I called to ask about scheduling an appointment for a COVID and was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be hung up on. I drove over and was told they don’t even do COVID testing at this location. I know I called the same cvs I put in directions for. I am very disappointed in their customer service very unprofessional
Worst experience yet with this store pharmacy. Rx not ready when promised, then not ready again. Waited almost 24 hours for an antibiotic needed for a severe UTI. That’s the way their management roles at this pharmacy. Steer clear, use another CVS or Walgreens. Has been this way for years.
Its always been my experience at a drive-thru especially at a pharmacy should be done quickly and if a person in line is going to take more than 10 or 15 minutes to process that they should be asked to leave the line and come into the store or wait for order to be brought out to them, I sat in a line over almost 20 full minutes before I gave up and came into the store the people inside the store running that drive-thru window should have more experience and be able to get people out of line so nobody has to wait for more than a few minutes.
I ordered photos from Google and came here to pick them up. Not only was there one cashier and a line of more than five people, the cashier (Danyelle) was unable to ring up my simple order. She completed the transaction without me paying and then required me to provide my ID to complete the “refund” (which I didn’t need). The manager was called out to assist and was so rude it was dumbfounding. My total for the photos was $5.94 plus tax... after her ringing it up incorrectly so many times, I ended up paying $6.24 plus tax (so $6.81) which is more than I should have paid. The entire fiasco took over 20 minutes for a simple transaction that should have taken 5. I will NEVER come to this CVS again and I’m annoyed I paid more than I was supposed to, I just wanted to get the heck out of there.Edit; I called customer service to try and get a refund and file a complaint and the agent was as useless as the manager and the clerk. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and gave her all of my information and was placed on hold and it never went anywhere. I won’t ever be using any CVS ever again.
The pharmacy people are really nice..and they do take walk ins for the flue shot.
I switched to this pharmacy as it is preferred by my insurance. I want to switch back to Walgreens. The pharmacy tech that checked me out, well, it was weird. When verifying my first name, she made me feel like since it was so different that there was something wrong with my name and me. I am an ethnic minority and never felt more like one in that moment. Wow...

Alex the pharmacy tech and Preston the pharmacist have been amazing ... since they have been on board, I no longer dread going to this pharmacy. They treat me like Im important, like a patient not a number. These 2 are KEEPERS!!!
Cashier not wearing a mask!!! For shame. The customer was wearing one. Where is your understanding of stay safe, CVS?

This pharmacy is great! They take the time to look for coupons to decrease the cost of your meds...all without being asked! Thats a nice treat! Kudos to this staff!
This pharmacy has the worst service Ive ever experienced! I was enticed to transfer a prescription from Frys on Fair Street with a coupon. What a mistake. The doctor sent the script in electronically. After hearing nothing for a few days, we stopped in. Apparently they had an old phone number so they just gave up. They said itd be about a 45 minute wait, so we decided to come back. Four hours later when we returned, they hadnt started it yet and said itd be about a half hour wait. We opted to return the following day. The next morning they still hadnt started it! This time we waited, while they found the script and then filled it incorrectly! Thankfully the error was only the wrong quantity and not the wrong drug and we saw the error before we paid. It took another half hour for them to undo the incorrect order and redo it. There isnt a coupon big enough to make me return. If I could give NO stars I would.
The most unprofessional pharmacy in town.not once but twice have they messed up my prescription trying to blame it on my doctorwhen it is finally figured out that the problem is the pharmacy they do not apologize and they are super judgmental everyone should be replaced
We go thru the drive thru and it is the quickest way to pick up our prescriptions...the staff is very helpful and friendly and most important, knowledgeable and Professional 😊actually as of a few days ago, we had to transfer all meds to a different pharmacy because how many times does one want to hear when expecting to pick up meds, out of stock, still in process(for several days) and I dont know about you, but I feel like if prescribed a medication, its because your Doctor feels ya need it.... so if my pharmacy can leave me, my loved ones hanging.... well.... I AM NO LONGER A fan😐well, actually, they did come thru finally.... so i will stick with them cuz of that.... unless it goes back to out of stock again, or we are still processing (after 2-3 days to a week) 🤔😮
This pharmacy is terrible. The people dont smile or greet you.. They tell you that your prescription will be ready in an hour... when you come back 1 1/2 hours later, they tell you that it will be another 30 minutes... I am going to try Walgreens next time
The pharmacy is horrible. Always 4-5 days behind. I refilled a prescription on December 27th. Called in at 5pm on January 3rd, it still wasn’t ready...7 days?! Was told 2-3 hours, went in the next day at noon....STILL NOT READY. Waited 25 minutes at the counter for them to get it ready. This was the 4th time I’ve had multiple day long delays. Not using this pharmacy again.
I have been to this pharmacy 4 times!!! in the last 2 days. Advised they are four days behind in filling rx . Not my problem as a customer!!!! Very disorganized, appeared short staffed, and SLOW!!!!!! I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
Horrible communication with the staff in the pharmacy. When dealing with something as important as a persons medication I find it very unsettling that I have had so many problems with them. I will be finding a new pharmacy.
Pharmacy staff really helped me out when I needed it. So hard to find customer service at a pharmacy anymore.
High prices. Long lines . Slow cashiers. Plenty of parking.
Pharmacy is fast and friendly.
