Well stocked and clean. Good place for shopping in a hurry. Personel always friendly and helpful

I love this store! The employees are friendly and helpful and they work super hard to keep the store stocked. If you shop here be nice. I dont want your poor attitude to cause us all to lose the few helpful employees left in PrattVegas.

Social distancing was in place. On this day, the store shelves were mostly empty. I understood, the business next door had shortages waiting on a delivery and the customers came to DG for goods--which isnt a bad thing. I was able to get my intended item(s) and will go back again.

Get your shopping cheaper here but in all honesty, I wish they had better organization

This Dollar General is as bad as the rest. Except Wetumpka which we drive that far to shop. This store does t stock shelves, store is dirty.

The workers have actually written a sign and placed it in the window saying DONT SHOO OUR WILDLIFE OR HARMTHEM! So I guess the wildlife spend more money in the store than the humans and make up more of the profits than humans. some people are actually afraid of wildlife and if they wanted to be involve with wildlife they would visit the zoo or the forest. I think they should focus more on the customers than the animals just my opinion. but to the shoppers that are afraid and dont want to deal with wildlife or the crazy employees who put wildlife before paying customers should visit family dollar :))

Dirty and run down even by Dollar Generals low standards. The parking lot is a free for all because the striping faded away back in the 80s, apparently.

Well its dollar General so maybe I should give 5 stars.....

This DG is always well-stocked and organized! The employees are friendly and helpful. Feels a little cramped but thats just the size of the building--they do a great job keeping it uncluttered (which is a big deal if youre familiar with Dollar General 😉)

They have everything you can imagine! Not everything is $1. But all is a good price. I have found many seasonal decorations here. The decorative boxes that the crafy stores charge $15 or more for,start at about $2. Shop early in the season for summer, fall etc. Also a Great selection of housewares such as food storage, small appliances etc. Great selection of cleaners, fresheners, brooms, etc. Watch paper for sales. Aisles would be tight for those in wheelchairs or with walkers. Thats the only drawback for customers with limited mobility.

I go in to buy inexpensive hard candy for the office. They dont always have their peppermints. Last time I was checking out, there was a wait, but it was because the cashier was being so patient & kind with one of her elderly customers- a regular. She was having trouble with her debit/credit card. I didnt mind at all & thanked the cashier for being so nice!

Very friendly staff will help if you need it great sales also.

I couldnt find what i was looking for. The lady was busy stocking shelves. She still took the time to walk me straight to it. Thank you Dollar General employee. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Prices are a bit higher then traditional discount stores but if youre just picking up a few items they have it.

Terrible place non professional people. I walked in at 601 McQueen Rd in Prattville Manager Jennie and another worker Stacie were standing their rubbing buttocks together. Store is so cluttered. Other stuff took place but I cant say yet what it is. They r full of bs to the fullest. That was my experience today Feb. 28,2019. Any others had a bad experience? I would have given a zero.

Prices posted in sales paper for black friday add were not ringing up correctly and the manager Kim refused to correct.

Heres a review for you. I wish I could give you less then a star. If your sign says you open at 8 and its 8:13 and there are 4 what Im assuming are employee cars and another customers besides me in your parking lot you should have your doors unlocked already. Point blank.

The ladies where very rude and had to finish there conversation about some p8cs on the phine before waiting on me. And i had a sleepong 3 yr old on my shoulder.
