I use this location all the time for my oil change. Today I went and I do what I normally do wait for a attendant to approach my car. Well this person my the name of christoper did not walk to my car he yelled at me to park my car somewhere because I could not be parked there. I called the store and was told only two people where there today. I will not return to this location. Not only did he lie and say he asked me to park when he yelled at me look at the camera he never approached my car until the other person answer the phone. There is a sign that clearly says wait for attendant.

I inherited a VW Tiguan from a friend who died at Christmas, and he had said he needed to get an oil change but I know that never happened. Though I have usually changed my cars oil myself, the way Tiguans are constructed, that is very difficult. I was able to make an appointment and have the oil change done in 2 days for $60. I just saw there is a Groupon for this same service for about $20. In another 6000 miles when this needs to happen again Ill check for a Groupon first.

They are very professional, efficient, and more importantly, honest! They keep you informed along the way and always go above and beyond to make sure you understand the work they are doing, and ensure that it is done the right way. My car was serviced 5 minutes after arrival, and was done 10 minutes later. Decent price, and the name is right on the money!

I appreciated how fast, informative, and relaxed the service was. I didnt feel pressure to do anything to my car I didnt want to. I was given a clear explanation of the recommended services and why they were recommended, and then presented with a choice whether to go forward with each service. I felt comfortable.

So I showed up on Saturday, September 19th, 2020 for an oil change. It was around 5:05 pm, the guy was so rude. He says “No, we’re closed” in a very unpleasant tone. I explained to him that the website says they close at 6 and then he goes on to correct me, saying I read it wrong and they close at 5 on Saturdays. Please see image below!

I was way overdue for an oil change, and decided to give this place a shot.These guys are awesome! Everyone was nice from the guy who greeted me outside to everyone who serviced my car. They even vacuumed my car and washed my windows! They explained to me everything that was wrong with my car, and didnt pressure me to get everything fixed right then, unlike most companies. I was able to get in and out with little wait time! I will definitely be returning!

I came to SpeeDee looking for a miracle and boy did they deliver! I made a poor choice to have a friend do an oil change in my car, something I had NEVER done before but was struggling a bit financially so I figured I would try it. The oil change was done and while I was driving back billows of white smoke were coming out of my exhaust and my engine light came on. I called a few places but the person I spoke to at SpeeDees really made me feel comfortable and they took my car right away! Come to find out, too much oil was put into my car and had to have all of the oil drained and then new oil back in as well as a flush to make sure my catalytic converter wasnt damaged! Luckily, its been okay!The manager and employees at Spee Dee were amazing! They made me feel completely comfortable, and were ALL very kind! They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and considering how large the mistake was, it was extremely affordable! I highly recommend them and wont be going anywhere else from now on! I CANT THANK THEM ALL ENOUGH!

They are fast and professional here, but the price for a basic oil change has risen dramatically over the last year or two. It used to be around $35, so with a coupon it came in at about $25-30. Today, even with a $10 off coupon, it cost $75. I honestly love the convenience and professionalism of the place, but the price will have me looking around for someplace else, at least for my next oil change.

Made a appointment for a oil change at 11am was told it would be a hour, when the hour was up they told me it would be another hour. When I asked why he replied in a sarcastic way that it’s because of covid 19.. walked next door to speedees car was taken in right away, no wait, no excuse. Do yourself a favor and just go next door. Better and quicker service

At the time I was completely misinformed about the severity of my problem and was talked into a service indirectly associated with the main problem. Thus needing additional services. Problem, in addition to the obvious was that the man I dealt with was able to explain why I needed additional services without taking a second look. When I confronted the issue the men in the garage started to surround me like a gang jump in, being hostile and threatening.Wish I had gave a review sooner. I am confident others suffered a similar experience.

After moving here from across the country, I needed to get a quick oil change after the long-haul. I landed on this place and will make this my go-to for future oil changes. The staff were all very friendly, super communicative about my options and pricing. I could tell the Manager (?) has been working there a while as many local customers came in and they treated each other like family. Felt like a nice, local place to be. Highly recommend!

Ive been coming here for a year, and Andrew, Jose, Joe, and the rest of the team has made it the best experience. Not only am I happy with the work they do, but the customer service they provide is exceptional. When I started coming in I had just moved to the area and was driving a recently purchased car that I wasnt super familiar or comfortable with. They could have easily taken advantage, over-charged me, condescended to me (all things Ive experienced at larger, corporate oil change companies) but they have remained consistently honest, respectful, and helpful. I took my car in for a standard 3,000 mile oil change and they sent me home because I wasnt due til I hit 5,000 (still getting used to driving a nice car that takes synthetic oil). Before I left, they still took the time to check everything out for me, as I have a long distance trip coming up. To me, the test is if a place has the opportunity to charge you for something you think you need, and instead they dont. Very thankful to have a reliable place to take my car in Providence.

My wife Called first to see if appointment was needed for state inspection. The manager named (JOE) there said to come first come first serve no appointment needed . My wife drove the car to them and within ten mins they turned her away saying their garage was already full. The complete opposite of what was told. If in 10 mins so many cars arrived why not just have set me a early appointment as I had tried. When I called for a explanation from them the Manager on the phone when I called didn’t care to understand just a simple first come first serve response exactly why my wife Checked in the garage cause we’ve gone here for years for inspection sticker. When my wife looked inside the garage, they only had one car in there with lights off from the shop clearly it was to early for them to want to work on any cars if the very own work place area lights had not been turned on. Wasted gas wasted time horrible customer service . Not my first time dealing with them have been for years even have a credit card with them which is a bit disappointing to see how they dismissive they we’re today never told my wife to wait just told her garage is full when we had asked 10 mins prior if a appointment can be made. Careful with this place of business they are going to open at 8am and turn you around cause they don’t want to work on cars that early I can tell you that myself. They Never asked my wife to wait or nothing just a simple make a appointment now.

Very busy shop! I needed to get an inspection on my car, so I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of the month. There was a three and a half hour wait, so I decided to go back home. If you need an inspection, get there EARLY!

Just did oil change yesterday night, today, driving on the highway,suddently the car smells bad and shows the message that low oil pressure engine shutdown.Update...Fixed oil leaking by change defect oil change filter. I just needed a simple oil change. When I got my car home the motor oil gauge read bone dry with black smudges. So they either forgot to flush and add oil or didn’t do it deliberately. It’s so disappointing — thank you for not caring about the average customer or their vehicle.

This place is just out to sell you stuff. I was getting my car inspected and they told me it passed and they were putting on the sticker, in the meantime they sold me windshield wipers. After i had paid, and been told multiple times it would just be a few minutes while they put on a new sticker, i was then told i had NOT passed. they completely mislead me to get a sale. i think they saw a woman and thought they could take advantage of her. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!
