Popped my head in to ask if it was a corporate store or an authorized dealer the employee wouldn’t give me a straight answer.Yeah …. I’m not going there.Note Verizon has the best coverage in Arizona and most of the southwest. I have not had any problems with Verizon just don’t like dealing with non-corporate stores.

Patrick was absolutely positively amazing. He knows his stuff better than any person I’ve ever encountered in a place of business. He not only showed us the best phones, he showed us constantly how much money we were saving, all the features we had available, offered help with understanding our bill when we get it and more. He even helped me set up my parental controls for my boys so I don’t have to spend hours struggling through it. I would recommend Patrick and this store to anyone!

I had a great experience today. Patrick went over and above to help me with my phone. Transferring text messages from my old to my new phone, took a lot of time and knowledge to accomplish. I was very grateful for his professional ability to answer questions and give advice. He also hooked my phone up to the blue tooth in my car for me. Cant thank him enough. 5 Stars for sure!

I was a Sprint customer for many years. After their merger with TMobile we noticed our coverage at home was getting spotty. They were not very helpful in explaining why this was happening. So we stopped by this Verizon store to see what they were willing to do. We got a great deal on new phones (basically free), the same plan and MUCH better coverage, not only at home but out and about town too. More importantly, the customer service has been great. Hats off Eric, Michael and Patrick for their patience, competence and friendliness. Did I mention we are now upgraded to 5G?

Had an awful customer service experience. For different trips to get them to fulfill a service the convinced me to purchase. Was told several times I would get a call about the service and never did. Then they eventually told me to take care of the screen protection on my own. Horrible customer service. Definitely will use s different provider in the future.

Although they were busy, I could tell they were working efficiently and hard to help all their customers in a timely matter. All staff had positive attitudes and were able to help me understand my account! Michael Burk didn’t only get me set up but showed me all the hidden perks of switching to a business account. He helped me in store and was readily available to answer any of my questions over phone call as well, which was incredibly nice with my busy schedule. Highly recommend using him as your sales associate.

Having owned a retail computer store for 20 years i can attest to the fact that no matter how hard you try you wont please everyone. Hence some of the negative reviews. I had the opportunity to interface with this store 6 times and always found them to perform with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, often with customer overloads. Retail is feast or famine and must be staffed for the average. The products they provide and support are high tech, not groceries, and you should want them to be thorough, accurate and answer all your questions, which they always did for me. Your patience will be rewarded! While most of my interactions were with Eric, I observed that the others offered the same high level of service. If I wasnt retired I would gladly hire Eric. Theres no higher praise!

Anytime I need help with my Verizon account or phone I always go to this Verizon store. Everyone there is so welcoming and happy to help. Michael Burk helped me switch my consumer account to a business account and was knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Anytime I had questions even after the fact he would answer my calls and be of help. Highly recommend this store and Micheal Burk!

Needed a new phone quickly and received excellent service from Eric. Within basically 35 minutes I had my new phone up and running, all my apps, messages, photos etc. transferred from my old phone. Horrible customer service. Staff was rude to us and another couple. Told us that he couldn’t help us with our phone and we needed to call Apple. We tried calling Apple, they didn’t help either. Decided to go the Sheldon Street store. Glad we did, staff was extra helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help and fixed our phone in a matter of minutes. Will never go back to this Gail Gardner location and won’t recommend it. Don’t go to this location!

I have to say that I will never go anywhere else but this verizon store. I had an issue with my phone for a while now and I went to another store but all the people there just cared about how to up sell me instead of trying to help me fix my problem. Michael Burk went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care, promptly solved the issue with my phone, and provided a quality customer expirience that I will continue to share and recommend to freinds and family. This store is BY FAR THE BEST Verizon store I have ever done business with. Customer service is a lost art in this country, but this store has renewed my faith in that. The gentleman that helped me when I purchased my phone 3 months ago was so helpful and knowledgeable. And as it turns out, it was not a fluke. I was just in getting my screen protector replaced and had the pleasure of dealing with a different associate by the name of Casey. Casey was so polite and eager to answer and help in every way possible. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know. My wife is the General Manager of the Prescott Brewing Company and she will be recommending this store to everyone she knows as well. Whatever this particular store is doing, I STRONGLY recommend the Verizon corporate office take notice and duplicate this kind customer service.

I upgraded my phone on March 30, 2019 at the Verizon store in Prescott. Ive upgraded my phone at the Prescott Valley store in the past. Between the two stores I had a much better experience in the Prescott store. Eric helped me and he was wonderful. I also overheard another customer who came in, upset and not understanding her new phone, and left very happy with the help of other team members at the store. I highly recommend the Prescott Verizon store!

