This the kind of place you spend $200 to replace a flat tire and they dont have the staff to mount it on, vacation, sick time, and other excuses....I recommend a place with better service.

I recently brought in two cars for servicing. Both required new tires, brakes and general servicing. I was advised of cost as well as timeline within a very short time. The team was amazing and completed both jobs within one day. I greatly appreciated being kept informed throughout the day. Janice is a rock star!

Went for a new tire, got the one I wanted. In & out on the scheduled time booked online. All excellent so far. Went back home & checked the receipt.They charged me for a tire disposal fee even though I got the old one back with me. Called up their store, the guy at the reception told me You do understand that we are a big company. So, such complaints will take time to resolve. Typically, 2-3 weeksIts been over 4 months, not heard from them. Also, registered couple of complaints on Monro Inc website. Nothing!Dont want the tire disposal fee, its peanuts. But, when a customer highlights your mistake at least acknowledge & be apologetic about it.

I just had 4 tires installed on my car. The whole team is amazing. I am very picky with my tires and they helped me pick the best tires for my car and my driving habits. On top of that they found a 300$ rebate for me (more than the cost of a tire). The appointment time was convenient for me. They finished the install in less than 2 hours. The quality of work was perfect!! They are all very friendly, honest, and loving people !!!

Had a flat tire late in the day near closing. Stayed late to see if they could patch. Kept the car over night, ordered a new tire, replaced, balanced, etc. No complaints. Very professional and accommodating. Janice and staff were great! Will now be going back.

I have a slow leak in my left rear tire. Went to two mavis before here, first mavis told me they cant repair a porsche tire, second mavis said they determined its a bad valve stem and will replace the valve stem, but all the had done is swapped my left tire to the right side, and told me it was fixed. Then finally I came to Mr. Tire based on recommendation from neighbor, the tech at this location was very thorough and found a very small leak on the tire, and patched it up. Its been over 6 months now, and the tire is still functioning fine. Thank you Mr. Tire!

We got a flat tire on the Christmas holiday weekend. Not only were did they make sure our car got to their center, they sheltered it inside one of their bays for two days when no one was there, helped us acquire the wheel lock from the manufacturer (not their fault), and fixed the problem in one afternoon once the part arrived. Total cost: $80. Janice and her team were professional, courteous, cooperative, and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have taken a number of cars to Mr. Tire in this location for fifteen years and the team always does a great job.Jimmy and Janice in the office are great. Eric is super knowledgable and honest about cars and their service. They tell me at the end of an appointment when something they are watching, like tire wear or brakes, may need to be addressed in three to six months. I was concerned about a transmission issue I noticed and they took it out and road tested it. They did not find any problems but explained why what I was encountering occurred. They did not try to create extra billable work.When looking at new cars, I always ask about their experience in maintaining certain vehicles. I have recommended them several times in the past

Quality Work and Honest People! I was left stranded by AAA and had to use this shop. I was convinced by AAA that I needed a new alternator and battery and told Mr Tire that when I called in. They checked the car over, found nothing but a loose cable on the battery, cleaned it up, charged me $30 bucks and got me on my way fast. They knew I was from out of town, they knew I could not be a repeat customer. Had they changed the battery and the alternator and charged me hundreds of dollars I would have had no suspicions. Yet they were honest and kind and did the right thing. Last but not least, they were correct. I had my own mechanic test both battery and alternator when I got home and both are fine. If I lived in Princeton, these guys would be my mechanics. And if you live there they should be yours!

Mr. Tire is an honest business. My daughter has a 2005 Subaru which needed service-major and minor-over the last few years. They treated her with respect and never took advantage of her;the prices were fair too.Living in Michigan I was too far away to help her and Mr. Tire filled the role. Theyre ok if you can stick to their rules and schedule, but even if you want to give them a lot of business, dont expect them to go out of their way to help or accommodate you, they are too busy and cant be bothered. I tried to ask Janice if they had a particular tire in stock or how quickly they could get it before I took the time to come over there, and she wouldnt answer this simple question, said she had other people to wait on and I had to bring the car in. After my insistence that I would like to know how fast she can get this tire before waste my time to come over there, she reluctantly asked for the tire make and model, and then almost immediately cut me off and said she had no idea, maybe not for 4 days. So instead, I took my car to another local dealer and had everything taken care of that morning.

