Best Hookah store around, they sell everything from Nicotine to non-nicotine. Beyond amazing and accommodating ownership and workers. Just an all around fantastic experience. If you’re in the area there is no where that is better, PERIOD!.

Store owner set the hookah up and gave us oversized accessories for the hookah we have. Store policy at front register says exchange/returns available 24 hours after original purchase. Came in less than 24 hours after purchase and was greeted by an extremely rude clerk who continued to roll her eyes and tell me no not possible. I asked her to call the owner and she began bad mouthing me in Spanish not realizing that I am a latina. They are ignorant, disrespectful, far from customer service oriented and dont even follow their own policy. I wasted $60 and got nothing accomplished from it. Please dont waste your time, money and energy with these people.