A few weeks back I visited the Go Wireless In Prescott to upgrade my phone. I was helped by a nice gentleman named Ryan. My time spent at Go Wireless was calm and inviting. Ryan took the time to explain all the new features on my new smart phone (as I am new to the smart phone era) He walked me through the whole process and was very nice. The environment at Go Wireless is fun and upbeat. My experience was more than pleasurable and I know that this will be the only Verizon store that I will use in any future endeavors regarding my cell phone. (other Verizon stores in the area are not so clean and friendly as the Go Wireless In Prescott at the boulders.) Thank you to Ryan and the whole Go Wireless team.

A 1 only because I couldn’t give them a ZERO. Some stores are good, some are not. This one definitely is not. By far the worst of all the stores I’ve been to. At 18:30 refused to activate my wife’s new phone I bought from a great store in Gaithersburg, MD, because they closed a 20:00. My wife went to the store in Prescott Valley and they even stayed late to get the job done.

Ive never had such a positive experience with purchasing a phone - Casey was so helpful! Customer service above and beyond. I was stuck at the store for hours because my old phone was having trouble uploading previous videos/pictures of our daughter. My roommate is elderly and has dementia. I brought her into the Gail Gardner verizon today to get her a simple phone. I asked associate if they carried the Jitterbug phone and he said no and turned his back on us. I called him over again and we recieved VERY RUDE SERVICE.Another elderly woman was in there, just as confused as my roommate. Our associate once again turned away from us and began assisting the other woman. He was so cruel to her I couldnt stay one more second. We walked out.The other elderly woman came out right after us almost in tears.I wish I wouldve gotten this associates name.He should be fired IMMEDIATELY!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to ask questions on my new phone, and tried to get help setting a few things up.I also was interested in learning about some of the new features. The associate I worked with was the least bit helpful. He refused to help me and continued to tell me over and over again that I need to Google it. I felt like he was just wanting me to go away. Im very disappointed, I eventually left and will never be coming back to this store again. I hope no one ever has the same experience I did the other day with Eric .

Last year 2016 - upgraded myelf to the iPhone 7. My was 6 returned saying it was damaged therefore I was stuck with paying for 2 phones.My 7 hasn’t worked properly for about a year this and store kept blaming it on the Apple software upgrades. I kept asking there has to be a solution? My friends aren’t experiencing the same problems. This store said i should go to the X or android. Still frustrated with my problems I went to the Verizon store in Prescott valley. Turns out to be an AUTHENTIC VERIZON Store. Solved my issue turns out this Gail Gardner Store input the wrong numbers into the system for my 7 therefore I had a 7 phone but the Verizon system thought it was a 6 and this caused all of issues.Gail Gardener Store is about sales not service!! Be aware when going to this Verizon outlet store.

I went in to buy a battery for an old cell phone that still works fine. Their staff told me the battery is no longer made, and tried to sell me a new phone. They did it very nicely. But I looked it up on line, and found the battery. Its still being made. I prefer to go to local businesses rather than buy things online, but Ill never go there again.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. I took my phone in to up grade and the sales person ‘ripped it off’ then accused me!!! Called the police, I was searched my car was searched and when the officer didn’t find ‘my phone’ he realized I was telling the truth and the sales guy was ‘lying’ but it’s a ‘phone store’ my phone could have been sitting on a table in back..... when all was said and done I lost a 600 dollar phone and they got away with it.... stay away from this store!!!

Went into the store to see about adding a line for a teenager on our account. We left the store to think about it. Later, I was notified by Verizon that there was a change made on our account. I called Verizon only to find out that the Gail Gardner store had added international calling at a charge of $5 per line, per month onto our account. We have multiple lines and I was quite shocked. We do not know anyone internationally and have never made any international phone calls ever. Verizon took care of it but I am very disappointed in that store. Will not return.

I want to compliment Eric L. at your Prescott store near Gail Gardner Way. I have the LG G5 smart phone. I bought it in December of 2016. Shortly after I bought it, I have had intermittent problems with the G5. Almost every day when I plugged in the home charger, it would not charge the unit. Somtimes it would charge and others not.I went to the Gail Gardner store, and I was given a new charge cord. Took it home, same problem. I went to the Verizon store in Prescott Valley. Explained the problem, they gave another little white charge cube. Took it home, same problem.I was told that the phone is defective and that I should call the central Verizon Warranty group. Rather than issue me new phone, the warranty people tried to fix the unit remotely. Same problem persisted. Around mid-March I brought the G5 into the Prescott store for the 3rd time. I met Eric L. He thought there might be some foreign matter stuck in the charge opening. He used a staple, opened it, stuck it in the opening, and loosened a little obstical and it fell out. It has been charging well ever since.I just want you all to know how much I appreciate his detailed service. Eric L. saved Verizon money and gained my confidence.

This store sold my disabled mom 5 devices that she did not ask for or need! They are abusing elderly folks in town who dont know any better when it comes to technology. My moms bill was almost $500. This is abuse and its not cool one bit!
