Shannon motors SUCK..i had a BAD experience they freaken upped my payments...why kus i got a ticket that was paid......SO WHAT...I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO THERE... NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN...I RATHER TAKE THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Was in a tough spot so came on here and read the reviews and from what I read I have them a call and asked for Tim. I made a same day appointment and he was an awesome person and worked with me and my wife and got us in a car the same day he even had a guy that helped lower my insurance rate by 70% I would recommend anyone in a tough spot to give them a call and ask for Tim. I stopped in to Shannon motors providence and met with the sales manager Kevin. I went to so many other dealerships and was just thrown out. Kevin got me into an amazing Honda Accord with the lowest down payment. Kevin also went further as if it was possible!! he also helped getting cheap insurance. Great service very helpful staff!! Honestly I came in nervous not knowing my options fully and Kevin right off the bat helped me understand how Shannon motors operated. In no time I fell in love with a car and was able to drive it and feel comfortable. He really eased me and was able to finish the process in no time.

Shannon Motors finance department is a JOKE and makes their own rules! My vehicle was totaled in a car accident, my insurance company dealt directly with them. I was taken out of the loop. Shannon motors signed off on the salvage title, received final payment and cashed the check. NOT ONE TIME was I contacted via email, phone or in writing that there was a balance on the loan. They instead reported the car as repossessed with a charge off which is 100% ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND when I called the finance dept she stated well would you have paid this balance if we had sent you a letter? ARE YOU SERIOUS? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Both Ray and Kevin were awesome. After a previous bad experience with a different salesman they both honored the agreement I was promised on an even newer car. I couldnt have asked for better service. They were knowledgeable and explained everything every step of the way.

Kevin is literally the best there is! Purchased my very first car here with a very cheap down payment. I went in twice at most and walked away with a really nice car. Unfortunately I was in my first car accident not even 2 months after purchasing my car. I came back a few weeks after my car accident and left with the biggest upgrade someone my age could get the same day! It was my option to put more money down for a nicer car after having the option to not put any money down at all and still walk away with a decent car. He’s fast and efficient and I can’t wait to continue shopping with them!

I bought a 2001 Honda civic that a trusted friend got for me from M Williams. And the first time I rode the car on a rainy day and every time it rains I get rained on from the inside of the car. So please be aware of buying from them or any other used car dealership.

These 5 star ratings have two be fake. I say that because when I went here everything I had the worst experience of my life. They approved us for a loan had us fill out all of the paperwork and even had us switch our insurance over to their car. If thats not bad business then I dont know what is. The salesman that was helping us quit his job right in the middle of helping us then walked back in and and argued with the gm who is a liar. But if you dont want to take my word for it then go down there and see for yourself and I guarantee that you will be very disappointed.

Great Yeah! ill sell you this 2006 Altima with 130k for 6k after financing it will cost you 13k.SMH. weekly payments. they lie. there cars are not up to standard.Definition of Scam. Taking advantage of people when there in a hard spot with there credit. i was walking around and was in the show room and heard and seen it all... and i wasnt even there to inquire for myself was there for a friend from work. and we left and went to prestege automart in EP. way better selection anyways.
