Please change hot topic to the old hot topic where they used to sell a lot of dark emo clothes but now they hardly don’t sell that they just selling a bunch of uwu kawaii stuff and rappers I want some more rock bands shirt and invader zim hoodies💔

They dont cater to anyone above a size 2x I was told I could find bigger sizes online which was a lie as they also only cater to about size 2 online again not a bad place just wish I had more variety

Hot Topic has been my favorite store ever since I was a freshman in high school. They obviously have changed a lot since then, but clearly they are continuing to cater towards high school students.Still, they had a sale that boiled down to me purchasing three graphic tees for $15.00Still a satisfied customer 15 years later!

Female worker with face paint r mask on was extremely rude and called me uneducated because I asked how she applied it... never go there again

Hot topic is just that, HOT TOPIC the topic at the time that is. So theyll have plenty of Rick and Morty care bears and breaking bad shot glasses...just like another store right next door,spencers gifts! Hot topic has certainly been a go with the trends kind of store. We all thought it was just a goth place. No now everyone can go get w razor blade wallet...print of course. But defaintly no more Tripp pants or belts collers whips and or chains to speak of.

This one in Providence Place is real small but with all thats been going on......SMH only about 11 or so are allowed in at a time so you could find yourself waiting for a bit to go in.

Very friendly, super helpful, great covid-19 customer management, never too many people in the store.

1 on my favorite places for concert shirts. Great service

Similar experience to other locations Ive visited. Good selection of pop culture stuff thats fun to look at. Store can be a little cramped at times due to Providence Places popularity, though.

I would have given it 5 stars about 15 years ago, and 1 star when it changed from being black everything with some color, chains and zippers, boots and heavy music and all awesome things that are gothic and punk rock to bright colors, tutus, and rap music. Its gotten better, some of the older/original flair is back which makes me happy, now for some Tripp pants with chains and fishnet/lace tops and accessories and Ill be estatic 😁

You can find dark clothing here, but for some reason that also includes hip hop shirts and other incongruous acts like Ariana Grande. A good starter store for young dark ones and they sell various aspects of nerd culture ranging from anime to gaming.

Despite issues and hiccups in the transaction, the staff remained very helpful and pleasant. Id rather there be a hot topic that isnt in a mall, but at least the staff were amazing.

The employees here are pretty cool besides there really slow checkout service! BUT as a DIE HARD HOT TOPIC ORIGINAL FAN! I am so disappointed with the “new style, new look”. The Disney products that overwhelm the punk rock, alternative band tee store is sickening. The lack of alternative band tees and the increase of boy band tees have absolutely killed me. I want the MCR, OM&M, PTV, BMTH, and more selection of bands back.

I was surprised at the prices here. My daughter loves Kpop and also the BT21 line friends characters and they have them here and about $15 cheaper than anywhere ive seen. I will be back to buy more especially with the Hot Cash they gave me for spending a certain amount you get. hot cash to come back and get $15 off a $30 Purchase and i earned 2 of them.

Tlwr;Ive been coming here and rarely buying this since age 14 and the staff is pretty chill. Prefer them to other hottopics. Plus size options are slim, but there.I always visit this HotTopic as a bit of a habit. The staff has definitely changed a little from when I first started coming here ten years ago, but they are always pleasant and helpful.I sometimes feel like newer people are watching me, but I always try to think theyre just new and dont know me! Its usually right.I only really buy things during major sales and the usual staff knows that so Im not really hounded.I do wish they carried more plus sizes, but it is a small store I guess and Torrid is right across the way (but imo the clothes are uglier and more expensive. Buy the leggings though, they last long!)
