Horrible service Angel had know clue of process and his customer service skills was lacking at best. His co worker was just as bad felt like i was interrupting something between the two so unprofessional will not go to that location again.

This store has only Spanish worker, I was treated rude.The so called Manger thinks this is over but its not, I pay my bill every month on time, and she sat there, not doing her job; making the matter worst. One of the employee place the number on the card, that K.J. is promotion, I dont steal, and I dont need to.These people made me feel like I was stealing or asking them for something. I made five payment as the promotion ask, so I am entitled to the 25 dollar store credit 5x. because I have 5 service. Without saying she called me a lair, and turn away as if I was not standing there. I know this if I was Spanish, it would been taking care of; trust me.The truth will, and always will prevail,once this is matter is over; I will never deal with this store again.

Horrible service, was upset there was two employees that kept speaking Spanish to each other and then looking at me and laughing like I didnt understand that they were talking about me...they shouldnt ASSume that every white chick doesnt speak Spanish.
