As I write this review, Im sitting first in line in the drive thru pickup watching 2 pharmacy employees chatting away. They know that Im here. Meanwhile, customers are lining up behind me and there is no one waiting inside. Incredible. In a bad way. I wish my insurance allowed me to use CVS.

This Walgreens employs a pharmacist who violated my patient rights because she was to careless to take the steps necessary to confirm who she was speaking too. This same pharmacist then refused to refill my sensitive medication. Walgreens has done nothing to correct these mistakes. It just shows they’re lack of integrity and care for their patients.

Worst pharmacy in....well 🤔 Ive been to a lot of pharmacies hands down the worst. Somehow even though they now get their pharmaceuticals pre-filled for them they seem too have gotten worse.

Most of my experience is with pharmacy and during covid, I usually use the drive through. Yesterday, a wonderful young woman was in the drive through and Im sorry I do not remember her name (June 15, 945am).She was incredibly patient and kind to a couple who were not very understanding or kind about the copay they were being asked for. This employee never got frustrated or short with them as they yelled at her.She was then very kind and patient with me with my new prescriptions.Customer service is not easy and she does very well with a busy drive through with grumpy overheated customers.Please try to let her know she is appreciated by her customers

Know one knows what they are doing at this store. A month ago I went there to to pick up my calcium that I usually buy. They were out of it and when I asked a clerk when it would be in she was rude and did not want to look it up. I asked for the manager and was told they would no longer be carying it. Today I was there and it was on the shelve. Also, today tried to drop off/return a Fed Ex package at their Fed Ex drop off center by photo. No one knew how to do this. The person in charge stated he just started and has not been trained how to log in to the site to scan the package. He was a nice guy (not his fault) but the store manager is not doing their job and the store is being poorly managed. I will not be going back.

Pharmacy is slow and incompetent, waited for a test I had scheduled and arrived 10 mins before but didn’t get the the front of the drive through until over 30 mins after I was scheduled because of the line, only for them to tell me I couldn’t test on the right side of the line, despite the “both lines open “ sign and none to indicate otherwise, girl in line was very unhelpful, couldn’t recommend less

Called to refill my daughters seizure medicine, was told they would call insurance to have it approved, going on day 3, called and was told that I would have to wait until Friday (tomorrow) all while my daughter has been out for going on 2 days. The insurance company told me that the pharmacy needs to call so I told the pharmacist that as well and I was hung up on!

The hours and days work better for me than Genoa Pharmacy, as they are open weekends and nights. I usually dont have to wait long for my scripts, and I know that they are very busy! The people have always been polite towards me. Thank you!

This happened at the walgreens at 2880 N, Centre Ct, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314I went to pick up some online orders with my confirmation Emails but the assistant manager Stacy would not let me pick them up at first.She asked to see my ID and I told her I dont have an ID or wallet with me. All I have is the confirmation order numbers and emails on my phone and she said she would not be able to get me my orders.I tried to explain to her that I had no problem with another location and they never asked to see my ID. Her response was Another location was wrong and theyre not supposed to give me the order without my IDI asked her if she can use my friends ID and she said the order ID has to match with the order name which means I would never be able pick up my order because I used my nickname for the online orders.I told her I can cancel all my orders and re-order them at another location. I guess she didnt want to put all the stuff back to the shelf so she finally looked at my confirmation email and brought all my orders to me.Whiles we are at the checkout counter I looked at the walgreens policy on the website to show it to her and tried to tell her that you dont need an ID for pick up:---Q: How do I pick up my Ship to Store order?A: Its easy:Wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email.You or your designatedPickup Person will need to bring photo identification OR the Ready for Pickup email.---She was trying to say the website or email from walgreens and her directions from corporate were different and told me to stop talking and bring the ID next time.She is an assistant manager at the store but she doesnt know company policy for online order. Worse, she was extremely rude and unprofessional.Ps. My order did not have age restricted items (Alcohol/tobacco/etc)

I got a Google Photos order filled here. After getting home with the prints and going though them, they look.... ok.... the worst part is how thin the photo paper is, I dont know if they even make it anymore but its deff not Kodak quality paper. I would have been better off getting some paper and ink for my HP photo printer and using that. Its ridiculous, prices are the same or more, the quality is lower, why did you not just keep using the old hardware and paper and save the money on what ever upgrade you did to provide these sub par photo prints, the 90s produced better prints guys come on.

There is a lady named Karen (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) in the pharmacy and she is the most sweet lady! The first time I went there she really helped me, even contacted my insurance to fix an issue and in my opinion went above and beyond and does that every time Im there. I also see her give the same acceptional service to others. Not to mention, some days she looks as if she might be in some pain but she continues to be delightful to everybody. Thank you.

Terrible. Slow. I was through drive through with 4 other cars and waited literally 20 minutes. Half the time the scripts werent even ready even though the app said it was. Frustrating waste of time. Please find a way of making drive through quicker.

A Canadian tourist in beautiful Prescott, I recently dropped into Walgreens to pick up wine. At 59, having not been asked for ID in many years, I was surprised and amused to be asked for ID. I eventually found it and was then told my British Columbia (Canada) drivers licence was not acceptable and a passport would be required. As I am turning 60 next month I found this beyond ridiculous and simply left and obtained my wine at at the shop next door. Obviously additional training is required for the 2 older gentleman working that day - interpersonal skills also need improvement. I looked online and discovered that there is only a legal requirement to ask for ID if you look under 40 years old. I did not find my visit to Walgreens pleasant experience and won’t be returning.

