Had a great experience working with Rosy at LensCrafters market fair location.They have a good collection of frames. We actually had some issue with our frame and as it was under warranty they helped us to order a brand new one to avoid any issue with the current one. They are fast with the process once you select the frame which I believe is not true for all the locations.
Very friendly . attentive, professional and know their business. Each of the staff members showed genuine concern and did what it takes to my satisfaction. Marc the tech actually came out to help as well. Who does that these days. Leanne the team leader was patient and extremely helpful. Didnt feel like I was being taken for a joyride with my wallet. The place to visit for your eye care and glasses. Great job!!

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Leslie explained the options and helped me choose frames and lens . I felt at ease with her and that her suggestions were helpful and she understood what I wanted in terms of price and look. It went as smoothly as I could hope for.
Leanne was absolutely awesome! I had already bought glasses and was told they were ready, but I had found a coupon for them and was told I could bring it in and get some money back. Leanne told me the coupon was for premium lenses, and that my glasses were standard lenses, so I’d have to get premium lenses in the new glasses to have the coupon applied. She explained it very well, pulled up the premium price and initially told me to come back tomorrow for the new lenses which was no problem for me since they were closing in about 10 minutes. But then she comes back and says can you wait about 15 minutes, I waited and I got my glasses ready, even though they had closed the store! Such an awesome experience I got about 30 bucks back, got my new glasses with the premium lenses even though they were closing and had some great service in the process, absolutely amazing experience with this location. Wish I could give 10 stars!

The experience was AMAZING!!!!!! There was a large Selection of all types of glasses in store! Also, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was also very fast and they even can have the glasses ready same day (depending on your prescription) 10/10 experience.
They were willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the fact I got there a few minutes late; and the doctor was scheduled to leave for lunch soon. The team showed empathy and demostrated experience with patient care. The doctor took his time to explain the pictures of my eyes and my new prescription, his demeanor was very calm and respectful. Would definitely go back again.
Beware of ALL the hidden fees - my fully covered by insurance frames & glasses were an additional $200 with all the up charges that weren’t explained
Went to my local Princeton LensCrafters as the coating of my lenses was peeling less than 5 months after purchase (never happened before) but they had them fixed and ready to go in exactly 2 hrs! Very happy with the service! Female attendant was sweet and offered to assist with any future problems.

I am in Princeton on a very short 2 day trip from Seattle. Forgot my contacts and glasses and have terrible vision - really stuck. After calling 7 places, Nancy at Eyecare Associates (in the LensCrafters) went out of her way (while being so swamped) to help me come up with a solution and I was back in contacts in about a few hours. The entire time I could see her stretched across so many patients and calls. She treated everyone with respect, can see how efficient she works. I visited LensCrafters several times before and will visit it in the future. The store manager always gave good service, tried to help me maximize my insurance usage. The frames in the shop are beautiful. I like them. Overall it always good experience with the shop.
LensCrafters in Princeton Marketfair in NJ...you folks are the best! Came in last minute one evening shortly before closing for safety glasses. The extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friends folks..specifically Leanne, were fantastic! 20 minutes later we had the glasses on order and they were ready for pick up next day! Can’t recommend this particular location more highly..we had been to a store in our home state of Delaware and were not as happy!
I went to LensCrafters after I lost my glasses which were the last pair I bought from LensCrafters. I needed a new prescription so I used the instore optometrist for that and continued next door to get my new glasses. Excellent service and prices. Got my new glasses in about an hour. Sales associate Leslie helped to pick out the frames, took care of the lenses and had the glasses done right then and there. She did a fantastic job. I will recommend her and LensCrafters to my family and friends!
Ben - My sales person last night was very professional and knowledgeable about the new insurance plans - and how to apply them.I came in with pictures of the frames I wanted - Ben spotted them right away and brought me others that were comparable.I ordered one of the frames that Ben recommended. I called ahead and spoke with Ben who helped me streamline my efforts. I then drove to the store, got my kids glasses fixed and another pair made within an hour. Ben was courteous, attentive and helped me make a kid proof and smart selection. Great Customer Service !!!

Terrible experience with the glasses and extreme rude behavior from the in store staff. The glasses originally delivered never matched the prescription provided by the lenscrafter optometrist. Took another appointment with the hope that they will be corrected this time, especially when optometrist confirmed they were not accurate in the first place. Guess what? 2 more visits with the same end result defective lenses. The only difference this time was the additional humiliation by the in store guy in front of other customers because we were 2 days over 30 days policy. All we were asking was to fix the defect and not for any kind of return or refund. Never going back to those people who stood laughing (literally) at you and your predicament. Outrageously disgraceful especially, when we never showed our frustration during the last few visits!

Very bad customer service. My mom needed an adjustment on her glasses and the doctor said the staff can help. When my mom talked to the lady staff, she refused to help my mom and said she’s busy. My mom is not good at English and I was on the phone trying to help, but the lady said she can’t talk to me. It feels like discrimination to me.
Poor customer service with no attention given during a quiet mid-day visit today at 3p. There were plenty of representatives present but they did not have any interest in assisting me just saying where the womens frames were located and they could care less what I was looking for. Lenscrafter website showed this location carried alternative fit frames and the reps could care less. I would have purchased 2 new designer glasses but Id rather spend my money elsewhere. My experience was disappointing...

Have to stop going to this store.Due to covid (which is understandable) the store lost my glasses. The Store manager kept rudely telling me, We have delivered them so we are not responsible. I had to prove that they delivered the glasses to a wrong guy (with the same last name... I remembered my relative telling me about how there was a mess up), and then they owned it. They were ready to loose a customer for 20 years, for a mistake they made in COVID days. Extremely unpleasant and un-professional...

