Its okay. The service as of right now is okay I like the guy that works there but a lot of the time the people are really freaking rude. Like I said the one that works there now is really nice. Someone needs to do something about all the stuff in the aisles because you cant even get your buggy through the majority of the aisles so you have to stop and just walk to the next aisle to get what you need. It didnt used to be this way but seems to be more more lately. If they get the store organized and make sure they keep courteous customer service staff I definitely would give five stars. Also itd be nice if they stayed open until 10:00pm out here in the country because there isnt anything else open.

Even though I dont live in Prattville, I make a point to visit this store location every opportunity I have. Very clean, great frozen food selections, many pet food choices, well organized, and friendly, helpful staff. When I was in there last Saturday, one of the employees asked me if I was finding everything okay and to let him know if he could help me. Thank you!

Dollar general is a great place to shop. And if they are out of something. You can go to the next one. Just a couple of miles down the road.

This store is very close to my home so I go often. Very clean store, nice employees, Ive been able to find everything I need without assistance. The shelves have appeared to always be well stocked. I have had zero issues

Is a nice store. Only bad thing is they are always out of everything. I would go to this DG more often if they were able to keep stuff in stock. So usually I just go up the hill to the other DG.

There was so much stuff piled in the aisles of this Dollar General it made it too aggravating to shop. I left. This store is relatively new and shouldnt be in such poor shape.

Cleanest dollar general around. Easy to navigate and good stock of items I didnt even realize they carry. Especially in the frozen section. Every employee Ive encountered here is very nice.

Great prices friendly staff

Stock was all over the place. Shelves were empty. Bathroom was out of order. This was the location on Wetumpka St and Memorial Drive. The one on 31,that is new, gets 5 stars. Organized,stocked and neat. Very friendly.

Your go to store for budget and quick items of need

Aisles were very crowded. Boxes all in the way. But they had alot of new stuff.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always know I can find just what I need in the same place, every time.

We like the DG at C.R. 23 & U.S. 31. it is a newer store, well stocked, the staff are pleasant.

It has some really nice things for your home

General Manager is very rude. If she no longer worked there I would give it a 5. Everyone else seems very nice and willing to help me in anyway. But because the General Manger is so rude to people and always seems to be in a bad mood it ruins the whole stores vibe. I won’t be going back till she’s gone. I’ve been disappointed too many times.

Google had them open until 10 pm and when I arrived at 9:10pm all the lights were still on and an associate was inside but the door was already locked. Very disappointing!!
