Ive been with Boost since 2005. As of the beginning of November, Im moving to a different company. The coverage in my home in downtown Prescott Valley, is spotty and the available phone insurance is equally bad. This store has a fairly high turnover for employees and many of them seem to be less knowledgeable about phones than I am.The selection of phones and accessories diminishes yearly and though the customer services reps are always cheerful, friendly and helpful, they are often difficult to understand through their accents.
Not very helpful when you have a problem and never have any phones in stock and when they do rarely have anything they are all the worst ones the company carries. You would think they would have ordered a good amount of phones knowing that they are shutting down the 3g so everyone and there mother is gonna need a new phone.
Clean store with knowledgeable customer assistants.
Customer service is great went in with phone problems and got it fixed in the store I highly recommend BOOST mobile
I was in there yesterday to ask about the boost up promo. I needed a new phone and the one I had was going out on me. Riley was on shift. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted and recognized. I looked around for a few minutes and he came over as soon as he was done assisting the other customer. I was more than impressed with his customer service, professionalism, and product knowledge. He was even great at multi tasking. This is what I expect as a customer Riley more than exceeded that. I got a great phone and some accessories and left 100% satisfied. Keep up the great work.
I was blessed to have service by Alex that went above and beyond the call of duty! Helping with my warranted phone replacement. His knowledge, honesty and kindness made the process a smooth transition.
Dropped by yesterday, looking to switch from another carrier and Riley hooked it up. Got a good phone on a decent plan as part of this months free phone promotion... Took a little longer than I initially expected but only because I needed to retrieve my account info from my prior carrier to keep my number. If I need anything else, Im coming back for sure. You guys rock, thanks for everything.
This may very well be the best Mobil phone store in the Universe!Sheri knew her stuff!Ive been to countless phone stores over the years, and nobody has taken such good care of me... So happy to have found this place...Look out Verizon!A few months later... Sherry is gone now, but the new girl working there is also very nice...:)
I would give it negative stars if I could. I have a brand new phone that the guy factory reset and now it wont unlock at all and the email he put in must have been put in wrong because it wont do anything and the joker told me it was my fault and they dont replace or unlock phones.. I had not even left the building with the phone. He called a lady named Sherri and she said oh well too bad. I should have dropped Boost then.. But stupid me I went in to this location again to replace my granddaughters broken phone. I was looking at phones and asked to see 3 phones. as we were talking to each other the guy butted in and stated oh and there is a 25.00 activation fee. I said that I just wanted to purchase the phone we could activate it at home. He said well then you pay 169.99 not the 79.99 price because we need to make our commissions. I have been a boost customer for well over 10 years and I pay for service on 2 lines. I have bought many phones from boost and never been charged to activate a new phone to an existing line. GOOD BYE BOOST in Prescott Valley I will take my business elsewhere.
Well outs okay but if you need anything for your phone make for SURE not to but it there. I dont complain about things i purchase until now I have baught a 16 in. Charger (what a big mistake)it wasnt really working in the car but no extra thoughts about it when I got home when I went to charge the phone it diff charge but i had to sit it a certain way. The next day I noticed the end was wably even more so. When I try to charge it that evening no master how I lasted it wrapped it, it was apparently finished so next morning I had to table it back after calling the young man called the guy that sold it to me (the owner) he told him to tell me i should have brought it back the same day but I know my efforts was a fail. And before small purchases was ridiculous. But that how I feel about them. Just be very careful when buying anything for a booth device!!!
Only 2 stars because the mandatory activation fee is absolutely unnecessary and makes for a horrible experience only because I know that when purchasing a phone from other vendors its possible to purchase the handset, in the box, sealed in original plastic, and diy activation without the fee this store charges.
Guy was by himself. Slow and did not have everything in stock. Plus he did not moving of information from the old phone to the new one. Have gotten better service in the past.
I had great service!!! Show respect and get respect. Gal who ran it greeted me with a smile and was helpful. Even when she couldnt do exactly what I wanted she gave me options of what she could do and I left extremely happy. Thanks boost!!!
This chick that works here is awesome!! Does everything that the other boost stores cant do or wont do and does everything the boost phone representatives cant do and wont do. Awesome. Thats all there is to it.

Went into this store with many questions, the lady working I believe her name was Sheri was very helpful and answered all my questions. She was very friendly. I will be returning.
Good for nice phones and cool people
A new store owner purchased the business and implemented a $20 activation fee. Thats right $20 to press a few buttons and make a phone call. They also tell you that it is mandatory for them to activate it. Also service has gone downhill since the previous manager was replaced. Honestly at this point its worth paying extra for verizon.

The lady that runs this place is very unhelpful & RUDE! I will never step for in this store again. Robert rd. one is way friendlier & very helpful!

I have seen it posted above, but feel the need to comment myself. The service is horrible, the lady who I spoke with (Sherri) must run the place with the way she acted. She was rude, condescending, she yells at customers.....I cant say enouph on this lady. Save yourself and go somewhere, anywhere but this store! I am currently going to look into store ownership to forward my complaint, as well as BBB

I bought this phone...(device),whatever last June immediatley had problems downloading music.I was treated like crap,rudely denied a replacement..threatened theyd call the cops...I repliedGo ahead, youre the criminal here!Turns out I had a warrant for an old unpaid fine...I spent 5 days in jail & Im still stuck w/ the DEVICE.
