The pink slime in the soda fountains is really gross and unsanitary. Its a rare occasion if the slime is cleaned up just enough so you dont see it upon first glance. Im going to say that since the second shift is now kids (theyre younger than my 27 years) things have gone further down hill. The other night there was a group of young adults and a clerk sitting and standing in one of the parking spaces having a smoke break, causing an issue with the already limited space drivers have to deal with. The second shift is unprofessional with the event I just described and with gossiping about coworkers or other people they know in front of customers. The only employee that Ive come across from the second shift that is friendly, welcoming, and doesnt partake in gossip (at least while customers are around) is Spark.Photos are from the soda fountains this morning (8/7/19) around 11:00 am.

I stopped to get a pizza. I ordered right after one woman who got two pizzas. I waited fifteen minutes and someone who stopped in after me got two pizzas before my one pizza. Im honestly not coming here for a bit because its so disrespectful that Ive waited 20 minutes to get one pizza and someone waited 10 minutes to get two pizzas got theirs first

Stopped to gas up and buy lottery tickets. Girl at the register wants to my Id before letting me buy tickets. Im 78 years old. I left and would be back again.

Permanently closed been trying to edit it but it keeps getting denied this location has been closed for months.

The store is closed permanently and moved to a new location and I have reported the closing to google but they keep denying my change to permanently closed and people keep reviewing this place thinking it is the new one one block over on Navajo and 69

The lady working behind the cash register tonight and earlier in the incident never gave me my refund now she was arguing with me saying I have to get ahold of my bank and have never heard back from a manager and they sent one in the sumene want me them lead a send them an email so they have incompetent employees and they And they like arguing with customers when they handing and work a cash register

Pump took 20 minutes to fill up my tank. Im not exaggerating, it was 20 minutes. Then the pump did not shut off when my tank was full and spewed gas everywhere. Now I see why the price was a little lower, because you pay for extra gas that goes on the pavement. Ridiculous. When we brought that to the attention of the person inside, he stated he knew it wasnt working right but let customers continue to get screwed. If you know it doesnt work, TURN IT OFF!

Cashier rude, loud, when change was asked for so thst i could fill gallon water bottles outside the store at the water machine. .Not conduct for customer service.

Unfortunately this circle K has gone down hill fast the past few months. The new kids (particularly a blonde young lady) they hired are unwelcoming. They are constantly gossiping about other customers and employees. They whisper under their breath while pointing at other people and are all around rude. The young men have been professional. But the young women have not. Anywhere from sitting on counters, flirting with male customers, gossiping, and being short and cold with other customers (specifically females). On top of all that everytime Ive gone one of them is sitting either out front of the store or in the parking spaces talking to customers (usually other kids or grungy men, whom now are always around the store) and having a smoke break right there. Ive walked in multiple times to them outside and the counter empty. While on duty every single flavor shot is out of order. They arent restocking cups or cleaning. Its just an all around mess. If you value your business youd clean up your crew. I have spoken to multiple people that go here and we all have the same complaint about the same employee.

This store is no longer open. New on one Navajo and 69 is though.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Fuel is available. Good coffee and donuts.

Pump didnt shut off when my van was full. They just pushed the blame on me and said im responsible and will have to talk to the fire department. Which never showed up. Guy was smoking a cigarette instead of taken care of this emergency on his hands. Atleast 10 bucks and an hour of my time wasted and no attempt to make it right with the customer.I have my cdl and have drove professional for 6 years and never had an issue at this pump. For your safety and pocket book... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
