Usually always goes to this store but, lately it’s very dirty and smells very bad. I don’t think it’s been cleaned in at least a few months, alot of the shelves are empty and you can see mold growing in the fridges. One of the female blonde employees is very rude! Where are the managers for this place?

I dont know why, but every Dollar General I go in has the old musty smell and the haphazard, messy displays. No pride is taken in these stores, which is a shame because they have a ton of potential. The prices are great and most of the time the customer service is above par. Its the disastrous atmosphere that brings the score down. Anytime I visit, I run in, grab my item, and leave as quickly as possible.

Dollar General is a good place to shop when the grocery store is too much to deal with. They have a small refrigerated section with drinks and milk, hot dogs and such. They have household essentials, the only complaint I have is that sometimes they have a long line and no second cashier.

Gave them 5 stars because they always have what Im looking for. An added bonus is they still have toilet paper!

This place takes WAY to long to open up a second register when the line is long. That why I dread coming here when its closer than walmart. Sometimes I feel that I could go out of my way to a major grocery store to get my 1 or 2 items and be home sooner, not to mention the registers run super slow and the cashiers dont move that fast either.

This store is very clean and the manager is helpful. Toys on sale.

Whats a dollar? General what?; they have nothing for a dollar or anything generally. Great for the neighborhood I am sure. Everything is not good enough for a regular store.

The bikes are amazing! Great selection of clothing, especially for Az where you go from cold in Flag, cool in Prescott and hot in the Valley. Perfect place to stop & shop on a ride.

This Dollar General is a joke to ALL business enterprise! Nearly every time Im forced to visit this store due to the proximity of my residence there is usually NEVER an associate available or ready to check me out! Nearly EVERY visit I find myself hunting someone down throughout the store just to ring me up! This is of course AFTER Ive walked through most of the store already for my own needs only to wait inconveniently at an absent check-out line. Yesterday was the topper though when again I was at the checkout line with multiple items waiting for an associate to FIND ME standing there, and when the employee finally did they decided to assist someone else with a propane tank outside instead of ringing me up! (should have called a team member) I was standing there alone for about 5 minutes but seemed like a lot longer! We ALL only have so much time in the world and there is NO recouping it when an individual or business takes it for granted. I have since measured the time difference between this Dollar General and the Family Dollar, where I usually find at least two associates ready to check me out with a smile instead of sharing their stress of the job with me, which is usually the case. Ive found the difference between the two is only a few minutes, and is noticeably less time than Ive wasted in this store over the past few months! I hope this helps🙂

We shop there fairly often. Young guy named Zak at the register. Hes always happy to take our money. My wife likes to browse the candy aisle.

Dollar General has some good deals whenever I go in. The store has a somewhat claustrophobic feel as the shelves are usually well stocked. My spouse and I visited recently and he purchased a belt that hes commented on throughout the day. Hes really happy. The downside to this store is that each time Ive gone in theres only one register. The store has always been busy.

Never Enuff stock of Any batteries or Toiletries..The Items they do have are really bad and off Brands with expensive prices.

Lowes Prescott AZ curbside is not working. No one answers the phone. I went inside and there was a big yellow chain blocking the pickup area. I stopped 3 men not one new where I should go for pickup. Finally I stopped a woman and she said any register. Why wasnt it posted?

I always stop in here because its convenient to where I live. I never leave empty handed. The line may get long but the awesome employees are ALWAYS quick to help you and make your shopping experience great! I can tell they are working hard to get it put back together after a rough patch. Ive only lived here for a month, but I like this store. Its close to my house and easy to pick up a few things I need. The prices are good too!

My favorite thing about this place is the fact that they card everyone for tobacco and alcohol every single time. That and Katie (hope I spelled that right). She is such a wonderful and personable cashier who simply radiates with positivity.

One lady forgot her card so we had to wait, until she returned with it.

They seem to have everything. I was surprised the things I could find here. The staff is Friendly and helpful.My only complaint is the tidiness of the store.

The workers are very friendly and this store is closer to my house and sons daycare so it very convenient for me.

This Dollar General used to be out familys go-to convenience stop. They have a wide variety of food, household items, cleaners, pet foods, medicine, cards, baby items, clothing, and trinkets. Their prices are reasonable and they offer digital savings. In recent months, the cutomer service has really tanked. The majority of employees are rude and seemed bothered by customers. Even a couple of people who appear to be in management seem to be struggling with appropriate interactions. There is also a very obvious lack of training. It seems that the friendly and informed employees do not stay for long. This location also seems to have a LOT of issues with the digital coupons. More than once I have had to return to the store to return improperly priced items. It is truly unfortunate to see the store change so much. I can only hope it turns around as it used to be a great place to shop.

The store was unorganized. Items blocking isles, poor lighting. Carts are lined up outside the door, making them hot in the summer heat. Registers are not set up well for standing in line our four exiting. One is literally lined up at the entrance, so incoming shoppers bump into the shopping cart; as happened to me, as well as 2 customers bumped into me personally, while I was paying. Not a pleasant experience. I may go back again, just to see if anything has improved. (This was the Dollar General off Navajo in Prescott Valley, AZ)

This is just a somewhat chaotic dollar convenience store, with certain weekly/monthly speciality items worth investigating, but otherwise, pretty ordinary. It is in a good location. It depends on what you are looking for. They do carry the basics such as snacks, etc.--but overall, I wouldnt go out of my to visit.

I like that its convenient and close to my house... I live right off of Navajo about 1/4 mile down the road... I dont like that it seems to take weeks for the staff to replenish the out of stock items like drinking water in Gallons or Distilled water, etc..

Great just one problem no canned white turkey breast meat.

Shady as usual,,close to home so only pop in on rare occasions for quick single item purchases, avoid the place though,odd crowd hangs around,, sketchy crackhead looking people

Decent quality off brand merchandise that isnt terribly expensive and works just as well as name brands they also stock. Really helps when you have limited income.

One of my favorite stores! Right down the road from my house, its so convenient. I love coming here for items to add to my snail garden that Im creating! They happen to have lots of things I could use for my photography (like props). I save sooo much money coming here rather than other store(like buying and filling balloons). I get stuck looking around the whole store for cool things to have ahah.

My husband and I go to the PV Dollar General every evening as it is on the way of our 2 mi walk. The employees are so sweet and go out of their way to help you. The store has been there for a few yrs. now and it gets a lot of customers yet is clean and well stocked. They have a good variety of merchandice, including cute clothes and shoes, they even have eggs and cheese! Thank you guys for all you do, you are appreciated and are truly a blessing.

They were out of printer paper- I had to go to Walmart to get what I need. They a frequently out of products Im looking for. But very reasonable price on most things.

Nothing amazing, the place is Dollar general. Place is clean though a little messy. Still go there for the good prices. The only actual bad thing I see often is not the staff,but there are some angry customers for no good reason. All in all, its a dollar general

Virtually empty on a Saturday morning. Prices are all over the place (typical of most dollar stores). Some good bargains but mostly not on brand named things. Off brands aplenty.

I will drive to Prescott on willow creek road to go to that dollar general as it is bright and clean and isles are open . The one in Prescott valley AZ is not clean and some isles are messy and it hard for wheelchairs to get thru to shop. Feels like a dungeon and filthy and never stocked. I feel dirty when I have to go there.

Excellent store to get dollar items that are great oh, I know where Im doing my Christmas shopping this year.
