A week ago I contacted Rich the owner of Touch of Glass to get the windows on my 4runner tinted. Rich was very professional and honest. I took my car back to get the windows darker and once again they did a great job. The service was top class, all the guys are respectful and hard workers. It was definitely not like other places where the guys are joking around and not working. Again nothing but class, they were also friendly.

I ordered rims and suspension and everything was on time and they did a great job u should try them.rich and nick are great people.

Rich has been taking care of my car for at least seven months now. Hands-down this is the best place to go if you have a high-end car or if you have any car and you care about the way it looks. I did paint protective film on my car as well as ceramic coating. My car looks like it’s straight out of the show room every day. He always comes to service my car on a weekly basis and is always on time.

First time customer and let me tell you I will definitely be a lifer. Richard treats his customers so well. Definitely takes the time to make you feel comfortable and understand the process. I couldn’t be any happier with his services. I highly recommend everyone to see what it’s like to be truley treated with appreciation and respect. Never mind his guys detailed work. Touch Of Class is the only place Ill bring my cars to be tinted. They really pay attention to detail, and make sure you leave a happy customer. Aside from tints, they also specialize in the many different facets of car customization. I highly recommend doing business over there. I do not give reviews out often but this one is deserving. The bottom line is you can get your vehicle detailed, cleaned etc at several places and they will do the job. The work at TOC is just above the rest. All the little details are never over looked and your vehicle always comes back better than all the other places. It comes back as close to show room condition as possible. Every time I go there I am always impressed with the end results.

My mom and I went here and the customer service was literally AMAZING. This is now our number one place to go for auto needs. We worked with Nick and he was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. Never again will I trust anything else

Very disappointed with my most recent visit to Touch of Class. Spoke with someone over the phone about interior detailing my 4 door Nissan Sentry and was told it would be around $50, however when I got there I was told it would be $175. Definitely got thrown for a loop since I could have easily gotten the same thing for $60 elsewhere and they had already detailed a much larger vehicle for $100. Really left a bad taste, wouldnt go here again.

I had tree sap stains and marks from rubbing up against my car all winter and they removed everything and made it look brand new! Great service.

Stopped in to get a quick wash & they got me right in (NO WAITING) ! Place is extremely clean & staff was awesome !!! Car looks great & even made an appointment to get some new tires installed next week (cheaper than the BIG tire spot down the street) .... Fair Prices, Real People & GREAT Quality .... wish i could give more stars :)

When I called and talked to the person who was at touch of class I felt like I should give it a shot. I am someone who loves to put a business to the test. Someone says its horrible another says its great.. well what is it? I am about to tell you that this is one of the most customer friendly businesss I have encountered in a very very long time. So hear is my experience..I called and talked to a guy named Rich (Owner) and made an appointment. He quoted me the best price out of 10 Installers and explained to me the whole process. I made an appointment for 2:00PM. I got there and asked him a few questions about the tint and then the installer installed it and did a good Job. They took me out to see what it looked like and explained to me in detail what was done and what not to do for at least 7 days because of the curing period. As it is winter and takes a little longer to cure. Granted I knew about this before they told me but the fact they went into so much detail really made me feel comfortable to write this in the review.Anyway I was out of there by 4:30 and I have to say the waiting room is SWEEEET! Big screen TV, WIFI wicked nice couch very comfortable place to wait thats for sure they even let me watch whatever I wanted.So called them again after a few days and realized that the tint was not as dark as I wanted and they said lets make an appointment and get that fixed. So we made the appointment and got it fixed with no questions asked.. He was there when I got there and had it done before I was expecting it to be done.. the fact is these guys will take care of you.. and I really dont understand one of the reviews about having extra miles on his car... (thats what I was nervous about) First of all there is no way they have any time to even drive the cars like that cause you have to make an appointment and 2nd once you see the cars that are there cars like the 69 Camaro RS or the BMW or the Escalade and any of the other many cars they have you will realize that there is no reason for them to even take your car up to the end of the street to even turn around lol...While I was there I asked Rich a few more questions one about an FM modulator (I could install myself) wanted to see what kind of labor they would charge cause i know how long it would take and his labor was exactly how long it would take and also asked about remote starter. He went over every detail with me about both and let me know exact prices and I have called around and no one can beat these prices for the quality of work that is done by the team at touch of class... I am now trying to decide If I want the remote starter or the modulator..... Also there prices for detailing is incredibly competitive and will be getting that done in the summer... They earned my trust at this place and thats not an easy thing to do....Anyway I am just letting you know if this place was garbage I would tell you and have no problem doing so, but this place literally is a touch of class.. I recommend this place highly.. My car looks incredibly classy with the tint they put on thanks to all of you guys at touch of class..Its nice to know there businesses still out there who strive on customer satisfaction...
