Jessica, the sale associate who helped me pick up a gift for my mother was extremely wonderful and “Human“. She wasn’t obsessed by selling me something, she perfectly knew how to introduce you ideas of products without making me feel like she’s just trying to take my money. Therefore I can say that the service was excellent. Moreover, the gift I took seems to be real good quality (time will tell).

Brought in my handbag for repair. The corporate office wanted to charge me $300 to replace the lining. I can buy a new bag for that amount! 🤣😂

They will find it for you if they dont have exactly what you want in their store and have it shipped to your house free of any extra charge. Very friendly staff there.. Always find a beautiful watch for myself

I was just in here tonight with my husband looking around for gift ideas with my $200 Michael kors bag on my shoulder dressed appropriately. We were tracked down in another store with 5 security and 2 providence police officers. We were embarrassed and humiliated in front of every patron in the mall. We were told they have video of the incident of us stealing but refused to show us the video. We were brought back to the Michael Kor store and were detained outside the store unable to face our accuser. The officers and security threatened arrest if we didnt return the merchandise that we had never had in our possession. The officers and security followed us outside to our vehicle while every patron in the mall was staring at us. The police officers and security searched our vehicle and never found anything. But we already knew that because we arent thieves. Security apologized to us and my husband and I went home. We are so humiliated and distraught over this whole incident . We have two children and full time jobs and I walked in with a $200 Michael kors bag and $100 wallet. Also they accused me of stealing my wallet that they do not carry in their store!!!! Be aware of this store. They will accuse if you do not fit the normal shopper for their store.

It is a high end fashion store, not easy on your wallet and there arent many choices for men, mostly womens fashion and purses
