Even with black friday and cyber Monday deals the staff was very professional and kept the lines moving.With outstanding deals and limited availability they did a fantastic job managing expectations.

0 STARS - I had to give them one to post this but they get 0! This place is HORRIBLE! My first experience with them was bad, but I am always willing to give something a second chance. There will be no third chances, that is for sure. They never seem to have any reasonable priced phones available and they may tell you it only takes 1 day to get something from their warehouse but I am on day 5 now and nothing. Last time I had to wait over a week and this experience isnt shaping up to be any better. The associate, Brian, has about the laziest attitude when it comes to assisting customers I have ever dealt with. I explained the urgency of my situation to him and one other associate but neither one even tried to offer me help or alternative solutions. In fact, all they said was yeah then pursed their lips and averted their eyes to their phones.

Personal could use more customer etiquette. They wonder why sales are not up higher.

Absolutely bar none the best service youll get anywhere friendly people they help so many people for free and the network is great I think them for all the things they have done for me

T-MOBILE has absolutely TERRIBLE service in the Prescott area. It works at home with wifi, but I often have NO SERVICE right in the middle of populated areas of town. Their claim that they have the most 4G is also quite false. Ive never had more than 1 bar of 4G service, which isnt even enough to make a phonecall. If you Live in the Tri-City area, I would seriously reconsider going with T-Mobile. Their customer service is fine, but their coverage is absolutely garbage.
