Had a delightful time shopping at Big Lots today. Jennie was do friendly and made sure I sighed up for the discount cards. They have such a large collection of so many items, I wanted to buy them out😁 Unfortunately I didnt do there is plenty left for you Prattvillians to go get the deals.

Made a purchase today in the furniture section. The person that took care of us was AMAZING...!!! The level of help we received was above and beyond our expectations. I hope that someone of importance read this and gives the PROPER acknowledgement due... We will come back just because of the level of customer service we received... I love going in there because you can always find unusual things. I always buy the jumbo can of cashews and mixed nuts. They had nice Easter candy too. Lots of stuff on sale.

We have been looking for furniture for a while and could not find anything worth buying until we checked BigLots in Prattville. We had the pleasure of meeting Justin he is one of the best salesman I have ever seen he was very knowledgeable and very attentive, he was able to help us with every question we had. Employees of his caliber are very far and few between. We will definitely shop for furniture here more often!

Nice layout of store. Not too crowded like many of the Big Lot stores.

Store is very clean & neat. Shelves mostly stocked. Staff is friendly. Found a number of items that Ive been unable to locate for awhile.

I’m so very disappointed.. I’ve never in my life have had such a bad experience at this store. I came into the store with CASH in had to buy some new living room furniture & I asked an associate for help and she told me she would get someone in furniture to help on the way.. so I waited patiently and still nobody.. 45 minutes I stood there & left with nothing. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere & probably will never come back to this location.

I have found a ton of great deals on home decorations at this location. They also have a larger selection of furniture than what you would expect. They usually have a good selection of throw blankets, great prices on electric blankets, and a decent selection of comforter sets. They have cheap dvds and childrens toys as well. Plus they never have long lines.

Well stocked and easy to find stuff! Their prices are starting to get a little to high in the house department but still cheaper than alternative but I use to go to big lots for AMAZING Bargains but now they are just mediocre.

Its a store so what can you say about it? Not a whole lot I know that. The last time I was in here the store was in disarray. Other than that the people there were okay. The only time I really saw somebody that work there was when I went to check out so you can tell that they are short-handed. So I dont hold the fact that the store was in disarray against them. It could just use a little work.

It is like a Neighbordhood Walmart but smaller. They have furtinuture and special discount every now and then of 20% of your entire purchase.
