I went into the store on Manton Ave with an unusual problem - there was a rat stuck in the bottom of my car. Pedro went out of his way, definitely out of his normal responsibilities, was INCREDIBLY kind, came into the parking lot and literally pulled the rat out of the carrier and put it into a bag and disposed of it. He was incredibly helpful, gave me tips on how to keep them out of my engine, and all around was incredibly professional and honestly the reason I will tell everyone to visit this Autozone instead of others or other retailers, and he is the reason I will be back.Honestly, at the end of the day, you can tell who really cares about people and Pedro is one of those people. He really didn’t have to go out of his way the way he did, and just could not have been kinder. I just can’t say enough how thankful I am for Pedro’s help and in him going above and beyond in such a kind way, especially on such a hot day.

Autozone really needs a self check out. This 1990s way of 2 people handling all the transactions is not working anymore. Work on getting people who are trying to grab and go out the door. Those who need parts and service give them all the time needed but Im just trying to buy motor oil, it shouldnt take me 15min in a line of 3 people to get out the door

Worst Customer Service. Go across the way to OReilly Auto Parts

AutoZone had the part I needed to complete my brake job at an excellent price. They allowed me to compare the size of the OEM slider pin to the replacement one I needed, and I walked out the door a happy do-it-yourselfer!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I had this “business” order my part because they said they would be able to get it next day, here I am three days later still calling to see we’re my part is and now they are saying they I’ll have it two days from now.

Store is closed at 7:45 pm when CLEARLY states til 8 pm. I WILL be reporting to corporate office as well!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

They were very nice in there. The worker came out in the snow and replaced my wipers for me.

I have a check engine light they were nice enough to let me check what was wrong I know sometimes you get wrong parts but they try and if they dont have the part they find it in another location I guess it depends I think in luck or you have to be at right place at the right time..or you are in the wrong place an wrong time. Is just life

Rob always has the answer. New vehicle so things I am unsure about he has informed me on. Great service. Quick shipping, typically a day. I would recommend you going. Especially if your a Veteran. They treat me well.

Awful customer service went to pick up some parts after calling get there they dont have the parts the guy didnt verify that they had the parts then smiles at me cause Im angry and he didnt do his job will not be doing any business with them in the future

It’s okay, I went there for a spray can and a guy told me it will take 30 minutes to be ready, so I waited in my car cuz I live in Providence and I didn’t want to go back home and then back here again, came inside the store after the 30 minutes and the guy told me (with a bad attitude) that they needed more time and I should just go and they will called me when it’s ready. Never received a call from them, just a bad service.

I ordered a side mirror and they ordered me the wrong side, when they ordered the part to come they said it’ll come in on a current day and it’s still been a week since I got my part. They never pick up they phone, service never knows what they’re doing. 👎🏽👎🏽

I went to Auto Zone on Manton ave in Providence this past Sunday. Not my first time at this store and they have always been helpful, thats why I go there This time I needed a head light and had already once been stopped by police f yoor this, well Jose the clerk on duty was the best !! He took his time to help me and actually put the head light on for me!!!!this was such a relief. He was confident polite and because of him restoring my faith in customer service I give him 200% I would highly recommend this store. Thanks Jose!

I bought a stabilizer link last year in 2018 with a limited lifetime warranty. It broke so I went here to exchange it. I have the receipt that clearly says its under warranty, they took a quick look at the receipt and said they couldnt do it. Why have warranties if you cant use them? Im switching to Oreillys.

I went to Autozone and i have my battery in the warranty. Raul change it for me with a really good customer service skills. They are the best.

I walked in, sort of knowing what I needed but knew I would need some help. I walked in and looked around quickly and asked the first guy I saw who walked past me towards the counter, realizing he was helping someone else I said I need some help, and where the fuses? He told me and never came to help, noone did. I must have been looking at all the different kinds for 10 minutes....I just left, annoyed.

My paet was suppose to be in yesterday still isnt in yet. The youngs women that were working were very lazy, dragging their feet and very rude. I was speaking on the phone she decided to respond to my conversation on the phone. Was not polite at all and very rude.

Very lazy Manager, for months they all say the machine that checks the codes on your car or truck so you can purchase those items for repair or its something for a mechanic to do. You go in and be prepared to be told its broken, doesnt work, try back again for months Ive been trying to no avail same thing happens not working not sure when it will be, dont come in call first. Well OReilly gets my business now. There great.

Bad bad service and rude employees, needed a CeL read, waited in line for about 20min, (only 2 ppl working a full store) only to be told yeah sure, Ill get right to it as soon as I finish with the rest of these ppl, go hang out over there and Ill let you know when I can do it there were 8ppl behind me and every time one left seemed like 2 came in, so after 25min of dirty looks, I decided to find an advanced auto, where they promptly read my code and gave me a print out of suggested fixes, for free....

Please train your staff on proper Foreign vehicle oil specks just because the computer says 5W30 doesnt mean thats the oil the foreign vehicle takes now 5w30 with a c3 or a specific speck will tell you that oil is meant for that vehicle please train them better out here destroying engines
