Associates were friendly, wait times were short, and the nice man who helped me order new lenses explained my options very clearly. Kudos to the black man whose name starts with a B (I cant remember the full name, sorry) and the young woman in the eye care office with her hair in a bun.

Doctor Jeff was great! The staff was efficient and did a great job of making me feel prioritized while efficiently processing everything and quickly moving me through the process. It was really busy when I was there but the team did a great job being attentive and patient while keeping things moving.

The eye associate who did my initial screenings was polite and careful. She answered my questions and put me at ease. Dr. Kim is also great. He explains things so clearly and I feel comfortable with him as my doctor.

Going here was an amazing experience and doing so post-vaccination made it even more of a dream. Everyone was personable and they all wore masks as well. I was a customer before the pandemic and will remain one even after. I’ve had the same eye doctor - Dr. Colangelo is phenomenal and I appreciate his patience when answering my questions. I got there 12:28 pm for a 12:30 pm appointment and it took me 75 minutes to get out. The total time for the eye exam including the time to see the doctor was about 20-25 minutes and the rest was waiting around. The staff wasn’t courteous and didn’t seem to care for patients because they forgot to do retinol scan. When I reminded them, I had to convince them cause their system was showing that it was done (I suspect that might be a mix up with another patient). I don’t mean to be harsh but I think if you are in health care, you should be extremely careful. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Failed to meet my expectations. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for my family, upon arrival I find out that Dr. Harin Rajeev was not available.Very disappointed. No value on patients time. They sent me an email reminder a day before which I replied confirming the time and date.I was wondering, what would happen if I do not show up or I am late for my appointment?

We had a very nice experience at Eye Care Associates . Starting with the online patient intake forms, which were sent to be filled out prior to our visit, thereby enabling a quick touch free check-in, followed by eye tests with the staff, who were courteous and pleasant, to a detailed examination by Dr Harin Rajeev, the overall process was very smooth and efficient. Dr Harin patiently answered all our queries, transparently explained the pros vs cons and pricing of the various treatment options.The clinic is also conveniently located inside Lenscrafters and there were several parking slots available in front of the entrance.Would definitely recommend as well as go back for our next checkup.

Somehow I reached there just 7-10 mins late, Front desk person said you are late and we have to reschedule you .I took a day off from office to go for appointment and she was not considerate enough to accommodate me, as if everything in that office happens on dot time. Treating this way with a new patient is very inconsiderate. I will never 👎 go back to this place. Thank will give 0 star for this location .

I was a returning patient, and had been waiting for vaccine rollout to make the visit. The lady on the phone was rude when I asked if the staff and the doctor I was to see were vaccinated. I found another doctors office who were kind and more forthcoming about my safety.

Wouldn’t accommodate a “sick visit” for my wife’s eye issue even after being patients here for several years and showing up right when they opened at 11. A total of 0 patients walked in from 11-11:15. Was told to go to an urgent care instead. Doctors here are good, but they’re not there for you when you need them.

The doctor (Dr. Rajeev) was very nice and friendly. He explained a lot of stuff about my eyes to me that other doctors never took the time to do.The staff was very polite and helpful. Checking in for the appointment was quick and easy. Overall, Im very happy with the service I received here. Highly recommended!

Ever since we moved to Princeton 5 years ago, both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Harin Rajeev. He and his staff are outstanding and efficient professionals, The battery of eye tests I am given before seeing Dr. Rajeev allows him to see every aspect of my eyes. He is very caring and dedicated to his patients. Eye Care Associates of Princeton is the most superb eye care office I have ever known. The location at the Market Fair Mall is also nice -- good parking and browsing at stores such as Barnes & Noble.

Eye emergency! My prayers were answered!I was recently on vacation in the NJ/NY area and totally ran out of contact lenses. I use daily contacts and thought I brought enough with me. After I realized I didnt have enough, I scrambled to buy more. But, my prescription wasnt good anymore. So, I had to find a place that would take me in that day.Luckily, Dr Harin squeezed me into his schedule despite being booked after I told him about my dilemma. Totally awesome! I was examined, given a new prescription, and was able to get contacts that day. Totally saved me because Im blind as a bat without my contacts!The doctor was totally cool, helpful, and knowledgeable. Staff was super nice.I highly recommend this office due to my great experience there.

I have been going to Eye Care Associates of Princeton more than 10 years and I always leave feeling impressed by the quality of the treatment that I receive. In particular, Nancy is amazing - she is professional but personable and highly attentive to all of my eye care needs. I have referred both friends and family members to this location. They are clearly the gold standard in eye care.

Dr. Rajiv are staff are great! I feel like I got the best care from an expert team. With the latest and up-to-date technology, my exam and assessment were easy and flawless!

Worst “eye care” experience. Always end up having to pay way more than what you should. Check in and check out girls very rude along with so called manager. They are rude on the phone as well, as if you’re bothering them. Extremely unprofessional business and workers. It’s not worth scheduling an appointment because even if you have one, you will not get taken back until 15-30 minutes past your appointment time. Highly DO NOT recommend, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for your eyes to be treated like a joke.

Dr Rajeev is excellent. I was having difficulty adjusting to the new prescription. He agreed to see me a second time after several months and advised me the right lens measurements to go with which ultimately fixed the issue.

