Amanda just helped me pack and ship two large, important items overnight to Phoenix. She was super friendly and helpful - as are the other employees at this location. Just thought it deserved a shout-out; it made my day to have such a pleasant interaction and great service.

At best, the guy exaggerated. At worst, he lied.I called in and talked to a man (who will remain unnamed, since my problem is not against him personally) about passport photos. I asked if I could give them a digital photo to print out for my passport, and he told me something along the lines of:“You can’t do that because we have special watermarking on the back of the photo and the government will reject your passport photo unless it has the watermark.”The federal government travel website said otherwise.It’s $15 for passport photos. I know it costs them like $1, if that. But I don’t care, because I don’t have time to spend doing everything myself.What I REALLY don’t have time for is FedEx employees giving me petty lies.

Ron deserves great praise for his kindness, patience and skill! He was so helpful and made my experience smooth as icing on a cake pop! I hope his manager sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves! Thank you Ron!

Ron, the store manager, goes above and beyond. This most recent visit, he cut down the box I had brought in to ship and by that reduced the shipping fee. Great run store and always feels as hands off as can be.Update as of 9/19/21. Also I wanted to recognize Michael for being extremely helpful on a express package this past week. It was a few minutes before closing and Michael took the time to assist me. I was unprepared and Michael was still courteous and friendly in his service!

I give this 4.9*....but not rounded off because I needed 1 postage stamp. Hard to believe they don’t have one &/or a postage machine..when I worked at fedex office they did mailing svs for flyers and processed postage at the store.Helpful and nice store otherwise.

I have been using this Fed Ex location for 6 or 7 years and have always been impressed with the expertise of the staff. They not only know what they are doing and how to solve unusual problems, but they are also exceeding courteous and pleasant. They also work together to serve the customers as quickly as possible. I cant praise them enough. It is a pleasure to work with the staff. Most staff has been there a long time, which is a plus.

I was in a major jam and needed someone in Prescott to print materials for an event we were holding there. I was on the other side of the country and called several printing places there in Prescott (On a Saturday) and was unable to find anyone at any of the other print shops that would be willing to step out of their typical business model for just a second to help someone with a little creativity. When I called FedEx, they quickly got a manager on the phone who helped us figure things out and get what we needed. In the end, it the print quality was beautiful and the did it in under an hour. As disappointed as we were in the other print shops in town, we were so grateful we found FedEx. Next time, well call them first. Thanks!!!

Terrible customer service. I normally favor FedEx over any other quick print service place but clearly this location does not represent the brand. I wont be back because of how rude the guy working there this afternoon was. Wouldnt answer the phone either when I called prior to stopping in.

Ron and his staff are excellent. I do business several times a week here. I was in one day this week and Amanda was clocked out and getting ready ro leave for the day when I walked in. She took the time to help me even though she didnt have to. Thats Customer Service! Hats off to this location.

I dont normally give 5 stars unless the business deserves it. Everyone there, especially Michael go out of their way to make sure youre happy with their product and service. Sometimes they can get busy, but if youre patient, theyll get to you. I never see them ignoring customers or being lazy. A real gem in this town.

Very simple automated shipping kiosk as well as friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Convenient location, highly recommend.

If i could give negative stars I would. This location has the worst service consistently and has for the last 15 years. Unfortunately, its the only choice we have. Today was the last time Ill accept terrible service from them. They constantly tell you one rhing on the phone and thensame person says a completely different thing when you areive on location. They have zero personality and people skills. They cant multitask to even greet you when you walk innif they are doing anything else. I would not reccomend this location ever! UPS will be seeing me soon i guess.

Place is a joke. Cant get a simple print job done without unnecessary fees. Fire bad staff, or keep losing business.

Michael is rude and will cut you off in the middle of speaking and answer with an attitude / tone in his voice like he is high and mighty. Just a heads up guys. Ask to speak to another team member or use the website. Very unprofessional michael!

Beware Amanda the box nazi. They take the employee manual a little too seriously here. I have had boxes rejected for the most mundane reasons. If at all possible avoid dropping packages off here. The Prescott Valley location has never rejected a package and worst case, as I have had to do in the past when packages were rejected, schedule a pickup.

Service by Ron & Kim was efficient and friendly. But Fedex totally failed to deliver the package. They mis-marked it as commercial and it disappeared into Customs in India. The various Fedex Customer Service people I talked to varied in attitude from incredibly rude to useless. Even the local Fedex people told me that Fedex Customer Service is generally rude and unhelpful. Now to see how they handle the claim....

Dont pick up the phone

This particular store is highway robbery I shipped two shirts that weighed 0.9 lbs and they charged me 8.00 dollars. Ive shipped from other Fedex center and have been charged 4.00 dollars for three tshirts. Lady tried to defend the high price by saying its like buying an airplane ticket for your package. Yeah... ok whatever you have to tell yourself lady. I will never be returning to this store again. Big mistake

Absolutely horrible, terrible experience. The past few times Ive been there, an employee by the name of Kayla has been very rude to me. When I put my box on the counter, she takes one look at it, and says she cant send it because the box is too damaged. Her solution? Pay her to box it up and for the materials, or drive all the way to the PV location to send it, which, by the way accepted my package just fine. Coming from 3 years of working in shipping, and in other major shipping companies, I know how to box stuff, and I would never put something in a box that looks crushed or has bulges or holes. She is blatantly refusing packages to make the upsell to their (very expensive) packnship. If I didnt have to ship through here for work, (pre-printed labels), then I would avoid this place like the plauge. Go to the post office or UPS, youll not get a snarky, ugly tone and better customer service.

Just tried to return my box to newegg in the box it was shipped to me in (it was shipped to me via FedEx ground). This FedEx guy told me the box could not be shipped via FedEx because it had handles. Then he told me to go to the fedex store in Prescott valley and they would take it. He neglected to mention that the FedEx store in Prescott valley was closed at that time.
