I had an amazing experience when I went to get my car serviced. Normally, customer service at car dealerships and servicing centers feel rushed and as if youre being taken advantage of. This was not the case when it comes to Princeton Audi. I went inside and immediately was met with kindness and friendliness. My service consultant, Tam Edmondson, was delightful and extremely professional. He made me and my little brother feel comfortable and helped explain the issues with my car. When we received a loner car, it was a little dirty inside and Tam immediately had it cleaned for us without any hesitation. This kind of prompt and caring service is exactly why I love Princeton Audi!
Very professional and courteous. The staff is very humble and professional
Nice experience today. I usually don’t leave reviews. But I am completely satisfied. And would highly RECOMMEND.TARELL.
Customer focused Audi service center, visiting there since 2017 and has always a pleasant experience. Generally it’s a busy place as single service center serves both Audi and VW, still front desk representatives and service advisors try their best assist. I like there punctuality, so far they never missed a committed time managed service delivery. Overall I am satisfied.
Had a nail in tire. Tam fit me into Princeton Audis busy service schedule. I was in and out.
Unprofessional and price-gouging.They charged almost $600 for a a minor service - basically an oil and filter change.Did not trust and thus checked and verified the services charged and confirmed that they potentially placed my family in danger as the services were NOT even performed - only topping of the window washer fluid.Frankly - their license should be revoked for reckless endangerment.
Don’t come here. I typically have a great experience with Audi service. I’ve taken my car to the Princeton location 2 times. First time I got calls from the service advisor from his cell phone offering me a better deal of the total price if I meet him outside and give him $100.00 cash. The second time, the woman who took care of me never contacted me and I had to be the one following up for updates. The second time, as expected the service came up to a big number in the $4,000 dollars. When all I really wanted was an oil change and a light replaced. After speaking with the advisor, she said to me “well if you don’t spend this money, then go get a new car”When I arrived the next day to pick up my vehicle, she didn’t even greet me, never looked into my eyes to acknowledge me as I had some questions regarding the report I was given.I will never come here again. Everyone was so rude. When I asked where my car was located, all I got was “I don’t know where it is at, it’s out there”
We were visiting the area when we had a problem with our tires on our Audi Q5. Google maps directed us to Princeton Audi where Tam got right on the problem, took care of it, and we were back on the road in virtually no time. Excellent service!
Old fashioned style respectful, courteous service where they treat people like human beings. I had a problem with dishonesty or suspicious profiteering type of issues at another location and I switched. I am so glad... they are wonderful and I appreciate their earnest support of their customers and strangers who come in even (as I was last year)
The worst service center, just because i said no to other expensive items. no proper service were done and when i called back to check the lady literally called me a liar and when i said you are not a good customer person, she started screaming you cannot curse me but whatever i dont care. she kept talking over me and bashing what i was saying and no resolution to the problem.they charge extra for servicing poor customer service.
Great staff
Over and beyond quality service as always. Thanks Art!!
Worst service dealer ever period. Even though Audi makes fine cars, but whole service experience here has put me off Audi as well. My next car wont be an Audi if I continue to live in Princeton area.
The service department here is disappointing. I had my vehicle inspected for a squeaking noise from the steering, and they told me I needed a new part but they had to order it. They returned my car, but I immediately noticed vibration or noise from somewhere around the front axle. I was upset and reported it to the service advisor but he did not respond timely (it was July 3rd, so it was unfortunate, partly), and he just denied they did it. I did not want to drive the car as I might damage it, so I had to wait with no car for two weeks. (update: they identified the noise is due to unevenly worn front tires - OK, at least its not very serious, but I am still wondering why it suddenly popped up.) It took almost ten days to get the part delivered, and another three days to get an appointment to install it. The service advisor was not very responsive nor helpful, he did not call me back timely although I told him I wanted my car repaired as soon as possible. This place is always crowded, and you have to wait even longer if you need a loaner. Their shuttle service is not very useful as well, as they run only until 1pm-ish. Also, the repair cost is overpriced.Update: They replaced the intermediate steering shaft without charge under warranty because it was replaced just a few months ago but defective. Strangely the noise from the tires is gone (I consider this is good), but the car steers to slightly right even while I hold the steering at the center, probably the alignment is slightly off. This is actually not the first time they messed up with the alignment; the same problem happened when they installed the shaft last time, and they fixed it for free then. This time, however, the service advisor just insisted that the installation of the intermediate steering shaft was irrelevant to the alignment and demanded a full price for the alignment. As I do not want to deal with this place any more, I simply said no.
Don’t come here. The mechanics that work here can not be trusted.
