look at the laptops that were RIGHT NEXT TO the print desk. I could see the employees behind the desk and they could see me. I got 2 text messages on my phone, one stating I had a 5 min wait, the second stating my wait was 1 min. As I waited I saw 2 other customers walk right up to the print desk and be helped immediately. No problem, I thought. Maybe they had a previous order before me. I then saw one lady walk in the store and walk right up to the desk and the employee started helping her. Almost simultaneously I got a text that said “you are next in line. Proceed to the desk and an employee with help you”. So I did. The female employee helping the lady who walked in and straight to the desk, asked what I needed (politely). I told her I had gotten a message to come up because I was next in line. She then told me “well I called your name and you didn’t come up”. I told her I had JUST gotten the message and showed her my phone. She said “I called your name and you didn’t come up. Let me finish helping her and I’ll be right with you”.1) WHY have customers sign in at a kiosk and give their numbers for text updates when it’s their turn if they are not going to get precedence to those customers who bypass the kiosk and the big written signs telling you to sign in and wait?2) Why have customers give their numbers for text updates as your way of notifying a customer that it’s their turn if you’re going to just call their name? Granted, call a customer’s name at the same time you send the kiosk text update but at least give them a chance to walk over to the desk before moving on to another customer. I was literally standing at the laptops which is within spitting distance from the print desk when the text came through that it was my turn. The employee saw me standing there.I’m giving 3 stars as a review because the employee was nice and knowledgeable, once it was actually my turn.

I went in yesterday to get some business card notices to place in my daughters gender reveal invitation. Not familiar with the procedure of setting up a template, I was told that a set up fee was about 25.00 and the cards would be 9.99 for 50. I was also told that I couldn’t get them the same day because they were backed up and it couldn’t be done until Saturday or Monday. They suggested that I go to the one on Vaughn Road. I asked them if they would mind calling The Vaughn Road location to see if they would be able to do the job the same day./they said they couldn’t because all calls go to the corporation office and not individual locations so they gave me the number to call...I went to the Vaughn Road location, drastic difference. The young man showed me how to set up the template on the computer (to avoid set up fee) and in a very nice way, said that he could absolutely have the job ready..an additional note...the Prattville location did not appear to be busy at all but the Vaughn road location was very busy but not too busy to provide friendly and very accommodating customer service.

Drove 40 mins only for their inventory to be off and they don’t have the product I came for. 3 employees sitting around, they could be doing regular inventory checks.

Dont go here! For laptop repairs !I went in to get my laptop fixed instead they lost all the screws and the battery to my laptop.They wantted to send it away for 7-14 days to get repaired and tried to charge me 400$ to get the laptop fix! all the laptop needed was a 15$ part to be replaced.They act nice, but are terrible computer technicicans

This store has a manager that racial profiles customers. I came in to do.a return without receipt and Mathew would not allow it. It was not electronic or software. The cost was 48.99. He then did a white customers return without receipt for over 150.00. I recently graduated college and received a gift and did not have a receipt.

I went into the store to buy a phone headset during COVID-19 lock down the head set didn’t work and was around $100. I brought the headset back to the store the following day and they would not take the return they said because of COVID-19 I had to wait until after June 1.I came back June 8, to return the headset. I was told That they couldn’t take returns because I had missed the May 31 deadline, which no one told me about when I tried to return it before. I don’t know what COVID-19 has to do with returns but they tell me because it was an essential item I can’t return it. This makes no sense and Office Depot has lost a customer for good! Shop on line with Quill the service is much better.

Poor experience. Stood at checkout for a while, made eye contact with several employees as they walked by. Not so much as a hello or any form of acknowledgement. Waited a while longer and got no help. I put merchandise back on the shelf and went to Target. Ive been spending about $150 a month on average there, not any more.

I have used office depot prattville printing and copy at least 15 times over the last year. With my discount card it is best price and WAS the best service. Fantastic service actually.Over the last 6 months the company I work for and I have had horrible experiences every time! They only get orders half right, long waiting in line, and then they do not apply discount when I hand them the discount card! I have been nice and patient and very understanding up until today.I hope find a solution.. so disappointed!

After some initial problems, my office furniture arrived and was installed. The Office Depot assembler, C.J., worked very quickly and was most pleasant. Kudos to him.

Katt was Awesome! She was able to recreate my aunts obituary program while we were in route to the service.We stayed at the office depot in Dothan the night before attempting to make changes. I called office depot in Prattville while on the road from Headland AL. After emailing the obituary to her, she went to work.I walked into the store, calling out her name and she automatically knew who I was and handed me a draft copy. It was absolutely Stunning!Thank God for Angels here in earth.I spoke with the manager but needed to let everyone else know.

Cat is the best!!! There was another copy consultant that spoke very negatively about other customers and how they should stick together and refuse him service to teach him a lesson. Then she began to tell us it would take much longer to do our print order (even tho she wasnt doing the order) bc they cannot tie their machine up for our 500 raffle tickets. I thought thats what it was for!! She suggested that Cat take her break before she started the order. She was a true Debby Downer...

Good store but employees should be more customer attentive. Not once did anyone ask me if I needed help. I did but I could never find a nearby employee.

Once I got to the register, the customer service was great. Prior to making it to the counter, I circled the floor several times trying to find the item for which I came. No one was available to help.

They were able to fix me up a new company stamp in less than 5 minutes.

I was not a customer, but was with a family member. However, management should teach its check out employees some customer service. The said employee did notknow how you interact with my family member at check-out.

3/18 Good price on copy paper and other things that was on sale. Will be back again.Went in for one thing and found it. Plenty of choices for office supplies.

I ordered a printer online two weeks ago and it still has not shipped, yet it shows a tracking number. Contacted ODs customer service after a week and they sent me the tracking info. I still have no printer, so I called the Prattville store (to speak to someone without language barriers), and Katrina answered the phone and was so attentive and happily worked with customer service for me and called me right back and said I could expect a call from the problem resolution team at OD. And gave me her work hours over the next couple of days, should I not get a satisfactory response from the PRT. Triple Kudos to the Prattville Office Depot and Katrina for going above and beyond for something that didnt even affect their store since it was an online order!!!! If our business was in Prattville, I would definitely shop there over the online shopping, (we are 50 miles away).