Well...here we are. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out that my original impression was correct, as it usually is. It is true that they went out of there way to correct the first mistake on my initial visit. Dont get me wrong...they did. They went above and beyond! I now know that my suspicions of those actions were spot on! The only reason they acted the way they did, was due to the fact that the manager saw my phone open to the review page of Google. This was no mistake by the way. We were in the middle of resolving the issue when I purposely set my phone on the counter for him to see the open page on my phone.Long story short...I decided to give them a shot with another issue. A couple of gaskets need to be replaced in my cooling system. All major parts are good and completely functioning. I know this because my water pump was replaced a few months ago. Also because Im not an idiot and could do all the work myself if I wasnt over 1000 miles from home and without my tools! So for what should be a couple gaskets (aprox. $15-$20 each) and a few hours labor to remedy the issue. They give me an estimate of over $2000! Stating that the entire cooling system needed to be replaced, as well as several other things, including an oil change.Heres the REALLY FUNNY part...The reason I brought the vehicle to them is because it was time for my 6000 mile tire rotation (less 400 miles) so i figured 2 birds/1 stone. I get my oil changed elsewhere, but Im nearly 1500 miles from the next service. In addition to them telling me that to repair the minor coolant leak in my vehicle would cost me over $2000, they also told me that I needed an oil change when I was only half way to the mileage and they wouldnt do their mandatory rotation and balancing of the new set of tire I bought from them a month ago!!!! I hope this helps someone and I apologize for being so long winded. Honestly I could go on about how they told me that some of the parts (the most expensive ones, naturally) were fine, but they had to replace them anyway.For the love of God....I can replace the entire engine for less than $2000!!!!

We have been using Mr Tire for many years and have always found the service to be excellent. We can always get our cars in to be checked the same day and have never been dissatisfied. Its great to have such a well run shop in our neighborhood.

My family has been with Mr. Tire of Skillman for years. They’re always honest and ensure you the best care. We recommended friends and family in the past and everyone had great experiences with Mr. Tire!

Purchased 5 tires from them and had them mounted. Was told over the phone that my alignment was off and they could fix it for around $100. I declined and told them Id have it looked at by another mechanic instead as there was zero signs of any issues prior to the new tires, and because I had a feeling they were simply lying to add onto the bill. Coincidentally when I picked the car up they mistakenly fixed the issue so if I brought it elsewhere I wouldnt find a problem (because there wasnt an issue to start with). Typical sketchy company trying to fraudulently charge more for work that isnt done.

I was new to Princeton and needed an oil change for my 2015 VW JETTA. I booked over the telephone with complete precision and was serviced with personal care. All aspects were a delight and I will certainly be back.

I made an appointment online, I called to confirm to be courteous and was told that Id be leaving my car there all day. I guess I made a mistake and ticked the wrong box because I just wanted a quick oil change and was going to wait 30 min or whatever it took. I explained I was new to the area and was unfamiliar with how Mr Tire worked, but instead of the woman on the phone saying, no problem, bring it on down, she just was, Well sir, you requested that online Hows next Saturday instead? Terrible customer service. Dont go there

Extra effort by Eric who spoke to the Honda Service Manager for Annapolis, MD dealer after our 2012 Honda Accord had a problem. Eric reviewed the history especially with recent fouled spark plug issues and excessive oil consumption. With this report, dealer is doing a replacement of piston rings and valves at No Charge. Service manager stated with this service report, they knew the had to address this issue. Have been going here for many years and have gotten 200,000 miles + on three vehicles over the years. Staff of Jim, Eric and Janice are all helpful in getting our cars in when sudden issues come up or when routine service is needed. Thank you all for your extra effort over the years. I would not consider going anywhere else and So Should You !

This is where I go to get my tires and oil changes. Priced like a chain store, but with real mechanics that know their stuff.

Avoid this place - they may appear honest and nice, but they will break things on your car to make you keep coming back and giving them ludicrous amounts of money. They overfilled my engine oil and overfilled the air in my tires (caused leaks). Then coolant starting leaking and they charged me $332 to change radiator hoses (yes a bit much to change some hoses, right?). Right after they changed the hoses my radiator started leaking from a crack in the plastic right across from the upper rad hose neck, evidently they leaned on it and cracked it when changing the hoses. The wanted almost $500 to change the rad they cracked.Beware - stay away or things will start breaking on your car after you bring it to these crooks.

You can do ok here if you know what youre talking about. But mostly it seems like a seedy place trying to upcharge and cut costs wherever they can.I watched my car go through every from start to finish, to make sure they did everything correctly. But the retail section is disgusting and the shop is dirty... clearly no one cares about their job here.They also dont have any posted prices here. I asked how much an alignment, road force balance, and tpms install are and they didnt know let me pull up tire racks pricing and Ill let you know.Just a weird bad place lol. If you go here make sure youre on top of everything

My one of my brake lines on my truck broke so I used my emergency brake to get the nearest shop, mr tire. They charged me $1400. Later mechanic friend of mine said it shouldve been $400. Total ripoff.

Unfortunately they were too busy to fix a slow puncture (nail in the tire) and offered to leave the car there and collect Monday! Went to STS instead - fixed within 15 minutes. Maybe next time.
