We are buying a new home and went to see about buying a table in the furniture row next door. After Meeting TJ next door in Denver Mattress we we educated and were one hundred percent impressed with his customer service. It went so much further than that though, he wasn’t a robot selling us a product! He treated us as human beings and was looking out for our genuine best interest. Once we close we will be back to buy our bed from him! Amazing job TJ!!

I walked in the store and met with CHRIS. He asked a few probing questions and then immediately moved to mattresses that matched my medical needs. He started with the low end brands and moved up explaining each difference and design. We ended up using the Purple brand and it matched the mattress I needed! This is the best place to get anything for the house. My mom is 85 and needed a new mattress. There are so many choices that it can be exhausting. The salesman, Jeremy, met us right away. I told him we were looking for a mattress that would help with my low back pain. First thing he wanted to do was a strength test! I said what? He said I would raise my arms, he would push against to test my strength. I said no to that! What did that have to do with getting a mattress?Of course he goes right over to the very expensive Tempur-pedic mattresses. I was willing to try them, even though they were really, really expensive. None really seem to help my pain laying down so he took a show he showed Doctors Choice mattresses. Side note, Jeremy said he had low back pain because he was in the marching band and carry very large drum.Back to the mattresses, I did find a mattress that works for me. While writing up the order, Jeremy, whose voice was very soft said that the package also came with a set of sheets, pillows and pillowcases. Then he tells me that hes going to throw in two more pillows because the company ordered too many and they werent selling like they thought. When he showed me the total, I was being charged $79.99 for the sheets and another $69 for the pillows. I told him I didnt want either one, the way he said it they were free but I I was going to be charged for them. Back to Jeremy being in the marching band, he changed his story and said he carried the bassoon. Im not sure he remembered what his story was.I asked about the return policy, he said I have four months to return it for a full refund not a store credit, after that it would be a store refund. We will see if this really works out or not.

Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable plus answered all of our concerns. He made our transaction purchase very smooth. We were very happy to find out where he transferred too so we could still purchase our bed and accessories with him. We met him one time while visiting in Yuma and were very impressed with his customer service skills. My husband and I promised when the time came to buy we would find him, and we did! We have used furniture row before and were very pleased which brought us back. TJ was super knowledgable. Directed us in the right direction, good prices, and purchase was seemless. My suggestion is to skip the other retailers, save yourself the time, and see the profeesionals!

Very comfortable surroundings. We had Felix helping us and he exuded immense knowledge of the mattresses available. He was very thorough and paid close attention to how are bodies were aligned on the mattresses we tried. There was no high pressure sales. I personally like the return/exchange policy that Denver Mattress has. We will be back soon to purchase our sons mattress.

What a great place to stop in and shop. For $250 I walked out with a twin-sized Airsoft Foam mattress, and a new boxed set of flannel sheets. The staff was helpful and courteous and accommodating. Service, quality, and price were so good that I went back and bought a new queen-sized bed set for my Master Bedroom, all for under $800. I recommend this store to everyone.

Called Chris to see if they have any box springs in stock for purchase and pick up today. He said yes we have universal box springs that they make themselves. Great, be right there. Pick it up, take it home and it’s just a platform with no springs inside at all. So after some research, I find that true “box springs” have not been manufactured for 20 years! So I am old. Chris was probably a child the last time box springs were being made. So I can see how they use the term interchangeably with platforms. My bad. So thus the edit. Live and learn.

Just went into denver mattress and was immediately assisted. They had all the new mattresses and just the mattress I needed. I would definitely go back for any of my mattress needs.

Bought two chairs. Two week wait while they are built. Refuse to sell us the floor models. Four weeks pass, no contact from them, nothing. Wife comments online about the unsatisfactory delay. Very next day the chairs are suddenly available... Wouldnt you know? My brand new chairs? Floor models!

After going to another mattress store where I was bombarded with a sales pitch about higher priced mattresses that I was not interested in, I left.I was pleasantly surprised with the salesman at Denver Mattress. He did not pressure me to upgrade to a higher priced mattress and showed me some in my price range, one of which I purchased.

We visited several mattress stores before purchasing as we were considering a fairly large purchase and wanted to get as much info as possible about the mattress prior to buying. Marcus was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us a complete picture of all our options in writing. There was no pressure and he did not try to up sell us on things we were not interested in. Everything was straightforward and the info he gave us was accurate. Mattress purchase was a pleasant experience. I knew I needed a new one. I did not shop any other retailers as Denver Mattress is a well recognized name. The sales person showed me all the options. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best fit. I had to rethink my old knowledge because of the new technology that goes into construction of today’s products. I received “Black Friday” discounts and felt good about the price I paid for what I consider an expensive product.

I was quite happy with the no pressure customer service. Our salesman was Joe who was easy to work with and had great customer service. The store has really improved with cleanliness and organization from the last time we were in there. It was immaculate. I’ve always had good experiences with the sales people here. They seem to be well trained in the knowledge of their products.

The shipping experience was so easy at Dwnver Mattress.. having been other placed and the staff not having a clue what they was selling . At Denver Mattress the slaeman knew his stuff and explained in great detail how and what to look for and helped in ever step of the process...the delivery crew was so great. They had some trouble getting it in but was so nice. I would recommend Dwnver Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress or just to get questions answered.

The Pueblo store was fantastic. Adam went out of his way to help us get the mattresses and bed frame that we wanted. Even more important, they held our stuff until the next day when our bank wouldnt allow the purchase amount on a Sunday afternoon. We called Monday morning and after the usual life history the bank Finally let us spend our money! Thank you to Adam and Chris for their patience in getting this transaction completed. We started off with a quick trip around the store and tested a bed for its softness without knowing what we were looking for. Our first stop of the day was the Sleep number store where we fell in love with an item at a certain price point, we knew that Marcus had a tough job ahead of him. We were greeted by Marcus and offered advice on what firmness of bed we needed using a method consisting of stress/resistance on different surfaces. His test found our section of bed that matched our health and comfort and gave us several great pricing options and background on each Of the Mattresses. He used his resistance method to prove his method was correct on each mattress and measured our comfort. It was during the look at a middle ranged mattress where he said “I think this one speaks for itself. Might be the best fir for you in the store” before showing us some other options. We bought that mattress. Fully equipped. Box springs, 2 pillows plus pillow protectors, mattress protector.... all for $1400 including delivery. Even if we bought just the dream mattress, it would have been $1,000. Can’t wait to try our Madison Luxury Firm mattress.
