Pernilla at Kreatelier was so patient as she helped me find the solution for my wing back chair. The old 1700s house is brightened by this creative and skillful team. Reasonably priced and delivery service available. Im very happy.

Kreatelier made beautiful Roman blinds for us many many years ago. We have since moved away, and we needed a replacement cord. They were so gracious and sent us a replacement cord without any hassle at all. We feel very lucky and grateful still for all their good work that brightens our home.

Kreatelier is a lovely boutique shop. Their selection and customer service is excellent. Most impressive in my experience was their pricing and quality work on custom upholstery.

What a wonderful place! So accommodating and warm. They have lovely pillows that fly off the shelves. Their face masks are awesome. I would give them 6 stars if they made Snoopy and Woodstock masks. Bonus - Alpacas made of alpaca fur. I have no idea what I would ever do with fabric, but they have a stellar looking array for those who seem to be visiting for very serious reasons. Oh, and -- on se parle français.

I have been shopping at Kreatelier for several years now, mostly making very small purchases. I keep going back because the vibe of the store is so friendly and happy. The owner Line, is especially kind, warm and helpful. One of the nicest, sweetest, most gracious store owners Ive encountered. I love supporting this small neighborhood boutique.

Great place to buy some gifts created right in the store. They also sell sewing kits, fabrics and remnants. You can also attend various sewing classes that they offer. They can even reupholster your furniture!

Staff is Friendly, and fabric is good. The store has a cute setup, but the Owner of this boutique is very rude. She obviously needs customer service lessons and was unpleasant to be around. She had no manners and no filter. Her actions were appalling.This has absolutely nothing to do with money vs store credit. Rather, it has everything to do with the fact that you embarrassed my mother to the point of tears yesterday. Your choice of words suggested that my mother smelled bad as you repeatedly smelled the shirt, and made faces that suggested disgust. Not only did you say these hurtful things to her, but you said them loud enough for several other customers to hear, if you felt the shirt smelled “different” (which it did not) You could have taken her to the back of the store and quietly explained your concerns. Instead, you chose to humiliate her. We both use Gucci Bloom Perfume and Moroccan oil hair products, both of which smell lovely. Not to mention the shirt was never even worn. Perhaps next time you might Practice a little more couth.
