Ive been here twice and both times they have fixed my phone in under 20 minutes, and flawlessly done. Prices reasonable too. Totally recommend them.

Place is a scam. They will not fix your phone they will break it more. The warranty they offer is because they know they can’t fix phones properly. Very unprofessional and the store smells like marijuana

My iPhone 7+ had a pretty good screen damage with some loose pieces near the camera area being held by a clear tape, so I clearly had to get it replaced.Cellular-Medic was easy to find/reach through the phone and we were able to get the iPhone screen fixed up in 30 minutes and I even got a new Otterbox case at a great value price altogether (compared to other inquiries in the Providence area). The staff were very professional and kept me in the loop on their progress.I would come back again and Id also recommend this place to everybody.

Thought my phone was badly damaged as it had stopped charging and was always hot.Came to cellular-medic and after a careful assessment of my phone, I was told that nothing was wrong with the phone except that it had merely gathered dust inside the charging port. The issue was quickly fixed and I didn’t have to pay a dime!!!These guys are honest and professional!

I brought my IPhone 7 Plus here to fix my port. I got my phone back the same day and wouldn’t turn on. I brought it back and had to wait an extra two days. After the two days, they told me they sent it to New York and had to wait 3 weeks. After the three weeks, I finally got my phone back and the port worked however on the screen there was a black spot, my back camera would shake and it was impossible to take a picture.

Went to get my screen fixed and they did it. To bad they used a cheap screen. my phone feel from my chair to the floor not even 3 inches. The replacement screen they gave me broke and the lcd stopped working all over. I am very dissatisfied with my service and will not be coming back or sending anyone I know here

Came in to get my phone screen fixed they did it give me a cheap screen and didn’t want to help replace it and get my money back when I came to get a new one. I do not recommend this place to anybody who wants to fix the phone and I don’t appreciate the quality of service that I got when I went to go talk to the boss I will not be coming back

This place is amazing! I found this shop after I cracked my iPhone 8 Plus last night. The repairman was super friendly and fixed my phone in 15 minutes at a such reasonable price. He even fixed my broken home button at no extra charge. Screen looks like it’s brand new. I 100% recommend this place if you need a screen repair!

Eli at Cellular Medic did a great job replacing the speakers on my MacBook :: the speakers were delayed in being shipped but he let me know as soon as they came in and then finished the process quickly the next day that I was free to bring it in.

Said he had issues with credit card machine and wasn’t sure if I was charged twice (months later). Puts it on customer to cancel their card if he can’t fix on his end. Very immature, name calling, talks over you when you tell him it’s on him to fix what happened. Won’t go here again.

Really poor customer service; I dropped off my tablet for new screen a month and a half ago, I called every week to check on it, they told me that they were waiting for the screen order twice & them that the screen didn’t work, they order another one, 2 weeks ago I called and they said we are unable to fixed,come and pick up the table, I came to pick my tablet and they can’t founded any ware,, the person fixed the table throughout the ticket with my name and phone #, the worst customer service!!!

I walked into Cellular Medic Saturday morning. Within ten minutes, my screen was replaced. They also gave me a free screen protector, and a great deal for an Apple phone case. These guys are fabulous. My wifes phone died on a Friday night when she had an important business function on Saturday night that would require her phone. We went in to Cellular-Medic first thing Saturday morning and they took a look, diagnosed it, and put my wife at ease. They told us it would be finished by 3 PM and for a rebuild like they did, the price was great. They even had the good sense to let us know they could replace the battery for very little money while they were in there anyway. So we went back at 3 PM and true to their word, the phone was fixed and they even gave her a new case for $5! Really nice guys, super dependable. Ill go to them again anytime I have a problem!

These guys seriously go above and beyond. I had a phone I wanted unlocked and the company kept rejecting it, for days they pushed through and kept trying and on the final try it unlocked and I got to use it with my new phone service. On top of that, I needed a new laptop and got a 2012 refurbed Mac from them for a phenomenal price and its still working great. I havent had any issues. I play games on it, do what I need to do. After reading the reviews I decided it was worth the trip from Newport to Providence. I was NOT disappointed After realizing he did not have the correct part in stock for my older Iphone, he asked if I would mind waiting while he went to his other shop and got one. He then closed his shop and drove to Pawtucket. He also put on a screen saver which he did not charge me for. Service is clearly their #1 priority. Well worth the trip

This will be an objective review, no emotion. I brought in my phone for repair, the screen replaced was defective. The owner Eli wanted me to bring back the phone asap so he could remove the part as the adhesive was only becoming more affixed and he needed to get it off without damaging it (reasonable request). First estimate was 4-7 days. I refused. Next estimate was 1-2 days. I refused. This was because the defective screen was being swapped for a new one and he needed to wait for the part, I wanted same day service as I need my phone for work. He kept talking about why should I have to put up the money for the replacement. I said I would bring it in as soon as he had the part to do the same day repair. He then said 1-2 days was the best he could offer. I called Square Trade as I was unhappy with his offer and they stated the repair shop needed to have the part in stock before requiring me to come in. I told Eli this and he immediately became hostile. Started calling me buddy and being rude. I tried to say sorry we could not work something out and he cut me off mid sentence with I dont need your apologies. My wife was also supposed to have her screen repaired there and he told me that shell need to go somewhere else. I dropped my phone off and got it back in like new condition. A bunch of settings on my phone were off (view was magnified, default text messaging application was changed, etc.) but Eli claimed he knew nothing about it. Samsung customer service states the only way those changes could occur was by doing so on the phone, that a screen swap would have no impact on that functionality. I frankly dont care at this point, its been adjusted and the phone works great. Long story short, a very awkward, unprofessional, and time consuming process. Needless to say I will not ever interact with this business again.EDIT: owner must have stumbled upon my review and decided to send me a passive aggressive text message. Emotional, hostile, and unprofessional.

I had gone to sprint to get my iPhone 6s fixed because it wouldnt charge and when it did sometimes the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They said the phone wasnt any good and there was no fixing this phone. Apparently, Im on it now and its never worked better thanks to cellular medic. I walked into the cellular medic shop and spoke with the tech (Angel). I then told him what was going on and Immediately the tech got to work with the phone. He took it apart and diagnosed my phone before closing time which was highly appreciated. Although it was late, the tech did not try to rush me out and helped me to the fullest extent. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Thanks again to the service agent/tech at cellular medic, Im fully satisfied with the service I was provided.
