This place is a riddle, not a business. They are available by appointment only, but they do not answer the phone or return voicemails, so you cant make an appointment. So I stopped by their office, which was closed during the stated business hours, with a sign which read By appointment only. Its like opening a restaurant which has no doors and no food. Very exclusive.

This company is awesome. I broke my screen Friday and found myself in the same situation as most with no insurance on my IPhone 6s. New one close to 600$ out of pocket for a new phone.