I brought in a new, leased vehicle for an odd smell to check fluids etc for leakage. I made an appointment in the morning online. I called that morning to let them know I was going to drop it off a little earlier, and was rudely told that there may not be anyone to take my keys at that time. I am in their system already so unclear why it takes so much effort to take keys. Dropped off the car and they told me they would call and let me know if they found anything. I called several hours later after not hearing from them and they said that hadnt even looked at my car. maybe they would get to it today, maybe tomorrow. I pointed out that I had made an appointment and was told that the appointment is to drop off the car, not to actually look at the car. I was told preference is given only to those who physically wait for their car. That is crazy imo. Looking for a new service center for maintenance and seriously considering a different brand next time so I told have to travel for service. They did wind up looking at the car, but not after several escalations and stressful phone calls.
Larry colleton was very knowledgeable and helped me setup audi connect with easeSpecially audi satellite map and key user mapping is done by him in minutes which my initial dealer missedThanks a ton larryI would recommend audi Princeton
There are other better Audi service centers, if u have another option I would suggest that. This place is more expensive but comparatively lower quality service than atleast one other place I have visited. They seem to overcommit the workload and perhaps showing up on the quality .I suggest always to get a quote, second opinion from another service center before you give it to any kind of service here.
Good work at a fair price with courteous service.
Quick service when I needed it to be. I dropped in on a Saturday for a leaky tire and was out within an hour.
Worst service center I have ever visited, they dont know how the bundled miles coverage works. booked an appointment with them week in advance and got confirmation that my 55K miles service is covered as part of Audi select package but when I went there I heard a complete different story, agent was saying 55K miles coverage is expired (which I bought in Dec 2017) and I have to pay everything out of my pocket and they cant do much about it, It would have been good if they explained this thing before I book an appointment, had to waste my trip!!!!
By far the worst dealership i ever went to. The service advisor Chello was very unprofessional. He would leave for the day without giving me feedback on what’s going on with my vehicle, after i called over 10 times. I’m starting to feel like he’s just letting my car sit just to make more in commission.
You’ll be sorry !!! The worst service experience ever and service manager is rude, condescending and offensive..Had the worst experience with this service dept. The parking lot is crowded and disorganized and very tight. Left my car for 3 days for the 3rd recall. Returned at night to find a huge dent in my front quarter panel. It was late at night and dark. I asked the service rep to document the damage and give me a receipt. He said he could not. I asked to speak to service manager Jeff D and was told he left. I asked that he be called and they refused. I asked that I get some documentation that I was pointing out a serious damage, they declined. I called my insurance company and they said since the damage happened at dealership I should call police to get a police report. Called police and then they called the Service manager Jeff D. Well, now he showed up. Jeff D was rude, condescending and offensive and accused me of trying to get away with having them repair body damage that I came in with. He insisted that video cameras and pictures would prove this damage but miraculously he later reported that the security systems malfunctioned that day and so the pictures of the car upon entry were deleted. I returned the next day with videos and time stamps from my own home security system showing that there was no damage when I left my home that morning, one could see this clearly on the video since the damage was so severe...the h9me security system also documents the time I left. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the Audi services and I arrived exactly 14 minutes later. Jeff D suggested that I must have been in an accident on the way, then left the car with them for 3 days, then hoped they would not notice, then hoped they would fail to document the dent on the entry ticket form where they document such damages upon arrival.. oh and all of this happened including the accident within the few minutes I drove to the dealership. I returned again with the security videos showing that there was no damage when I left my home and Jeff D refused to look at the videos stating I have other things I need to do with my time They damaged my car while in their custody, they refused to notify me of the damage, they then blamed the damage on me, they documented small scratches but failed to document the damage upon entry, they lost the videos, they lost the photos, their security camera miraculously malfunctioned that day. They made me get evidence from my own security cameras and then refused to look at them.. They finally agreed to fix the damage after I threatened a lawsuit. The evidence against them was huge. And while all of this was happening Jeff D continued to be rude, offensive, condescending and made derogatory remarks about rich people who try to get away with things. Jeff D then angrily stated that he would have the car repaired but only by his repair shop not mine. Little did I know at that time that my car would be taken to another state to be repaired, even though there is a body shop directly across the street. It took almost 2 weeks for them to fix the thousands of dollars of damage. Stay away from this service dept. They are exceptionally offensive, distrustful, rude and dishonest..oh, and somehow the videos and photos taken of my car at the dealership have still not materialized. Seems likely they were intentionally deleted. Finally, when they check your car in and document the scratches and dents, they do not give you a copy. That is kept for only them to see which means it could be done after the fact since no copies exist.
Unprofessional, very bad service, rip off place, wont come here again.
Excellent experience at this dealership.
Terrible service. I call to see if they have parts in and never receive calls back. Similarly, when I go in and ask why my 6 month old car has had two tires blow and has had its computer replaced, they simply tell me its the roads I drive on and has nothing to do with the vehicle itself. I will not be purchasing or leasing another Audi and this service center has a lot to do with it.
Great service