I have been looking for a good eye care doctor after years of dissatisfaction with Princeton Eye Group. Dr. Rajeev O.D. is one of the finest doctors I have dealt with during my 35 years in Princeton. He cares about the patient; he is thorough; he is intelligent and a perfect gentleman. I am getting excellent eye care now and am treated with respect.

Rudest office staff in this office. I made a visit to this office in Dec. They were packed with people, taking more appointments than the office could facilitate. I was asked if I wanted to do an exam not covered by my insurance for 29.00. I said okay. After that, I was ready to pay with my credit card. Their machine was not working. I have been to this place for several years, I know how it was like. Last night I received the first ever correspondence deemed a friendly reminder - that it was my responsibility to pay up - and they were going to the collection agency. Well, its YOUR responsibility as a professional office to ensure youre not overbooked and your machines are up to date for billing purposes. I knew I needed to pay and I did the moment I was reminded. This incident only reveals your nasty attitude towards your patients, yes, and over a mere $29 dollars. There are many, many professional eye care doctors in the vicinity and maybe LensCrafters need to sublet 1/2 the office to another eye care provider. Then, the patients will see the difference.- BTW, go check up their reviews in YELP, MAPQUEST etc.

I used to be a patient of dr.Rajeev when he practiced in Ny. I so happened to need an emergency eye exan since I lost my contacts while in NJ and it so happened that I ended up in his practice. It was very pleasant and efficient. They were able to see me without an appointment and I was given trial lenses to hold me over until my order was shipped to me. They even matched prices for me with an online retailer. Glad I went there . Would def come back if needed.

Doctors are great there - they are knowledgeable and pleasant. I met a couple of them, all are excellent - this time being Dr. Rajeeve. The old woman technician I met was horrible - rude, treating me in a condescending way, very aggressive in trying to overcharge me(even went after the cashier to make sure he charged me for the wrong item).Also the wait time is over 1 hour.One clarification: this does not happen or relate to the retail side of Lenscrafters.

My children have been going to these doctors for years. I had lasik surgery years ago and saw the surgeon each time for follow ups since. After having so much trouble getting appointments scheduled with that doctor, I visited Eye Care Associates myself and was so happy I did. I was able to get an appointment that worked for my schedule, the office staff was, as always, very polite, I saw the doctor quickly and the doctor explained in laypersons terms some of the issues I was having in a way that made me feel confident about my options. 100% positive experience for my children and for me now too!

Actually Susan from their office was explaining that they actually changed the charge from $49 to $29 because the Eyemed insurance policy states that if the charge is over $39, then they have to make the treatment optional, but they are allowed to charge each patient up to $39 out of pocket as part of their standard practice. You are allowed to opt out of that exam but you are automatically opted into it and they will not ask you for your consent.

I strongly recommend Dr.Harin, he is the best...the technology in the clinic is amazing...ever in need of eyecare...this is where you need to come...

Excellent service ordering contacts got them to me very quickly and very efficient on the phone with the information.

These doctors are upcharging their services significantly. They quoted me contacts for $280 and they are $200 online ($150 with a rebate). They are the online price at the Pearle Vision down the road at Quakerbridge mall. The eye exam also doesnt include contacts lens prescription, which I think it atypical. Because I had insurance most was covered, but in the past I paid the same I did now with insurance (bill was $110 after insurance). To top it off, the assistant wrote my prescription wrong on the paper. The doctor told me my vision hadnt changed, but what she wrote was a stronger prescription. What if I didnt ask the doctor that question?! I would have gotten an incorrect stronger prescription! I think you can get a quality exam at any other place and this place is not worth paying more for.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this place and please remember the following when you schedule your appointment with them:1. Very Long waiting time: a lady sitting next to me had been waiting for over 1hour and still didnt get called in. I was waiting for 40mins+ already... Everytime when asked, the only thing the staff said was: someone will be with you in a few minutes... with a very I dont care about your time tone... Please imagine.2. Lots of extra charge that you shouldnt pay for. I called my insurance company to clarify the benefits, and realize that they are way over charging ($110+ for an evaluation of contact lenses, even you dont need to change your prescription!) make sure you know your benefits before paying for any fees...

When I visited Dr. Colangelo of Eye Care Associates, I had a better exam than Ihave had at the opthalmologists I had been seeing in the past. I opted for thetests that would identify macular degeneration, and had an immediate answerthat I was not affected. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would recommend them.

Received my first pair of glasses at this office. I have an astigmatism and the first prescription was way off - spent almost a week going in for adjustments and even getting a new pair of glasses made somewhere other than Lens Crafters before a sharp optician said this is not an adjustment issue, its a prescription issue. I went back to Eye Car Associates the following day and saw Dr. Ciccarello, he quickly determined that indeed the prescription was way off (my words, not his). Dr. Ciccarello was great, very polite and clearly highly experienced. His prescription gave me sharp vision for the next year and I returned this past week for my annual exam. Once again, the prescription was way off - horrible eye strain, headache, and blurry vision in my right eye. I requested Dr. Ciccarello for a prescription recheck and again he found that it was off - by a lot. Apparently Dr. Ciccarello is retiring soon, I believe I have been treated by the other two doctors in this office and they have both written bad prescriptions. The first time I wrote off as a fluke, now Im not so sure - I will not be returning to this office. The staff is polite overall, getting an appointment was a breeze, but at the end of the day all that matters is whether or not you can see clearly with your new lenses.