Ben Samedi - Lenscrafters at Princeton Market Fair - I had some issues getting my frames/prescription and first time w/progressive shading to all come together which translated to 3-different lens attempts in the same style RayBan frame: 1-Too dark inside (Lenscrafter - darkest transition lens); 2-Optics unexplainably threw me off/made me dizzy (RayBan) 3-Great! (Lenscrafter - regular transition lens). Thanks to Ben Samedi, his wealth of knowledge, proper sizing, and patience, along with his sincere desire to make sure I didnt settle for things being just OK, he helped me get things perfect on that 3rd try and I now love my new glasses! Ben was great, and his help/guidance made all the difference for me in getting things to work - Thank you very much again, Ben!! You are a true professional.

Unprofessional and rude behavior when my wife visited the store with my kids today (Princeton Market fair location). It was a shame the man in the front of the store Bhatti showed unprofessional and rude behavior. I do understand working long hours can be tiring and frustrating but you cannot show and take it out on you customers. First of all it was Lens crafter screw up that they handed over my wife glasses to someone else/some other customer without checking their proper ID and when my wife requested that she needs to travel, he told her in a rude manner, we cant do anything and it will take 7-10 days. Ridiculous!!! I hope in 2021 we dont need to visit them again.
Leslie did a great job helping me with glasses a few weeks back, and assisting me with sunglasses recently. She is honest, professional, and good at quickly selecting frames that work for a person’s face. She was calm and patient while sorting through insurance matters with me to maximize my vision benefits. Very grateful!

I always got the glasses I wanted and adjusted to fit very well on my face.The folks that answers call-ins are great too. I guess I have been lucky as opposed to the other reviewers experiences...?
My sons frame broke while the technician was adjusting it. This happened at Princeton market fair mall location and Technician Ben Samadi broke the frame while adjusting it and said we have to now pay for the new pair of frame. The manager Mr. Bhatti was rude and refused to listen to us and took Bens side. Ben didn’t warn us about anything if the frame would break while adjusting. The glasses and frame are in good shape just had to adjusted on the right side to make the glasses fit tighter and better. The customer experience was not good and rude with the manger with no help and no courtesy to attend to the customer in helpful manner. We didn’t wanna hang out in the shop due to COVID situation and argue or call customer service for this. Why should we have to bear this loss and why cannot the cost of the frame be paid by the store and not by the customer? Now my son has no replacement pair. They messed us up. Very bad experience for the first time in so many years
Overall not bad, staff is friendly. My only issue is that they didn’t deliver glasses in a timely manner.. it took more than what they had told me it would take... very disappointing... and I am still waiting. ugh!Since Lens Crafter responded to my review I figure I would update it. Going on 3 weeks and still waiting!!!!
I don’t know why this place is still in business with such bad reviews from the public. I personally had a bad experience myself. Dr. Schaffer, don’t go to him. He takes long time doing things without telling you what he is doing, he just makes you sit there and wait, and in the end you get charged for things that you didn’t know would cost extra or is not covered by insurance. They evaluated my contact lenses prescription and didn’t give me any trials for fittings, they said the prescription is the same as before. Yet they charged me $59 for this evaluation without informing me up front. I argued with them and pointed out that I specifically opted out of the “extra cost contact lenses evaluation” in my forms, they then realized that I did, then decided to take away the fitting lenses and the prescription from me. I wasted an hour of time there and got nothing out of this appointment. Terrible customer experience and service throughout.

I had a really great experience overall. Initially my first order (Oakleys) the lenses gave me a fish bowl experience. The staff made the process easy and a non-issue in terms of replacing and re-ordering new glasses. Really enjoying my new sunglasses thank you!

For the past 10 years, I purchased my glasses from your affiliate SEARS in Lawrenceville and more recently in New Brunswick. I just returned from SEARS since their optical services was closed. When I came into your store, the selection of frames was great [same as SEARS] BUT Lens Crafter prices were significantly higher than SEARS with fewer discount options. Thus, I paid about $600 for 3 glasses whereas, in the past, I could get 4 glasses at SEARS.

Military family here. Me and my wife have been overseas for years and she’s been holding onto an old pair of glasses due to limited options moving around. Came back to visit family and stopped by LensCrafters after another budget location we tried changed a policy with TRICARE. This LensCrafters saw to her beautifully. Professional, kind, and quick. They insisted we come in ASAP on the phone and helped us through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I had a good experience here- the eye doctors were very nice and I found the contact lens prices to be equal to internet prices.
The eye doctor called my mother-in-law an old lady and the sales rep. bizarrely recommended not getting expensive glasses. It also took an incredibly long time. The employees are bad.

Lenscrafters is fine. Dont go to the eyecare associates in the Lenscrafter office. They overcharge and dont notify you ahead of time of all the pricey mandatory extra services and tests that they make you do. Even if you have great insurance, youll end up packing more than $200 out of pocket. Do not recommend.
I went here several times to have my glasses looked at and readjusted. Each time I was greeted by an efficient sales staff and friendly opticians who made sure I left happy.

They rush and dont get the prescription right. Go to an eye doctor and pay a few extra bucks. You only have 2 eyes for God sake. Its worth it.
They do not explain anything and failed to inform me of the times the doctors were in the office. They did not make me schedule a follow up appointment and they wont give me my prescription until after the follow up appointment.
The staff was terribly unprofessional, incompetent, and very rude. I always trusted LensCrafters but my experience at this location was utterly disappointing and shocking. Please avoid this location.
Having an appointment means nothing. Be prepared to wait. Few seats so you may have to stand. Got tired of waiting. I left without eye exam.