I have been with the pharmacy for years and I am currently on the phone transferring all of my prescriptions. I have probably spent half of my life on the phone with Walgreens because they lose my information every single time I get a prescription refilled. For some reason, my primary Insurance magically disappears. When I call and speak to a pharmacist they immediately find it and bill it correctly. But between going to pick up my prescription and getting a hold of my pharmacist is hours on the phone and lots of wasting my time. Im not sure if it is a computer or a system error I have actually called corporate to see if this is an ongoing issue. Ive been told that its a human error and Ive been told that the system hides my insurance from them. Honestly I dont really care. Most of the time, when I tell the pharmacy tech what they need to do in order to get it bill correctly, they stare at me like I am speaking Pig Latin. I feel like the training they receive is seriously lacking, and most of the time they have zero customer service skills. I would recommend pretty much any pharmacy in town other than this one. I also dont know how many times Ive gone there to pick up a medication for my child and they dont have it in stock and it takes weeks sometimes in order for them to get it, which could be a serious issue depending on the type of medication. I highly recommend going somewhere else and saving your time and money.

Due to some unexpected family medical conditions I have found myself at Walgreen’s pharmacy More than a dozen times in the last three or four weeks. The longest I’ve waited in line has been about 10 minutes, but it’s usually much less than that. They are very helpful, courteous and went out of their way more than once to answer a question, find a product, reduce a cost, etc. I am able to talk with a pharmacist any time I call, with no longer than 5 minutes waiting. As busy as they are, I think that is great! The pharmacists have answers and if they don’t know it, they’ve waited on the phone with me while they researched an answer. I love these guys. Thanks Walgreen for hiring the great people that work at Prescott Valley.

Just called to check their procedures for printing pictures, was told by the associate that I should follow Governor duceys plan and stay home for non-essential items. I am trying to make my mother a mothers day gift, photos of her grandchildren since we will not be able to see her in person. And I was just asking the question, do we order online for pickup or come in for service. Id prefer online so DONT have to spend time in public. Guess Ill order my pictures from Walmart.....

Yesterday, I was shorted two days worth of my prescription by this pharmacy. I may suffer from extreme psychological agony for those two days, if this is not properly handled. Walgreens has been a place my family has both shopped for some of those hard to find items, and get our medications taken care of for years now. I recently experienced a shortage in one of my meds, and had to switch pharmacies briefly, only to be jerked around and came back to Walgreens. The staff was amazing! Im not leaving again if I can help it!

The Pharmacists were very helpful and the experience with them was great, but the waiting room was filthy! Looks like its been about 6 months since the last time they cleaned the floors! I have a pretty high tolerance for issues like that, but come on, clean it up!

This pharmacy seems like they are always out of medication. My husband has seizures and needs life threatening medication and there have been several occasions that they have been out! Customers should have access to the medication they need.. I’m switching pharmacies!

I went through the drive through at 7:45am, this location is supposed to be open at 7am. There was a sign in the window that said something along the lines of no pharmacist on duty, federal law prohibits dispensing medications without a pharmacist on duty, I pulled around to the front of the store, parked and called the pharmacy and got no answer. I called the store and spoke to an associate who said the pharmacist is running late and I dont know when hell be here, try back in an hour. Mind you I took my last pill yesterday because of a mixup at the pharmacy so im now out of medication and need to be back home so that my fience can go to work and wont be able to pick up my prescription until tomorrow now. This is a major pharmaceutical company, there should have been a back up plan in case one pharmacist couldnt make it for any reason. This is unacceptable in my opinion and it was sad to see so many people driving away without the medications they needed. Ill be seriously considering switching pharmacies after this, I need one that is reliable.

Order a set of photos, received photos printed sideways, cut off and cropped however they wanted them (to include cutting parts off the photos. ) I went home adjusted the pics to allow for their cropping and resubmitted them. Again, printed sideways and cut off. Went home and adjusted them as far out as they would go. Again, cutting heads and feet off. I paid for these photos THREE TIMES!!!!!!!! still not one usable photo.Dont EVER use their photo center!

Went in to buy a personal womens item and not getting into to much detail was refused to sell the item to me due to debbie religious beliefs and refused to ring out was really rude and made me feel so horrible as a women !! By far the worst pharmacy in Prescott Valley, Pharmacist Robert F. Is an ass. Told me hed have my prescription ready for me in 10 minutes while I sat there and waited and he stared at me on multiple occasions he filled it then threw it in a box and didnt bother to say anything to anybody finally after waiting 15 minutes one of his text asked me what my name was and pharmacist Robert F. Tells them yeah its ready its in the box. Thanks jackass Im sorry my prescription was so hard for you to fill you know being that you went to school to be a pharmacist.

Picked up my prescription on Thursday. Girl pharmacist I think her name was Erica was so incredibly rude !!!!! Had an allergic reaction to that medication. Picked up a new one tonight (Saturday) it was a guy pharmacist he was even more rude then her ! I asked if it was related to the other medication I had a reaction to or if it was related to penicillin and he wouldnt give me the time of day and interrupted me and told me the price like I was such a bother. I was very sarcastic and said yeah thanks for all your help. He smirked because he thought it was funny and said have a good day. I have been with Walgreens pharmacy for a long time. And recently moved to Prescott. So disappointed. But I will never take my service here again!!!!!

So very slow. You cant trust your prescription will get filled unless you follow up, and tell them they HAVE your prescription in their list, waiting. And then they say, well have that in a few hours. I hate Walgreens, but its the vendor our Tricare goes through. :(
